SAINT TEN Hotel

The location of the hotel is average, very noisy. The hotel itself is not bad. I can't compare with others in this city. But it doesn't reach 5 stars (if compared with other European cities)

The hotel has style, but some facilities are inexplicable and the service staff are quite smart. When cleaning the room, the teapot brought by the guest was taken away. The waiters at the restaurant and bar are tall and handsome, busy chatting by themselves, and the service is relatively poor.

The hotel is excellent, clean, freshly renovated. But! A couple of things slightly marred the stay. The hotel does not provide an iron, citing safety. At the same time, they offer ironing services for a lot of money. There is no shoehorn. The waiters at breakfast are friendly, but they categorically do not remove the dishes from the table until you leave.

The hotel is exquisite and luxurious, but it is relatively small. The window of the executive room I booked is facing a very dilapidated residential building, which is very unpleasant... I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet.

Hotel was well located and decoration was lovely. Service was outstanding and restaurant was top class but very quiet. Only downside was the Aircon which was not adjustable and the room temperature was so high that we had to have the window open to make the temperature bearable. This then resulted in a great deal of noise from the street. If they resolve this issue the hotel is one of the best I have stayed in.

One of the best hotels in the city center of Belgrade, very close to Saint Sava Church. The rooms are spacious and design, but the best point is definitely the amazing staff and employees who are very kind, helpful and at the disposal of clients. Thanks for an amazing stay !!

A type of place that makes you wonder how it's not more expensive as you're checking out. Saint Ten has the best intangibles I've experienced in a hotel (thus the need to leave my first review, I think). The front desk staff has an effortless manner of accomplishing anything and everything, under Mr. Boris's leadership. Although Belgrade has its charms, Saint Ten has it in spades.
