Great hotel, good location, nice and polite staff, room clean and spacious, bathroom clean and supply with all you need (maybe you can add toothpaste and toothbrush 😊), very delicious and fresh food, and the best spa I ever visit in 5*hotel! I will come again! 🍀

Beautiful hotel about 15mins drive to the centre of Prishtina. The room was big and had all the luxury amenities you required through the stay. The food & beverage offering was outstanding, with breakfast a massive spread of dishes hot and cold. The service was excellent and all the staff could not do anything more to help you with anything you needed during the stay. The spa facilities downstairs are world class with indoor pool, jacuzzi's, sauna, steam room etc. Didn't get a chance to use the gym but from friends were told is is great. Highly recommended and great value for money. Will definitely return next time I visit Kosovo.

We are staying at the hotel now and chose it due to the swimming pool. It is a nice hotel but not 5 star standard. Simple things like no drinking water in the rooms, replenishing the coffee, lack of coat hangers etc. could be quick wins to improve the stay. The staff at the front desk seem confused most of the time. The breakfast is great and the pool area is nice (although busy at weekends and took time to get sun beds which surprisingly the hotel guests didn’t get priority over external people using the pool). No information about this was provided at check in.

Have come to this hotel facilities numerous of times and the service has always been great. But today has really shown a different side to this management at the outdoors swimming pool where a member of staff was very rude and even had the cheeck to swear at my sister and my family of 9 pupils. Its a shame he started working shortly after and even in and around me which was quite intimidating. Will not come here again as i believe they do not take their business seriously.

Excellent SPA, convenient parking and tasty food in restaurant. Sufficient elevators and good bar service. Low noise from adjacent rooms and windows can be opened. Very nice outdoor swimming facility and close enough to Pristina and the new mall.

The place was fabulous but they did lie about the price of the room everyone paid $180 euro a night they charged me $240 euro a night because they saw my vehicle with USA plates. I was advised from guess to make reservations from a local phone number so that way you get the fair price.

The most luxurious hotel in Pristina. All in the hotel is in perfect condition. I came first time when the hotel was opened and since then they have expanded but the "old" part of the hotel is in the same shape as new part. Excellent rooms, perfectly clean. Staff very polite and helpful for whatever issue you might have. Excellent variety at the buffet for breakfast also omelette made as par your choice with good bread choice. Plenty of nuts and seeds for vegans.
The bar on the ground floor is open 24/7 whereas the terrace is open till midnight offering all kind of coffees, soft drinks, alcohol drinks but also homemade cakes and chocolates!
One of the best restaurants in Pristina is on the top floor.
Hotel is located directly behind the petrol station. Aslo convenient if you need to fill up for your next trip.
The bar on the ground floor is open 24/7 whereas the terrace is open till midnight offering all kind of coffees, soft drinks, alcohol drinks but also homemade cakes and chocolates!
