The rooms were clean & cozy, the staff was approachable, and there were various amenities you could choose to enjoy - from the New Bar and a la carte Restaurant Prime to a spacious Spa & Wellness Center

Everything is clean and beautiful. There is a swimming pool, sauna, gym, breakfast (included in the price). There is a very large selection of food for breakfast

Rooms was beautiful as well as the bathroom. Friendly professional service. I was lucky to stay when was some gorgeously displayed cakes’ event and enjoyed masterful pieces of delicious desserts’ art

The hotel is positioned within walking distance from the city center and all tourist attractions, so the location is quite good too. The best choice if you plan to stay and visit Belgrade!

Fitness room is better then most, had everything for a good workout. There is a small store within walking distance that had everything I needed. I would come back to this hotel again

There is a separate a la carte and bar (where you can also order food). In the restroom: slippers, robe, shampoo, soap, gel, etc. Kettle, cups, coffee, tea, sugar, bottled water

Solid hotel with a nice spa that’s free for guests. The spa included a spacious gym, steam room, dry sauna, jacuzzi and a large pool and lounging area

I have stayed at all the 5* hotels in BG but Hyatt Regency is in my opinion the best of them all. Super rooms, super restaurants, super roomservice, super spa and fitness

I stayed at Hyatt Belgrade for 2020-21 New Year. It has been a nice experience since the quality and standards are great. Spa Zone is relaxing and good; very well prepared. Rooms need to be more updated

Stayed here for business for 2 nights, wish I could use the facilities more, the health club is out of this world! Personell was also very nice and attentive, top quality hotel, highly recommended

Everything was spotlessly clean. My room (403) was a good size, had more than I needed in the way of amenities and had a huge shower. The bathrobe was a good size, and so soft

Very nice and central location with lots of restaurants around. Spa area was great with steam sauna and regular sauna as well as an ice room

The floor in the room was very dusty when we arrived, and the room was never properly cleaned during our stay (our used coffee mugs were not removed during our 4 day stay, and the towels were not replaced)

The pool and spa and sauna and steam room are a nice treat. But what is most IMPORTANT is the people. They are so beyond helpful and kind and keep in mind they are serving people in many different languages and very busy

Every staff member was incredible including the guest relations manager, Vukasin, the bellboy, the lady in the lounge bar, and the waiter, Goran, in the 10th floor restaurant. The duty manager Nikola was also great

However, the lovely lady receptionist booked me a wonderful massage off-site and Vukasin booked me a great manacure off-site also. The swimming pool is fantastic too. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Incredible hotel, beautiful rooms and the stuff was really helpful! They could communicate in English with no problem! The location is about ten to fifteen minutes away from the port and the central squares, but there are some really good restaurants and bars near it!!

The change towels everyday (no matter where you leave them), which is probably at least part of the reason a lot of them are frayed at the edges. Overall, it was a pleasant stay

From the second I walked in I was treated like royalty. From the warm and easy check in, to my spacious room. The advice for seeing the city to the cookies on departing. I haven’t felt such hospitality in a long time

The staff responsible for breakfast this morning are great too. My room was very clean and not like in my last hotel which is hardly 300 meters from Jump Inn. Will be back for sure next time when I come in Belgrade

In the hotel I lived, but went there with friends for Breakfast. There's a delicious cooked and served delicious cocktails. And the prices were very adequate Breakfast for three, we left a 2000 Dinar

The reception staff smiled at least as you walked in but that's about as far as they go, it would have been nice to have been shown to the room or how to work the heating/cooling system and to have been told more about the facilities

The spa was ok but wouldn't book there again for the sake of the spa as it was small and the steamroom worked once. The breakfast was amazing 👏 great choice of different foods, and the staff couldn't do more to help

They serve breakfast at the 7th floor which opens to big panaroma glasses overlooking the city. The front desk people were always kind in answering any questions we had and always helped us in booking taxis

We had a wonderful stay and can‘t wait to come back again. The stuff is super friendly, the food delicious and it‘s really located near the center. My daughter and I had so much fun and felt like home.

It has everything necessary. Underground garage. Shop Vero. Coffee shop. Excellent Italian restaurant. A great children's playroom. And good brand selection stores. Not the biggest in town but good for local visit.

Great location and amazing service! Everyone at front desk have been fansatic! We asked not to have room service but ladies in hallways have been super helpful and nice. We got new towels within few minutes of calling

Room was spacious enough, comfortable bed and very clean. We were not in love with room design. The bathroom has frosted glass door with minimal soundproofing

If you are staying as a couple, you might be woken up at night because of the light or noise

As a hotel with 4 stars you need to pay attention to some of the smaller but very frequently used things. those would be soaps, gels, sink stopper that wouldn’t screw in, robes and slippers (available upon request only)

Located in the very heart of Belgrade, this place suggests comfortable stay, friendly service, clean room and zero extras. Suitable for short business trip. Pros - location, clean rooms, nice breakfast, friendly stuff

Also, robes didn’t have a strap. The main problem would be a non functional laundry service. We’ve arrived at the end of April, and were told laundry service won’t be available for three days due to national holiday

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are impeccable (rainshower!), the pool area very relaxing. The breakfast was of a high standard, as were the drinks in the evening

Hotel which is located in a great location, has friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and hygiene at an enviable level, does not deserve less than 5 stars! I almost forgot a beautiful sunset view from balcony

It's ok, depends what are you here for. I preferred cause it's new, and you can find parking still free. I had to go in center every day, I just took the bus, 29. Someone I walked part of the distance

It was ok the day park is 20 euro, I spent 2 euro on bus. The hotel is shiny, big rooms, all supply you need. The spa is ok, bus the sauna not. I recommend especially if you came by car

Square Nine Belgrade is by far one of the top 5 hotels I’ve stayed at in the world. Attention to detail is exquisite and the staff is first rate. They quickly learned my needs and preferences and anticipated them easily

Their friendly and efficient demeanor was welcoming and reassuring that business was being taken care of as well. The restaurants are excellent with service that again catered to my individual needs/preferences

Beautiful hotel hidden behind the houses close to Danube River. The rooms are beautiful and spacious there is free secure parking and the staff are very polite and helpful

Cosy and well decorated hotel, available secure parking spaces! We use it as a transit stop, just for one night but definitely will return during next trip via Belgrade.

Very close to the center of the city. With a quiet bar (with a smoking area), that serves coffee, draft beer, hard liquor and food. The reception can be a bit slow with big groups late in the night

Some emanation discernible only to themselves. The guys here are definitely better looking than elsewhere in the Balkans

Rooms are clean, breakfast is good. But showers have many buttons, which do not work. The elevator takes ages to move. But the location is nice, not far from City center. There's a 7/24 market just across the street

(Buy the water says "Rosa" on it, the other waters taste like tap water)

The location is second to none with most of the major attractions and restaurants being just a quick walk away, particularly good if the visitors only have one or two free afternoons for touristic activities

Well situated in the center of Serbian capital city. The Belgrade Art Hotel is muddle size hotel. The furniture is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is a good combination of hot and cold buffet

The hotel is amazing. Located in the walking area of Knez Mihajlova. The room with a view on the Knez Mihajlova street. Fresh and delicious meals, waiters are amazing, always with a smile.

Location and Class!!!!! What a sweet little hotel, in the middle of it all! Right on the famous strip, minutes of walking near all the key landmarks and a nearby garage for parking

The place litte bit far from center, it's in quiet place, restaurant just open in the morning for breakfast (English breakfast)

Very nice hotel just 200m far away from downtown of Belgrade. Cheerful and polite staff, cosy and cleaned rooms. Of course hotel rooms offer shaving kits, teeth cleaning kit and any kit related with individual hygiene

The Hotel is really central in the old town. In 5 min walking you are directly in the old town of belgrade. The hotel have an elevator or stairs. The breakfast buffet is good and everybody will find something there

You can also drink coffee, tea, cacao or juice and you can refill as much as you want. Only the space is sometimes a little too small, because its hard to find a place when 20 people want to eat in the same time

Wifi is also for free and when you come to check in, you find a little note with your name in your room. The room have also a mini bar with drinks and snacks. The prices are on the top of the fridge

Located in the centre,it has been extremely convenient for all the activities I wanted to do. The breakfast was amazing, so many choices for all tastes. The rooms are neat, modern and super clean

The best part is the service, professional and friendly at the same time. I hope that some day I will return to Belgrade, and then, I will also return to Belgrade Inn Garni as well :)

Nice hotel with a cool Waterpark and clean rooms, the rooms would need a bit of renovation but it's still OK, the breakfast is OK for the price but a bit weak for a 4star hotel

The attached pools, gym and water slides are indoors and warm during a cold day. The park also serves food and offers massages for very competitive rates around 260 dinars

Too noisy and unnecessarilly loud closed aqua park, you can't talk to each other, ugly music from the morning till 3 am. Pools are big and water is not very warm, spa is good

Also, the reception staff made us late for our flight cos he didn't call the taxi when we asked him to but waited 'because it would only take 5 minutes' but actually ended up taking 30 mins

International airport is just couple of km from there so there are airplain noise from time to time. Intriguing instalation (posted in a photo) just next to the stairs on the third floor

Our room was not very clean, 2 doors were broken, u couldn't open closets, balcony door didn't work, cleaning was poor, the carpet was very dirty, also one of the beds

The hotel is located at the very center of Belgrade, that is very convenient. I found Maxi-store with everything for living in just 1 or maybe 2 minutes

Near to the hotel there have been a fountain startling in its beauty and lots of parks for pleasant walking Food is perfectly delicious
