Built in 2017.Located 27 km from Krabi airport near Aonang beach in Krabi province.

Consists of two seven-story buildings.

The public sandy beach, 500 m from the hotel on the third coastline.

Great location.clean. I do agree with some reviews that some staff need more training. Thanks for the housekeeping staff. Check-in was smooth and perfect. Thanks to the lady who made it wonderful. Staff in the swimming pool must give safety instructions to guests, especially since some areas in the swimming pool are 1.20 m in depth and some are 1.40 m... So families should take care. Food and massage in the hotel is pricy, and breakfast needs to have more options. Restaurants in the surrounding areas are a bit pricey. Just go for Thai restaurants, not others. The best location to stay is close to the bust stop, which is around 1 KM on the same road towards the beach, which is 1 m from the bust stop.

Should really be a 2 star hotel with 3rd class customer service.
Had 4 bell men hanging out joking with each other yet none offered to help with the luggage to the car.
The room has one outlet so if you want to make your morning tea you will need to plug the hot water on top of your sleeping partners pillow.
Only two teabags available to a deluxe room of the cheapest tea available.
Bathtub is not useable. It’s on the balcony with full visibility to the building across and noisy street.
Room has no utensils or a bottle opener.
When requested a bottle opener from the room service we were refused and told to bring the soda bottle to the bar to be opened.
Corner drawer next to bed was broken and almost fell on the foot of my GF.
Shower door has opening right where you stand to shower. So folks across can get a nice naked view. Also it has no lock to secure the glass door in place. There was a big gust of wind that morning and it swung it open. Luckily no one hurt.
The security and parking man was great. Very helpful and we tipped him nicely on our way out.
Very disappointing experience compared to Holiday Inn across the street where we normally stay but was sold out.

Excellent stay! The hotel is in a central location, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and recently renovated, which made for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Everything was fine except for a small issue, which the hotel staff quickly resolved (a clogged shower drain and a non-functioning TV remote — the battery was dead 😅). Thumbs up to the staff who worked hard to make guests feel ‘comfortable at home.’ Warm greetings and a smile truly made all the difference.

Pool in the roof top is amazing with its wonderful view! Room is good but not the best for cleanliness. Food and bar is alright but not worth it for its price (overpriced). Service is average - some guys were very polite and helpful esp the ladies from the resto and the old uncle helping with car parking/bags, some weren’t nice at all. Check-in/check-out experience wasn’t great. Prior to our arrival, I’ve reached out to the hotel to ask for a favor, mentioned about our flight timing and they said we can definitely late check-in and late check-out if room is available. We reached 8pm and before checking out I inquire about the request I previously asked but the receptionist immediately declined and asked for payment. Despite being in monsoon and at an almost empty season! Will never come back.

Bluesotel was the best among the hotels we stayed in Thailand. The location is apt, with beach at a walkable distance. We had a mountain view from our room. You get all kinds of shops just at a walking distance.
Room was very spacious with all luxury amenities. Breakfast buffet was also good, although they can improve their pancakes and French toasts. Swimming pool was alo attractive. The cost is also very affordable.

Super great experience here. Only issue is to make sure you differentiate between this and the SMART hotel for pick ups and deliveries.

We had a 3 Night stay. You get what you pay. Old and noisy rooms (smelling moist, furniture), good Pool, easy breakfast and good location. Good stay for partying in the area but not for relaxing

Below average hotel, food is bland, breakfast sucks, drinks at the pool are horrible, the water in the shower is bipolar one second steaming hot next is freezing cold, overall not worth the stay when there are many hotels at the same price right in the same area. Worst part of this experience is Me and my wife were booked to stay there for a week and on day 5 we ended up having a medical emergency, I informed the hotel staff and asked them if they could refund me the extra 2 days and after giving me the run around they finally said no however they would give me a voucher valid for a year for my next trip. Although I was upset about it I accepted the voucher and was told to collect it during check out. The next morning I went for check out and asked about my voucher and they literally say “we changed our mind we are not giving you anything”. Absolutely disgusting response especially during an emotional time for us where we had to scramble to cut our vacation short because of an emergency. I will never stay in this hotel again and I will never recommend staying here to anyone.

Overall, the experience was good, but I’m a bit disappointed with the pool access from my room. The pool in the back of my room is quite small and restricted, not connecting to the main pool as expected. There was no consistently warm zone for items like toast, croissants, or bacon, which were left out and got cold. When I asked for assistance to warm them up, the staff seemed displeased. The cook at the egg station also appeared unenthusiastic, almost indifferent, while serving. On the other hand, the waitstaff and the hosts at the restaurant were generally pleasant. Here’s the translation:
