Garni Hotel Leopold I in Novi Sad

Worst hotel ever.. too many people that doesent know how to serve their guests. There are 2 very nice man who really want to help and give the guests a nice stay. But reception, bar and cleaningpersonal, i think they should take lessons in other hotels. We came in and had too walk 2 km with our baggage, because they didnt give us a licens to drive in with our car and even didnt pick us up themselve.. second point: i had to ask like 4 times to change our two small beds in one for my brother and his girlfriend.. they couldnt manage to do this after 2 days!!! And now, after 3 days and 4 times asking them they are still sleeping seperate....The food/drinkingcard is not correct.. they did not have anything that we want to order.. better remove drinks from the card, if you are not able to serve them...... the security outside was totaly incompetent. We bought food on the festival and they didnt let us in our room with the food. We had to eat outside and throw the food away because they have some special roules with food and drinks in general.. i really can not recommened this hotel. Its the little things that matters and this hotel is really nothing special exept the view.. but for the view you can go everytime you want up and have a look.. no need to sleep at this place. Its way better and cheaper to take a hotel in the city and walk to the festival.. this hotel has 4 stars but its even not worth one of them... the breakfast buffet is also not worth to eat here.. Very disapointing..
