Close to tourist attractions in Zakopane. Close to couple of convenience stores. No elevator for guest and many steps up and bit of walking at the hotel. Buffet breakfast good but better selections on weekend. Free ice available at reception. Reception personnel very helpfull Taxi drivers do NOT follow or use meter in Zakopane so definitely ask the driver if he charges by meter or just make up a price...

Just a 2+ star hotel... Hotel is centrally located (300 mts from the main pedestrian street) in a busy but quite silent street/road. Very small and not appealing reception. The hotel has a small but pleasant garden sorrounding part of it. The decor of the hotel and rooms is old-fashioned. Our room (#226) was spacious with a small living room and had a little varanda, but it smelled like cigarette smoke...

Hotel has a good location. Rooms were ok, fine for our needs and as a base for skiing. Small pillows and duvets but extra pillows asked for at reception who were always friendly. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Hotel corridors always too warm for us but we regulated our room temperature by having the balcony door slightly open. Pool and hotel tub were decent. Would stay again. Really nice hotel close to the centre of Zakopane, comfy bed, warm room, everything clean, really nice people at the reception, breakfast was also great, they serve everything you can imagine. Pretty much the best you can expect from a cheap hotel. Mostly clean sheets, heating is working, alright place to sleep. Payed 20$ for the night, would've been disappointed if I payed more. Restaurant food is delicious, but the place closes at 18:00

Pretty basic hotel but did the job considering we weren't in the room too much. The room itself was very hot!! And considering we visiting in March when it was -2 we genuinely struggled to cool it down! The restaurant for the evenings is good prices & good food. The breakfast (that we paid extra for) was average. Good location overlooking great views though!

Honest review feb 24 Hotel staff are very friendly, upon arrival we was allowed to check in slightly early. Had a standard twin room, was a small room with basic low level beds, fairly comfortable. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was of a good standard. Would return.

The resort has its own charm. Nice rooms with a bathroom. Small balconies. Food excellent, all dishes cooked to perfection. Bad organization at reception. There is no information that it is mainly a rehabilitation center. Besides being in a majestic location, it feels really that you travel in time when you visit this hotel. We just had lunch at the restaurant. It was quite tasty and the service was fast. The view was amazing :)

Romantic location pf the hotel attracts mounting lovers. Be ready to walk to the hotel for about 30 mins from the lower station of cable lift. Just “okay” at best. Clean but meager in decor and no amenities. Not special or nice or charming in any particular way. There appeared to be a great number of small charming hotels in Zakopane and this was not one of them. Somewhat noisy and although the manager had passable English, the staff did not.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was just okay. It was in a good location - close to the restaurants and shopping, but still quiet. The rooms were a decent size. There are stairs to go up to the room, which wasn’t a problem for us, but I know it might be an issue for some people. Overall it was a nice hotel and I would recommend it to someone looking for a place to stay in Zakopane.

Owners are nice friendly professional and helpful. Rooms are nicely soundproofed. Bathrooms and beds are both clean and comfortable. Heating and insulation are great. Our room had flat-screen TV, fridge, lots of storage, electric kettle, comfy carpet etc. In the corridor, you find an additional fridge, cutlery, plates, tissues, toothpicks etc.. Great place! I was hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but jaskółka surprised me very positively. Rooms, although basic, we’re clean, warm and we had a nice balcony view. Good basic accomodation, very reasonable price and great location including buffet breakfast each morning. Except for the periodic random sewerage smells that linger in the air both inside and outside the room. We dont spend much time in the accomodation so if you dont mind the old building and occasional whiff of smelly sulfur then its not that bad.

Great place. Very reasonably priced. Very nice home style Polish food. Buffet breakfast with good quality cold cuts, cheeses and hot meats. Decent free WiFi. Couple of minutes away from the PKP train station and bus station. Easy access to the tastiest hiking trails.

A great place to stay, very affordable, friendly staff, excellent food, great view from the balcony side, parking on the premises, 12min. walk to Krupowki St. and 5-7 minutes walk to a public transportation(bus & train). And if you drive a car, you couldn't imagine an easier way to get in and out of the place.

Gościniec is my favorite place to stay in Zakopane. Clean, delicious and nice. I've been coming here for years and intend to continue. If something changes here, it is a plus. Now there is a Swedish table, instead of breakfast served at the table - nice, because everyone will find something for themselves. I came here a bit by accident, in July 2019, when my accommodation suddenly stopped providing services. For one night I lived in the cheapest room in the basement, then in a triple room on the ground floor. A room in the basement is a cheap alternative when you only want a roof over your head. The best hotel we have ever stayed at couldn’t fault anything. The staff are very helpful and very friendly. The food/ drink is freshly made every morning and served to high standard. Room are spotless, modern and all you would need for a holiday. The hotel is located 3mins walking from skiing resort. 15mins walk from Zakopane Krupówki .
