The location was great and me and my family were able to walk everywhere easily. It was also quiet and clean. However, there wasn't any AC in the rooms or the hallways so it was pretty warm inside the hotel. We had a 2 room hotel room and we had 3 beds but 2 of them weren't comfortable.

For the rooms only few things are missing or need to upgrade such as the bathroom trash needed to be a bit bigger, the toothbrush kit was not available and the iron & the pad can be requested by the phone which can be done.. breakfast was good with some halal options such as scrambled eggs without bacon, pastries or roasted vegetables. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming it was a joyful...

No air conditioning. It was a hot period of time.

We got a lovely spacious room on the top floor. Very clean. Comfy beds. A nice quiet location overlooking the hills. The gentleman at the reception was friendly and welcoming but the restaurant staff was rude and I was treated like an intruder. None of them were Polish. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but with the windows open it is cool and fresh.

The place is very pretty and location is great. The staff was very welcoming and they had great breakfasts, however we had a deluxe room and in the middle of our room were doors connecting to another room! Not only everything could be heard through the doors, but as the other guests had dogs which were barking constantly, it was very disturbing! I am not sure if this was just our room with door in...

Nice experience for one night. The hotel is located quite close to the main street and the room for 3 people was confortable. Good view of Tatra mountain from the balcony. Room was decently cleaned and properly equipped in the toilette with clean towels. Matress were not extremely confortable, but good enough for few nights. The breakfast was mainly salty and there were only few options for sweets...

Close to tourist attractions in Zakopane. Close to couple of convenience stores. No elevator for guest and many steps up and bit of walking at the hotel. Buffet breakfast good but better selections on weekend. Free ice available at reception. Reception personnel very helpfull Taxi drivers do NOT follow or use meter in Zakopane so definitely ask the driver if he charges by meter or just make up a price...

Just a 2+ star hotel... Hotel is centrally located (300 mts from the main pedestrian street) in a busy but quite silent street/road. Very small and not appealing reception. The hotel has a small but pleasant garden sorrounding part of it. The decor of the hotel and rooms is old-fashioned. Our room (#226) was spacious with a small living room and had a little varanda, but it smelled like cigarette smoke...

Hotel has a good location. Rooms were ok, fine for our needs and as a base for skiing. Small pillows and duvets but extra pillows asked for at reception who were always friendly. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Hotel corridors always too warm for us but we regulated our room temperature by having the balcony door slightly open. Pool and hotel tub were decent. Would stay again. Some very nice restaurants...

The place is a good value for the money. Oldish but big rooms. Breakfast is simple but OK, they have a coffee, eggs, selection of breads, cheese, sausages. Free and convenient parking. Location is very silent and nice.

I stayed at Hotel Skalny for 2 nights in May while on a motorbike trip. Room was large and spacious and reasonably modern. The hotel is a fair bit from the main centre with not much round about. I struggled to find any restaurants within walking distance , that were open. I tried the hotel restaurant - which served a buffet meal - but was disappointed with the lack of choice - this may have been...

Very nice hotel, in the quiet locality. Nice services, great food and really nice people working there. We enjoyed the stay and would choose it again, walk to Krupowki street was also lovely, nice views along the walk, it is around 2,5 km from the hotel. Would love to come back.

All the receptionists and the life guard were friendly and spoke English. We felt really welcome after a terrible experience at a different place. Viktoria, Marcin answered questions patiently and gave us a good plan to save the rest of our vacation. Great room. Will visit again.

Was fantastic 2 nights! Although the hotel is officially rated 3 stars, it truly exceeded expectations — it felt like a 4-star experience in every aspects! The breakfast and the diner too was excelent. Good parking place. Good for the groups.

Very nice visit. I liked the hotel. Good position for skiing. Wellness was good and was nice to have towels by the swimming pool. I must appreciat perfect breakfast and dinner. Food was very tasty and and dinner started at 4 o clock which for us was very comfortable because we could go for evening skiing. Everyday there was room cleaning and the hotel offers also water and some refreshment available...

Unique hotel with traditional decor and food. Very friendly staff. Perfect base for hikers- has spa, sauna, jacuzzi, bar and restaurant! 10min bus/taxi to train station and local restaurants. Highly recommend 👍

Amazing place to stay. The staff was very nice and in-house restaurant serves delicious feed. The only thing we didn't like was that the room was rather small. The wash basin in the bathroom also pretty small. Other than that, we liked the vibe.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions, and the breakfast served was of good quality.

Room and placement were top-notch. The bar was dull, both in ambience and in choice of drinks. The breakfast buffet was also bland and severely lacking in choice.

The rooms are clean, the food is perfect but the bed is terrible, is too noisy and uncomfortable.

First of all, I hate Google, but felt I liked this hotel enough to sacrifice privacy to write the review. This hotel is spotless, the rooms are nice, it is quaint, pretty and at the base of the Tatra mountains and close enough to walk to downtown or the market areas. The people are super nice and the breakfast was amazing. We have stayed here twice and have no other reason to stay anywhere else...

Very nice and quiet place to stay

This was my third stay with Hotel Crocus and each time has been an enjoyable experience. The rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the restaurant that is in the hotel, many choices, even provide vegan/vegetarian options. The Hotel is located not far from the shopping/tourist district and the ski lifts and cable car to the top of Kasprowy Wierch, which is a breathtaking experience...

The exterior and location are great, but the rooms are dated. The pool and Spa are very good. I'd recommend it to families.

Hi. For price what i paid is a nice option in Zakopane. Dinner was ok, location near main street (15 minutes walk). Rooms: clean, with bottle of water, Coffee and tea. Design - so so.... Swimmimg pool - nice, clean. Jacuzzi - 1st day - ok, water was hot...2nd day...water was cold...sauna was good. Breakfast- standart. Thanks for services

Great location in Zakopane with an underrated breakfast buffet and spa. Great value! There’s a lovely stream on the property and easy access to restaurant and spa. The rooms are nice enough for the value. Staff was warm and friendly during our stay.

Prices were great, room was nice with an amazing view. The bathroom is their weakest section. They have a children's area, a ping pong table and a foosball table. During virus times the restaurant menu consist of only pizza. Their breakfast is fair but nothing to call home about. Staff was very nice and the location is good. I would come here again. It is also a 5-minute walk from a beginner slope...

Brand new hotel. Hotel was full when we came but had a personal touch. Still had parking for us when we came late, breakfast room is big and had large selection. Has a bar to enjoy relaxing evening.

Great and helpful employees. Breakfast was not so many choice. Things were missing from day to day. Also, room was not cleaned on 3 out of 4 days, even when hanging the sign out of the door. Great location. Reasonable price.

Great location ..last "station" before entering Tatra National Park. Holel has free parking, nice sauna (dry/wet), swimming pool. There is no continental breakfast. Overall - highly recommend this place..To see few places around you can rent a bike in hotel lobby. Nice and friendly staff.

Wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Close to town. Three minutes drive to Gondola Lift station, Kasprowy Wierch Stacja. After a day of hiking, you could enjoy their pool and sauna.

So cheap and the location is so close to the ski slope. Our bath-room has a little strange smell. The SPA is soooo awesome: 1big swimming pool and 2 saunas (finish and steam) Our room was very big and comfortable

The setting is really nice, close to the city center. It's easy to get there on foot. We had a family room with 4 rooms and a large bathroom: superb! We ate very well there. I recommend it 100%, this hotel is great!

This is a good stay, well positioned in Zakopane. The rooms were spacious, and offered good natural lighting. Only gripe was that the rooms tended to get reasonably hot, even with the windows open… some provisions like a pedestal fan, or AC would be nice. Though I recognise the building is probably built for the Polish winter, thus it’s insulated to keep heat in.

We stayed at Hotel Boruta as a group of 14 during our corporate ski trip in February 2025, and we were truly impressed. From the very beginning, the communication was prompt, professional, and highly accommodating. Good: The rooms are huge compared with newer hotels. The staff are friendly and efficient. I've stayed in many hotels in Poland and usually the staff at other hotels have a permanent frown on their face. In this hotel the staff actually smile and greet me, which is very rare in Poland! Nice location as well. Bad: Hotel is old and looks it. No elevator (lift); you need to drag the suitcase up the stairs...

Very basic old fashioned hotel. Close to construction, where workers start to make noise at 6:30 am. However, breakfast were good.

A big plus for the service, nice, in touch, willing to help. Great selection of items for breakfast. Maybe the decor is not for modern people, a bit prl, but always clean and quiet, which I appreciate, that's why I'm coming back.

Plus for a good location and large rooms. Minus for poor breakfasts, too little vegetables and no fruit for me, and too poor room equipment. There was no cabinet with shelves for clothes - one wardrobe is not enough for a family of 4, and there was no soap in the bathroom and glasses or cups in the room. Could use some more plates. Besides, the service was nice and to the point.

The price was reasonable for what we got. Nothing special. P.s. no one speaks english there...

The villa is located in Zurla. The place is quiet and picturesque on the hills. You can walk along the local paths and just admire the nature. The public transport stop is close. There is a large parking lot in the backyard. We came in October. The room is quite comfortable and warm. The owners of the house are very friendly people. Thank you for the comfort.

The villa is located in a nice place, peace and quiet, although after a day's walk in the mountains, the distance from the center is a big minus. Buses run frequently, although they are just as often late. The rented room has a large bed, unfortunately with one pillow, so the quality of sleep is very average. The bathrooms have everything you need, i.e. towels, shower gel and most importantly - a hair...

Nice and quaint place outside of the center of Zakopane, if there is not traffic you will get here in 8 minutes in car. It wasn't hard to get around, and also there is parking lot that we only paid 30 zł per 5 days. The room was clean, and all the necessary this is were there. I really liked the homey atmosphere, and how quiet it was around. The owner was really nice and easy to talk to, no problems...

As you know, in Zakopane does not suffer from a lack of tourists, suffers from this on a fairly expensive housing, if we want to be beautiful, clean and healthy. Fortunately, at Villa Bartek all of these aspects go hand-in-hand with an attractive price, so each person appreciates your hard earned money, I recommend this place because it's worth it!

The front desk allowed us to check in early, so we were grateful. We needed a good rest after the overnight bus from Budapest. The room is warm with a heater, and the water pressure is good. Drinking water is provided. Location is excellent, there's a market just right beside the hotel, Costa coffee, restaurants. 8 mins walking distance to the furnicular.

The rooms are on the small side and there are few electrical outlets. There's also no kettle, hairdryer, or refrigerator. We did have clean linens and fresh towels every day. We weren't bothered by the sports café. There's also no cozy lounge, and you can drink in the sports bar. There are plenty of nice places in town for a drink. The breakfast, on the other hand, is really delicious and very extensive

Another stay at Mrs. Zosia should be considered very successful. Clean, cozy rooms and delicious food for a small price were waiting for us again. The owner pleases in every way. The facility is close to the entrance to the trails (Olczyska Valley, Psia Trawka), also close to Kuźnice. Ample parking in the yard and a beautifully landscaped garden. I recommend it with all my heart!!! We will definitely...

The location is great, from this place it is close to everywhere. There is also a bus stop right in front of you if you don't want to take your car. The nearest Aquapark is only 7 minutes away. The food is very tasty (I didn't even know many of the soups eaten there), and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. I especially recommend taking a full nutrition package to those who want to see as much as possible...

The hotel has its pros and cons. In general, rather more pluses. The service was very nice and rather neutral. Tasty breakfasts, but not enough, eg. standard scrambled eggs. Rooms quite large and on the plus side we had a balcony. The rooms are also interesting in the fact that we have shade all day and even in summer, when the temperature is high, it can be cool at times. Beds generally comfortable...

Very nice place, the staff is lovely and extremely attentive, the room was clean and the food was good. It is not featured packed but the basics are well met. We went for a Christmas experience and it was a lovely dinner with live music, I can rekomend this place.

Nice cozy hotel, with view on mountains from some rooms. Offers good breakfast, and child playroom. Staff is helpful. Parking is a bit stressful, you have to fit to tiny parking lot, trying to avoid hitting other cars, and getting out is challenge, but parking seems to be problem of entire city. Overall it was pleasant visit.
