Unfortunately our experience was very poor with this Hotel. May be we were just unlucky. The cleaning of Hotel and rooms leaves alot to be desired, so much so that we had to leave a day before, and book alternative accommodation. No towel change unless you go begging to reception.

Great People, Meh Stay
The hotel staff is awesome - everyone I encountered was so friendly and willing to help lil non polish speaking me. Lots of choices and great things to try at the breakfast! Helpful staff there too.
My hotel room door didn’t lock which left me uneasy as night, I even put a chair in front hahaha. My sheets came off one night and there was lots of old hairs on the mattress which gave me the jeebies. The pool is good enough, saunas are hot but kinda small. The jacuzzi is definitely a jacuzzi but it isn’t a hot tub so be prepared for colder than bath water.
The service and the people are amazing.
Some tightening up would bring this place back to life.

Close to tourist attractions in Zakopane. Close to couple of convenience stores. No elevator for guest and many steps up and bit of walking at the hotel. Buffet breakfast good but better selections on weekend. Free ice available at reception. Reception personnel very helpfull Taxi drivers do NOT follow or use meter in Zakopane so definitely ask the driver if he charges by meter or just make up a price based on your destination which is always arbitrarily higher then would be by meter. The drivers are friendly but will rip you off for the ride if they do not use meter.Uber avaiblity scarce or not existent. So use taxi but insist on taxi using meter. If you need new towels in the room get the reception to instruct maid service to do so because it may not happen. The same applies to sheet changes otherwise they may change the sheets every 3 days only.
To me the room price a bit overpriced since you need to keep an eye on the room service yourself because things will not happen automatically. I have stayed for 3 days there.

Just a 2+ star hotel... Hotel is centrally located (300 mts from the main pedestrian street) in a busy but quite silent street/road. Very small and not appealing reception. The hotel has a small but pleasant garden sorrounding part of it. The decor of the hotel and rooms is old-fashioned. Our room (#226) was spacious with a small living room and had a little varanda, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The whole hotel is a non smoking premises though. To all rooms in the 2nd and 3rd floor the acess is by stairs only, not very convenient if you're carrying lugagges or have health problems...or both. No room service available. In general quite nice staff, speaking reasonable english and willing to solve problems (e.g. our room safe got blocked and was quickly unblocked by the receptionist). Average acceptable quality breakfast, in quite a cosy area though. Old fashioned, but nice relaxing and clean spa area with a small sauna, jacuzzi and a (aprox. 10 X 5 meters size) indoor swimming pool. No outdoor acess from there, just a couple of narrow windows. It opens from 4 to 10 p.m. No slippers or bathrobes are provided, only towels. There are lockers for storage at the Spa area entrance. In our check-out date (23.06.2024) the only credit card machine available was out-of-order, so I had to go to and ATM to draw money on purpose. Outdoor hotel car park is paid (30 zlt per day). 🔹Conclusion: Not really cheap for what it offers, but it is in a touristic central zone...maybe there are better alternatives!

Hotel has a good location. Rooms were ok, fine for our needs and as a base for skiing. Small pillows and duvets but extra pillows asked for at reception who were always friendly. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Hotel corridors always too warm for us but we regulated our room temperature by having the balcony door slightly open. Pool and hotel tub were decent. Would stay again. Some very nice restaurants within a short walk.

Rooms that is on road are very noisy and you cant open window. Balcony are spared with another appartment, so you see them and they see your room.

Breakfast.. First day we got only 1 portion, but ordered 2. Next day we received 3 portions, but eggs was half-raw.
Positive side:
Big apartments. Clean. New looking. A place for work. English speaking staff. Good restaurants, 2 gas stations and carrefur express near.
