Hands down the best experience related to customer experience in a hotel! The friendliness of the reception, the helpful staff in adjusting on short notice the change of room, the coffee/tea all day service free of charge plus the relaxed environment inside and outside in the garden is unbeatable. It made me feel home instantly. Looking forward to stay as soon as possible there again.

Excellent, best-in-class hotel experience in an exceptionally beautiful, inviting location with Wrocław’s most creative neighborhood right at the doorstep. Courteous, extraordinarily helpful staff always going the extra mile to accomodate wishes and needs. Great summer offering of activities, like yoga in their very own serene backyard garden. Scrumptious breakfast with even a selection of dishes to be ordered à la carte on top of a marvellous buffet.

I give Puro Wroclaw 5 stars. Its down a quiet street, it has a lovely garden area where you can have food and drinks, or just relax on their loungers. The staff are so polite and helpful and they speak perfect English which is good as my Polish is non-existent apart from the odd phrase.
The decor is modern and welcoming, and having stayed at Puro Gdansk earlier this year I would say the standards are exactly the same, although this hotel is smaller it doesn't detract from what it is. We stayed for 3 nights over a long weekend and I would highly recommend a stay here. The one slight negative is that breakfast is very expensive for what it is, but it is optional and we only had it once over the weekend.

Nice hotel, with silent rooms, kind receptionists and waiters. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, even if the pillows were too soft. The breakfast has wide range, fresh and tasty, the waiter could bring gluten-free bread for me :-)
Good remote controller on the wall for the TV, internet, lights, temperature, etc. Quick free wifi.
Negative: the bathroom. It has no door between the bathroom and the room, no odor absorber either, while the toilet is in. The shower cubicle is separated from the other part of the bathroom only with a half glass-wall, so the water can flood the whole bathroom. Poor waterpressure in the shower. + uncomfortable seat at the desk, can not easily work during hours.

The breakfast was incredible. A choice of main dish and unlimited buffet which was topped up with fresh bits through the meal. The bed was extremely comfy and bathroom was spotless. In a great part of town and 10 mins or less to main square
The hotel also let us have our dog (Labrador) in the room with us and were extremely welcoming and accommodating

Location just outside of city center, calm area, modern hip setting with functional rooms and top quality wifi, so ideal for business travel. Prices comparable to other 5star Wroclaw hotels, yet breakfast was not included in my rate. Should be the case for this price and was extra cost op 59 zloty. 4 stars because of price quality ratio comparing to more uplevel hotels in the city

Modern, chic hotel with very comfortable rooms! The location is great, breakfast is fresh and tasty and the customer service is super; nothing is a problem for these guys! I definitely recommend!

Excellent hotel for short stay, great location, very clean and the room had everything needed. Must acknowledge the professionalism of staff at reception. Very helpful and obliging. Free tea and coffee is a lovely touch and much appreciated. Great place to stay in Wraclaw!

Great location, personal speak English and breakfast was nice. Room is stylish, bed is comfy but the pillows are a disaster, the two that were in the room were too soft like they don't exist. We asked for hard pillows but they turned out to be enormous and not comfortable. Also the room is quite small and ventilation in the bathroom could be better as it's not very well separated from the room.
