I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at this hotel. The restaurant and bar services were outstanding, with friendly staff and a particularly delightful holiday ambiance. Highly recommend!

Mr Miroslav really helped a lot with the local food and directions to the nearest mall. Remember to speak with him when you get here. Overall the staff and the hotel amenities are top notch

The pool and spa and sauna and steam room are a nice treat. But what is most IMPORTANT is the people. They are so beyond helpful and kind and keep in mind they are serving people in many different languages and very busy

If you read a bad review, please ignore. I just witnessed a guy complaining about the way his comforter was put into the duvet cover while the desk was busy and they were STILL polite

A perfectly fine business hotel. Nice big rooms, clean and proper. Very good gym with rowing machine and lot's more, there is also a spa with free sauna, steam bath and cold showers. Also very good restaurant downstairs

The staff in every place were great; they could not have gone to more trouble to help us. The rooftop restaurant is a sophisticated aymosphere but fun has very good interesting choices, not cheap but excellent food

From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. It's clear that the staff takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their guests

I would only say there wine by the glass is a very small amount; take a bottle!

Incredible hotel, beautiful rooms and the stuff was really helpful! They could communicate in English with no problem! The location is about ten to fifteen minutes away from the port and the central squares, but there are some really good restaurants and bars near it!!

The staff responsible for breakfast this morning are great too. My room was very clean and not like in my last hotel which is hardly 300 meters from Jump Inn. Will be back for sure next time when I come in Belgrade

In the hotel I lived, but went there with friends for Breakfast. There's a delicious cooked and served delicious cocktails. And the prices were very adequate Breakfast for three, we left a 2000 Dinar

Very close to plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops. A supermarket is across the street. All requests answered instantly. You can ask unusual coffee or fried eggs, which is not a common Breakfast

The waiters are ultra nice and food is very good. Original paintings on the walls, interesting books and old vinyl records bring a touch of artistry and culture that many will appreciate

In the room 75 - Suite, Windows overlook the back yard, which is not very liked me. Did not like the mattress on the bed and on the sofabed to sleep was also not convenient

Room was spacious and we had a view on the cathedral. Parking Service was also top notch. You have some restaurants and bars in the surrounding. We ate one night for dinner at the roof top restaurant

We received an upgrade to a Suite, which was a great surprise for us. Breakfast was really good, my girlfriend missed some thin sliced cheese, but that was the only negative point

Not in the center but within a 10-15 minute walk. The staff is very helpful! Air-conditioning is awesome and I loved their window blinds for those who are sensitive to light during sleep.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and fit all our needs. The parking spot is tight but it is better than relying on street parking. Great location right off the bus/tram route.

The hotel was clean, room (apartment) was specious, the beds were comfy. The staff were very friendly. If you come with a car I recommend you reserve a parking spot. Their parking is very small.

The reception staff smiled at least as you walked in but that's about as far as they go, it would have been nice to have been shown to the room or how to work the heating/cooling system and to have been told more about the facilities

The spa was ok but wouldn't book there again for the sake of the spa as it was small and the steamroom worked once. The breakfast was amazing 👏 great choice of different foods, and the staff couldn't do more to help

Nice clean and modern hotel in a good location near the centre of Belgrade. Free WiFi was great and the hotel provided free parking for our car. The room was clean and well kept. The bathroom area was a bit small

Rooms were clean and neat, also had a Good mattress. The Bathroom was a bit too small. Has a great location with Walking distance to the city center which has all high street shopping of Belgrade

We were a group of 11 spread out in 5 rooms on different floors stayed for 3 nights. 7 out of 11 were pure Vegetarian/ Vegan, did not enjoy breakfast

In the middle of a residential neighborhood, very close to both the Belgrade center and the Kalemegdan fort, Mona Plaza is a great hotel to stay in

We arrived at 2:00am and immediately someone opened us the garage to park the car (I’m very happy they have a garage but if you have a big car you will find it quite challenging because of the narrow paths

Boutique hotel with high ceilings, very close to the city centre. Limited on street parking available for the hotel patrons. Very helpful and friendly staff. Last but not the least, they are dog friendly with no fuss

Honestly a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from being local guides to offering to call us a taxi, help us rent a car, charge e-scooters for use, warm up the sauna and jacuzzi, and even lend us a phone for a hotspot when we wanted to go to Novi Sad

A boutique-hotel, quiet and chic. The rooms do not have a balcony, the view is towards the street/park. It has a small bistro where you can have breakfast, but you can also eat other things

It even has a terrace, on the sidewalk. Very suitable for short and business stays, or for young couples without children

The only reason I give 4 stars is because their website let me make a reservation for breakfast at 10:30 which was in the middle of their breakfast and lunch buffet, so I had to wait until 12 to eat

Inside you have the option to either sit in a non-smoking area or choose the side where you can smoke. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy Belgrade from above while eating or drinking

on the veranda we booked a table for 6 people and got a table with one warm bench (for 3 people) and two cold iron chairs. although there was a table with two warm benches with only one man

We were surprised when they brought all of that at once, we expected to have time to finish the soup before starting with the main dish, so the main dish was getting cold 😔

The offer is about 25 EUR for the all you can eat buffet. Seems like a lot of money but the buffet was really extensive and great so I kept going back for more

It’s not very central but a short bus ride or 20 min walk to old town

It has everything necessary. Underground garage. Shop Vero. Coffee shop. Excellent Italian restaurant. A great children's playroom. And good brand selection stores. Not the biggest in town but good for local visit.

Very Trendy, Very Cool and very much a place about great service and an appeal to make your stay the best. I would not hesitate and I would not walk to get into this place I would run
