Mr Miroslav really helped a lot with the local food and directions to the nearest mall. Remember to speak with him when you get here. Overall the staff and the hotel amenities are top notch

Fitness room is better then most, had everything for a good workout. There is a small store within walking distance that had everything I needed. I would come back to this hotel again

The hotel is nice, food is good, rooms are typical hotel rooms, but everything was good and clean. Service is nice as well. Hotel is near park , side river and big mall.

I did have some drinks at the bar but did not eat from restaurant but Serbian food is very good so I'm sure it's worth trying out

I stayed at Hyatt Belgrade for 2020-21 New Year. It has been a nice experience since the quality and standards are great. Spa Zone is relaxing and good; very well prepared. Rooms need to be more updated

I have stayed at all the 5* hotels in BG but Hyatt Regency is in my opinion the best of them all. Super rooms, super restaurants, super roomservice, super spa and fitness

All the staff were welcoming and very friendly. Room was clean and good pressure in the shower. great buffet breakfast and enough choices for vegetarians. The rooftop bar is a great way to end the day with a drink

Many stays at this hotel over the years, had my best and worst experiences. This time was pretty good overall, hotel is fantastic but staff is a hit and miss

Caesar salad, sausages, burger, spare ribs and velvet cake were seriously good. The thing is, we were too hungry to take a photo of anything but the velvet cake

Everything was spotlessly clean. My room (403) was a good size, had more than I needed in the way of amenities and had a huge shower. The bathrobe was a good size, and so soft

The pool and spa and sauna and steam room are a nice treat. But what is most IMPORTANT is the people. They are so beyond helpful and kind and keep in mind they are serving people in many different languages and very busy

If you read a bad review, please ignore. I just witnessed a guy complaining about the way his comforter was put into the duvet cover while the desk was busy and they were STILL polite

The only reason I give 4 stars is because their website let me make a reservation for breakfast at 10:30 which was in the middle of their breakfast and lunch buffet, so I had to wait until 12 to eat

Nevertheless, I hope they take this comment in a good manner since it is mean like that. As I sad the food was great and we will cone back here soon

Inside you have the option to either sit in a non-smoking area or choose the side where you can smoke. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy Belgrade from above while eating or drinking

on the veranda we booked a table for 6 people and got a table with one warm bench (for 3 people) and two cold iron chairs. although there was a table with two warm benches with only one man

Beautiful monumental building from the end of the 19th Century. Very nice hotel restaurant "Savamala" offers delicious local cuisine. Very good city bus connections. Massage therapy is possible on request

we stayed 6 nights in april 2023. the wifi was excellent, as was the breakfast buffet. our room was quite reasonably priced, though compact, for somewhere so central - we stayed in the annex

The hotel is old, hasn't been renovated for years and it's starting to show. Our room was small and not comfortable, the window also had no mosquito nets and we still had to open it for lack of better airing options

Mosquito bites literally kept me awake. A few other minor details and easily avoidable problems also spoiled the impression

Hotel is situated in the heart of Belgrade and very well connected to all parts of the city. It has 24h open reception and there are always helpful stuff to offer you all kinds of information and support

Great hotel! I visit every year for over 15 years now. Friendly staff, excellent location in the centre of Belgrade, clean rooms, luxury breakfast, warm in the winter time. No swimming pool, sauna or jym.

This was a refreshment stop for us on a walking tour, so just a short time there. Service was good the hotel decor was mid 20th Century, well kept and felt comfortable

Very nice hotel perfectly located steps from the Main Street ‘Knez Mihajlova’ and walk-in distance from many attractions. Room was very clean, bed was so comfy. Staff is excellent end very friendly

Incredible hotel, beautiful rooms and the stuff was really helpful! They could communicate in English with no problem! The location is about ten to fifteen minutes away from the port and the central squares, but there are some really good restaurants and bars near it!!
