For me, the main thing in the hotel is cleanliness and comfortable beds! clean, but mattresses are terrible, like pillows! Internet only works if the TV is on! otherwise not bad hotel, for your money

We were satisfied with ZOO hotel Wroclaw.
Good location to Wroclaw ZOO, which was our request when we were choosing the location.
The hotel has shared parking with Biedronka, so you have to follow instructions on tables on parking where to park.
The hotel is close to ZOO, so you can sleep longer, because it is about 10 minutes from the entrance to ZOO.
Bed was comfortable, softer. Bathroom was relatively small, but enough.
Weaknesses are lights on facade, breakfast and WiFi. For WiFi working you have to power on the TV (and the TV must be powered on during all time when you want to browse the internet). Breakfast was very poor (not many foods to select, coffee was not good).
Lights on the facade of the hotel were powered on during the night so it was shining into our room.
Overall the stay in ZOO hotel Wroclaw was fine.

Roooms are nice and comfortable. Bathroom is very nice and clean tbh is the Best in comparison to other hotels. Parking fee is high and should be included in price for room. At 1st floor is terrace on which you can smoke or spend good time. Breakfast lot of different food for all.

Nice clean and very close to the the zoo, parking available as well. Room beautiful and modern. Breakfast in the restaurant a bit understaffed but delicious especially the freshly baked buns 😍😍😍

Great establishment and great value for money. Decor is really tasteful, beds comfortable, each room has a separate WiFi connection, there is a big free parking area onsite. The hotel is new and the facilities are clean. Breakfast was pretty poor for the price - too little choice and poor quality food - there could be some improvement in this this respect.
