Service: Overall it is good, but except for the front desk staff, they don’t speak English very well, and the attitude of some service staff is not very warm and friendly

Breakfast was good and the location was good

I stayed at Hyatt Belgrade for 2020-21 New Year. It has been a nice experience since the quality and standards are great. Spa Zone is relaxing and good; very well prepared. Rooms need to be more updated

We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Food was exceptionally good and the prices were lower than I expected. If we were to travel to Belgrade, we would definitely stay at Hyatt

The only drawback is that the water barrier in the shower room is not good, and the water will flood when taking a shower. Other aspects are very good, and I still recommend it

It’s my regular stop over spot in Serbia. However, this year they charge for parking!?. Which is 25€ fixed price, without any exception. Like a soft rubbery to be frank

The staff in every place were great; they could not have gone to more trouble to help us. The rooftop restaurant is a sophisticated aymosphere but fun has very good interesting choices, not cheap but excellent food

It was a great experience, we stayed for 4 nights, the rooms were very clean and nice, only the breakfast was a little weak in variety, other than that it was very good.

We really enjoyed our stay here as Americans. Good locations with lots to walk to. Room was clean and everyone spoke English here. To say the breakfast buffet was amazing is an understatement

Overall it's pretty good. This suite has a single bed that was temporarily added, which is relatively short. And there is only one bathroom, which may not be enough for four people, but everything else is pretty good!

Me and another 2 friends stayed for 3 or 4 days and it was a very good place for us. The room was big enough for all 3, we had good sleep everyday to keep moving around Belgrade

Quite far from the old town (if you consider walking, rather than taking a cab). There's also a gym and a sauna there (I haven't tried it though). A late check-out can be granted

Need to improve room service, as a 4* hotel we always expect a hot water cattle, complementary some tea/coffee in the room, at least a water bottle but these service was absent.

On one side, the AC units are in the courtyard the rooms facd, on the other side, the street and the restaurant downstairs is very loud (and windows provide not much sound insulation)

We liked the location and the fact that all our requests were responded to immediately. Iron, extra blanket, lunch boxes for early departure (good ones - a huge sandwich, protein yogurt, tangerine, water)

It was actually a suite with two bedrooms and a living room. The room was not small and the location was convenient. There were many restaurants nearby and the restaurant in the hotel itself was also very good.

4 of 5 becouse they don't offer parking space. Parking during vikends is reserved for partys. The breafast is the best. It is lokal food, you can eat meat in the morning.

For the price this is a great deal. The only complaint I have is that they should remove the carpets. From the rooms especially and put stone/tile, but Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was Bali

The hotel location is good if you travel by car. There is a big free parking and you can avoid the city traffic. Ten minutes by taxi to the city centre (about 10 euros). The room was clean, comfortable and quiet
