Incredible hotel, beautiful rooms and the stuff was really helpful! They could communicate in English with no problem! The location is about ten to fifteen minutes away from the port and the central squares, but there are some really good restaurants and bars near it!!

From the second I walked in I was treated like royalty. From the warm and easy check in, to my spacious room. The advice for seeing the city to the cookies on departing. I haven’t felt such hospitality in a long time

The staff responsible for breakfast this morning are great too. My room was very clean and not like in my last hotel which is hardly 300 meters from Jump Inn. Will be back for sure next time when I come in Belgrade

In the hotel I lived, but went there with friends for Breakfast. There's a delicious cooked and served delicious cocktails. And the prices were very adequate Breakfast for three, we left a 2000 Dinar

It was clean and nice, some leaking from the shower. But most of the time I was out and exploring the city. One thing for sure, I will not forget the reseptionist Titina. Really nice, kind and cute lady

There was little problems like cracked tiles. But, hotel stuff was always so helpful about everything. We hate the noise that comes from windows. They were so small and there is no robe

The breakfast has a great range of food, even has dairy free milk! The staff were friendly and the reception area has an exchange machine for quick cash if needed

The pool was great, perfect on a hot summer day. The breakfast was good, they had a good selection of meats, cheeses, eggs, sausages, vegetables, fruits, yogurts, and other things. Also, coffee, tea, milk and juices

The room needed some updating and some repairs but was overall good. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. There is no elevator but the front desk lady helped me get my luggage up

Lady receptionist was lovely upon arrival, facilities are ok but need some updating, the pool is lovely & breakfast was good.

There was some confusion when I arrived from the airport because there is an apartment building down the street also with 32 Miloje Djaka (I later found out the street address is 326, but the 6 fell off the building!) if you are taking a taxi, make sure you are taken to the correct location

A very nice, highly rated restaurant is around the corner, but I didn’t try it. Many attractions are within a 10-25 minute car ride, and prices were reasonable

The location is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. There are grocery stores and a minimart within a 5 minute walk. I took taxis for the most part

Overall is good the owner and the receptionist are helpful in the beginning but because of our late checkout the owner didn't get nice. Our room was spacious and classic. They didn't serve food.

We stayed here for a night with my friends, we had to carry our luggages because the elevator was not working. The room was great we enjoyed it. In the morning, the breakfast was a bit dissapointing but it was okay

I stayed at Hyatt Belgrade for 2020-21 New Year. It has been a nice experience since the quality and standards are great. Spa Zone is relaxing and good; very well prepared. Rooms need to be more updated

Almost everything was good, nice and helpfull stuff, very nice rooms and facilities, the only thing that i didn't like was that the windows in the rooms do not open, a little bad experience for claustrophobic people, everything else was just fine

Fitness room is better then most, had everything for a good workout. There is a small store within walking distance that had everything I needed. I would come back to this hotel again

The hotel is nice, food is good, rooms are typical hotel rooms, but everything was good and clean. Service is nice as well. Hotel is near park , side river and big mall.

I did have some drinks at the bar but did not eat from restaurant but Serbian food is very good so I'm sure it's worth trying out

Mr Miroslav really helped a lot with the local food and directions to the nearest mall. Remember to speak with him when you get here. Overall the staff and the hotel amenities are top notch

The hotel location is good if you travel by car. There is a big free parking and you can avoid the city traffic. Ten minutes by taxi to the city centre (about 10 euros). The room was clean, comfortable and quiet

Square Nine Belgrade is by far one of the top 5 hotels I’ve stayed at in the world. Attention to detail is exquisite and the staff is first rate. They quickly learned my needs and preferences and anticipated them easily

There is a shuttle which is basically a taxi (van) that you can ask for, it costs about 15 euro. Ask for it the night before if you have an early flight - it sounds like the rides ordinarily don’t start until 10am

Every staff member was incredible including the guest relations manager, Vukasin, the bellboy, the lady in the lounge bar, and the waiter, Goran, in the 10th floor restaurant. The duty manager Nikola was also great

Everything was spotlessly clean. My room (403) was a good size, had more than I needed in the way of amenities and had a huge shower. The bathrobe was a good size, and so soft

The pool and spa and sauna and steam room are a nice treat. But what is most IMPORTANT is the people. They are so beyond helpful and kind and keep in mind they are serving people in many different languages and very busy

Gorgeous little hotel at the heart of the capital city centre. Very clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended

But this time I got a different room, and it was very noisy from 11pm till 4am as there is a club on the 1st floor (the rooms are on the 6th), so you can perfectly hear every song, and it was hard to sleep with the loud noises

The location is great, only 5 minutes of walk from the main square. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable
