Very good staff and good hotel good location not far from the center! Excellent staff and helpful customers! Clean room with a large TV even if no local channel! 10 minutes from the city center! Room with retro air conditioning but clean!!

I was booked at this hotel by my office and the only reason I decided to stay was because the staff at the front desk, in particular Afrodite, was si kind and warm that I decided not to look for another place. Afrodite is one of the nicest individuals I met in Kosovo and she goes above and beyond to help customers. She was the only reason why I stayed. The hotel is in urgent need of a deep clean as the rooms smell like mold, smoke and dust. One of the colleagues that stayed with me could not stop coughing during all our stay and opening the windows did not help much. The beds are very hard and the sheets I had did not cover the entire mattress so it was hard to avoid sleeping on the bare mattress. There was an issue with hot water and at times the best you would get was lukewarm; not hot. That was a challenge in cold mornings. Food options for breakfast were very very limited and sometimes it could take more than 40 mins to get cheese and bread. Some days they did not have bread, others they did not have cheese. Coffee was good but that was all that was consistently available and that you could get quickly. The hotel is well located near a mini market and several good restaurants.

great location and management, however they need to hire better staff for quality. I visited in November 2021 and had the hot water in my room shut off by the front clerk, Aferdita Sheholli. there is a restaurant connected to the hotel, and at each table there is a sign that says in Albanian, "if you do not receive a check, you are not obligated to pay." I notified the waiter that I was ready for the check, and he didn't come back in the 20 minutes I waited. the next day he said he was charging it to my room.

Hotel very disapoiting if I must be honest. Location very good a this is only good thing in this hotel. Breakfest very poor, everyday somethig is not available from breakfest menu. Wating staff forgets what was ordered. Bathroom needs renovation. No posibility to pay credit card.not staying there nexy time.

It wasn’t clean, the bathroom was floated with water and it didn’t had towels for two guests but just for one
