Room was smaller than promised in Booking, no adequate pictures of the room. Room appearance was outdated - stains on wall and floor. In bedroom wall someones dirty leg print. Some of furniture was broken. No room for baby crib in bedroom, baby slept in the corridor. Parking lot is very narrow and costs 20€ per night. You have 13 choices of breakfast and they bring it to your room. No fresh coffe with milk, only instant coffee. Was not the best stay in Belgrade.

This hotel gave the room to someone else even though I made a reservation and even though we had a reservation at the hotel, they told us that the hotel was full and kicked us out. Necessary action should be taken against such bad businesses. We were victimized.

Literally one of the best staff I’ve seen! Love the hotel, and the staff are extremely friendly and kind. Shout out to Yovan at the front desk, was super helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Stayed at this hotel for a few days. I forgot my electric toothbrush there (cost 200 euros) and went back to pick it up. At the reception they said that the cleaning lady threw it in the trash. No apology, nothing, just said that we threw everything you forgot in the trash. I don't know what to say because I'm shocked. I highly do not recommend this hotel

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and fit all our needs. The parking spot is tight but it is better than relying on street parking. Great location right off the bus/tram route.

Not in the center but within a 10-15 minute walk. The staff is very helpful! Air-conditioning is awesome and I loved their window blinds for those who are sensitive to light during sleep.

it is a beautiful building in a perfevct central location with balconies to enjoy the fresh air as well. but most important very friendly, kind and helpful people in the staff - reception, housekeeping, all. thank u very much. i had wonderful days here

The hotel was clean, room (apartment) was specious, the beds were comfy. The staff were very friendly.
If you come with a car I recommend you reserve a parking spot. Their parking is very small.

The room was super clean and spacious. The ladies at the reception were very kind and friendly. The hotel is really close to the bus stop and it takes about ten minutes to get to the city center. We really enjoyed our stay!
