I don’t know how this hotel got this rating. First of all the staff is not very helpful. Second, the air conditioning does not work at all. I had to open my windows and listen to a busy street all night long and couldn’t get any sleep. Half the time the desk is not maned in the front. If you ask for any help or any extra amenities they do not do so or are not helpful. I don’t see how they’ve clean the rooms in anyway at all either. The room has leaky bathroom fixtures, leaving water on the floor making everything wet. In the bathroom, there is no place to place your amenities so that you can do what you need to do.

The room we were assigned was right next to the toilet! Worst room ever! The bed was very small and the room smelled bad! There are only 2 places to charge in the whole room, which is a very bad experience

Very beautiful hotel in Novi sad, free parking. Hotel is in top condition and staff is very frinedly and helpfull. Rooms are well equiped. Welness is very good and ther eis inside and outside pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is top and restaurant is recommended. All by all best choise for your stay in Novi sad.

I was shocked to find that the rooms are very old fashioned and full of dust and grime... There was a thick coat of dust behind the TV, thin coats of dust everywhere else, and the cleaning staff left footprints in the bathroom

Russian vibe hotel, fancy expression but poor quality. Strange smell in the room, no free power socket, noisy (traffic) and kiss theme bathroom. No complimentary water. Restaurant was a real disappointment in terms of atmosphere and quality

We have been here before, staff check in everything was still wonderful, room is now very outdated but clean (at the beginning) no kettle for coffee/tea preparation as in the room description, cleaning was only superficial, not once was dust wiped or vacuumed which of course is immediately noticeable on the dark furniture, parking spaces available and free of charge, breakfast was very good, there are now very good alternatives I think we won't be coming again

We stayed at this hotel for a few days. Breakfast is tasty but monotonous. The food in the restaurant is not tasty. The staff is not smiling. The price of the room is not small. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room. The robes have holes. The towels are old. The bed linen is not white, but has a worn shade. Uncomfortable pillows. The wallpaper is peeling off (in our room on the third floor for sure). Wi-Fi works only at the reception. And here is the most interesting thing. My son studies at an online school and because of bad internet during lessons he had to sit on the floor where the reception and lounge area are, of course he sat with headphones. And he played on the tablet also with headphones and one day the cleaning lady came up to me and made a remark that my son was disturbing the reception by playing on the tablet. And when people were watching football there, drinking and yelling, they probably did not disturb the reception?! And how can a cleaning lady make a remark to a state hotel?! It would be better if they fixed the router!!! We left the hotel the next day because of such service.

We have stayed in several 5* hotels, but unfortunately this hotel was very poor. The wellness area was really small and useless. The room wasn't really cleaned, only the bed was made. It's a shame because the people were nice.
