we truly enjoyed our stay there... quiet and detached from the city happenings. getting there, the post military area gave a wild impression, but one should not be put off by this.
huge parking area on property or in front of the bungalows - for convenience.
the stay in hot Novi Sad felt like a breeze of fresh air waking up only walking distance to Danube river.
the rooms are beautiful, specious and clean and offer all for comfort and safety. even with tea & coffee facilities.
we truly enjoyed delicious dinners and breakfasts at the shore restaurant.
the staff is incredibly friendly.
we'll definitely come back.

This riverside restaurant has two section one for tourist companies and one for private dinners. We were there as a group. The food was fairly average with soup, salad and a main of overcooked tough chicken or was it pork , there was a difference of opinion from the group. The dessert was a rich chocolate cake. The service was friendly and efficient.

We had a terrible time checking in, our room smelt of gas so we had to move our luggage out and wait for it to be fixed. They did resolve the problem. The location is an hour walk from the city centre.

The rooms are nice, but in the New Years Party the food was not good, bad starter, bad main dish and desert. Nobody told us the party is over at 2AM. Other days the food was good.

The hotel is very big, the location is a bit remote, you need to drive to travel, there are no supermarkets and restaurants around, the hotel restaurant and breakfast are good, it is worth staying for a holiday

Individual chalets out of town. Near the river, restaurant shaped like a boat. Has children playground. Breakfast food has variety but not protected from flies. Clean and comfortable beds. Can be noisy if there is a function like wedding.

Good not good
When I arrived I was not impressed no parking available and the apts looked like a throw back to stalag 19! The door was hard to open as it had swelled but once inside it was lovely and modern and very bright only problem the smell like sewerage even with all windows open it was same and the place was full so couldn’t move really was bad mentioned it again at checkout and the guy shrugged his shoulders!

The location was overall nice. However on the first day in front of our room there was a dead rat. That put me and the misses off a lot. Secondly, cleaning was not at the highest of standards for a 4 star resort. Thirdly we had a very scary experience at the place where we thought someone was trying to burst into our room at 2am in the night. The receptionist present was not helpful at all when we reported the issue and slept the rest of the night uneasy and shocked by the experience.

an incredibly homely feel upon arrival. very friendly receptionists, restaurant team and a place worth visiting again. we instantly felt welcomed and enjoyed our short stay in Novi Sad.
it is important to know that it's a bit isolated, but can be reached by car or very affordable cab... arriving there can be a bit sobering at first, due to the vintage military surroundings.
however, exactly this very private surroundings are the best support for a restful night and sweet dreams.
