It was a great experience, we stayed for 4 nights, the rooms were very clean and nice, only the breakfast was a little weak in variety, other than that it was very good.

The staff in every place were great; they could not have gone to more trouble to help us. The rooftop restaurant is a sophisticated aymosphere but fun has very good interesting choices, not cheap but excellent food

Is this toothbrush for human use? The toothpaste in this "detachable and environmentally friendly toothbrush" is so small. Let's not talk about the small amount of toothpaste

When I arrived at Hilton, I felt very relieved and at ease in terms of service, environment, hygiene and facilities. The location is also very good. There is a supermarket and a bus stop downstairs

The hardware facilities are good and the service is generous and enthusiastic. The only drawback is that the cleaner came in without knocking, and left without saying a word when he found someone

Mr Miroslav really helped a lot with the local food and directions to the nearest mall. Remember to speak with him when you get here. Overall the staff and the hotel amenities are top notch

This was our third visit to the Radisson Collection, Old Mill, Belgrade. We had a lovely room: clean, nice view. The breakfast buffet was bountiful. We'd like to mention one of the bartenders: Nicola Cuetkovic

It’s my regular stop over spot in Serbia. However, this year they charge for parking!?. Which is 25€ fixed price, without any exception. Like a soft rubbery to be frank

I pay less in Amsterdam or Paris for parking which is a big deal in those cities. I hope the management understands that this is a decision changing fact for most of the customers

This is the best hotel in Belgrade. The staff is professional, kind and helpful. They make you feel like home. Also, they have the best coffee!! Looking forward to visiting again.

The pool and spa and sauna and steam room are a nice treat. But what is most IMPORTANT is the people. They are so beyond helpful and kind and keep in mind they are serving people in many different languages and very busy

I cannot but recommend this place, comfortable in every sense: very good sized room, comfortable bathroom and shower, all necessities including slippers abd a bath robe, good equipped gym! The bar has excellent service, as the whole hotel team is friendly, competent and efficient

In the middle of a residential neighborhood, very close to both the Belgrade center and the Kalemegdan fort, Mona Plaza is a great hotel to stay in

The only two things I am dissatisfied with are: the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, the carpet looks very dirty and I found a cigarette butt on the carpet when I arrived in the room on the day of check-in; the toiletries are very rudimentary and only a small piece of soap is used for bathing and washing hair

Located in the heart of Belgrade, this hotel is in the center of attraction: restaurants, museum, shopping, bars. The restaurant at this hotel is also delicious with 5 stars service to its guests

There are much better hotels to stay at than this one and they are much cheaper. Hotel Moska has an old smell to it. It was clean and has kept its classic design. I enjoyed the pianist playing at all times of the day

Historical hotel in city center. Excellent breakfast and services

I didn’t stay there, but I had the chance to try their famous dessert at the patisserie in the lobby with a cup of coffee. Don’t expect too much from the dessert, but it’s definitely not bad either

The location is perfect, a 5 minutes walk from the center with countless bars, caffes and restaurants. There is a cash exchange and a supermarket right outside

The hotel is at the center of the town and everything is close by foot. For taxi I recomend the Yandex Go App. It's like Uber for eastern europe

Located near the new city walk zone, it’s ideal to be in the city center. Whilst the rooms are clean and comfortable, the carpets are not in good condition and just gives a poor first impression

Hello, I am writing this review in contrast of the one night we stayed at your hotel; I know this might not be the purest review because of our short stay but I am willing to criticize the poor sound blocks because it was frustrating

There is a 18 m underground pool kept at 28 degrees and generally not crowded with a confortable relaxing area, free access for the hotel guest. The forniture in all hotel, expecially in the lobby is beautiful and unique

Unusual for such a high level hotel, probably due to the relatively small number of rooms. But no problem once you get used to it, and good quality. Location is very central and almost everything is at walking distance

Service is perfect, a special mention to the very good concierge service: the 2 employees are both very knowledgeable and willing to help and were a precious source of advice on what to do and where to eat during all our stay

From Berber rugs to Scandinavian wood chairs. Breakfast is great and service impeccabile. As fan of Dyptique, I approviate the amenities. In the heart of the capital, the hotel was a perfect location for my stay

It's very warm, and it feels like the walls are well insulated. There's no air conditioning, and the heater isn't very hot either. It's much higher than the outside temperature.

The location is fine. The hotel is clean. The people are nice. But it needs to have some maintenance (but they will fix it on the spot), the breakfast isnt worth it and should be skipped.

I just came to Belgrade and stayed for three days. The overall feeling was good, so I stayed another day on the way back. In addition to the location in the city center, breakfast should be another highlight

Quite far from the old town (if you consider walking, rather than taking a cab). There's also a gym and a sauna there (I haven't tried it though). A late check-out can be granted

The rooms are clean and tidy, the service staff is nice and friendly to Chinese people. The hotel is in a great location, and it only takes about ten minutes to walk to the National Grand Theater to watch performances

The elevator did not go up to that floor, so I had to walk up one floor. The friendly staff there helped me take my luggage to my room. My only complaint was the ever-lingering smell of the pipe in my room
