A great hotel, excellent location, and very attentive staff. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Belgrade and forget about the car.

Not Recommended for International Travelers Our experience at this hotel was disappointing, especially as international travelers. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Despite having a group reservation and choosing this hotel for its convenient downtown location, the check-in process was unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. The receptionist showed no effort to assist or welcome us, and her attitude was impatient and unfriendly. It left a very poor impression on all of us. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers, particularly those visiting from abroad who may already be dealing with the stress of navigating a new country.

Havlular ve bornozlar kirliydi , çarşaflarımız değiştirilmedi söylediğimiz zaman 3 günde bir değişim yaptıklarını söylediler bornoz için özür bile dilemediler. Aynı duş havlusunu 3. Gün oldu kullanıyoruz terlikler yırtıldı yenisi istenmeden verilmedi . Arkadaşımın yastığı kirli olmasına rağmen ters çevirip koydular dalga geçer gibi , otelin konumu dışında hiç memnun kalmadık. Towels and bathrobes were dirty, when we told them that our sheets were not changed, they said they changed them every 3 days and did not even apologize for the bathrobes. We have been using the same shower towel for the 3rd day. The slippers were torn and a new one was not given without request. Even though my friend's pillow was dirty, they turned it upside down and put it on as if they were kidding. Apart from the location of the hotel, we were not satisfied at all.

Loved it, comfortable rooms, ideal location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was superb. Will stay here again if i visit Belgrade

The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed (fridge, kettle, air con, safe etc). The bed was comfy, and towels and robes were provided. Staff were friendly, spoke good English and allowed us to check in early (which was much appreciated). The location is superb- only a short walk to the beautiful Skadarlija street. Lots of good bars and restaurants nearby (Dogma bar serves great beers). Yandex cabs are easy to order if you want to visit other parts of the city. Breakfast was decent and surprisingly extensive (cheese, meats, pastries, hot options). However, the breakfast room itself was small and became very crowded at peak times. All in all, a great value hotel. We would definitely return.

Enjoyed a superb stay at Hotel Opera during our brilliant Belgrade weekend. Perfect location, large adjoining rooms and lovely decor. Staff were very professional and attentive. Details matter in hospitality and little things like a dedicated kids TV channel ready in their room, the excellent breakfast items changed daily and print outs of our passes ready at the front-desk on the morning of our flight, all made a big difference. Many thanks to the staff. Highly recommended.

Excellent location , spaced and clean room, rich breakfast with many choices that changed every day, friendly staff .Definitely a great choice!Although our room was looking on the street it was not noisy.

A nice hotel, very clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They also offer massage for a reasonable price, that’s another plus.

Really good Hotel
Hotel Opera Garni is only 2 minutes walk to the
square and central for visiting many places. The hotel is very clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great with plenty of choice. I would definitely stay again.
