A gorgeous old style hotel, luxurious to say by far one of the nicest I’ve stayed at to date.
Greater nicely at front desk. The having secure parking and the buffet breakfast had plenty to support all tastes.
The spa/ pool areas were lower ground. Stunning, they offered 3 types of saunas , robes , refreshments and fruit. My only gripe was the gps bought us to the front part of the hotel , where the was only foot access , so arrive from the back street of the hotel.
They offer bikes . They also have phone cables at the restaurant , such a great idea, do eat and charge👏

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. From the breakfast to the rooms to the spa and pool, this place was really a treat. Also, the gym was gorgeous. The only negative thing I had to say was that there were two men on one shift and three women on the other (didn’t catch any of their names) and the three women couldn’t have been nicer and the two men were comically rude. Like to the point that I thought I did something wrong. From check in to check out they were not welcoming and it was a bad reflection of an otherwise perfect hotel

We had a great four night stay for a great price. Our room was huge! The location was excellent- easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. The lounge bar was a comfortable and quiet place to work for a couple hours and drink an aperitivo. The front desk was helpful with our requests. The breakfast is extensive! Everyone who worked there was helpful and nice.

The controls for the air didn’t seem to work so Our room was too warm. The laundry service was very expensive, which was normal for hotels like this in other cities but I was a little surprised at the price for Prishtina.

It’s been the second time I’ve gone there and I have had excellent service especially by the masseuse Gili! Works like a dream ! And the beautiful soul almedina who works down at the salon always had the best experience with her, the most down to earth people down at the wellness centre ! Recommend 100 percent! Had a beautiful experience, and can’t wait to go back !
