Modern and comfortable hotel on the island of Krabi, at some distance from the beach. Suitable for families with children.

Location: 20 minutes drive from Krabi town, 25 km from the international airport of Krabi.
Consists of a 7-storey building.
The hotel has 158 rooms.

Beach: public, sandy beach 3 km away, the third coastline. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

STUNNING hotel! The lobby was gorgeous and rooms were clean! Beautiful views from our room and the pool. Around the pool was not entirely clean on the floor but we wore flip flops. Cocktails were lovely by the pool too. The staff were very friendly delivering our cocktails to the pool. Decent location - 7/11 around the corner and about 5/10 mins from the beach

We had a pleasant stay. All the staffs were very polite and ready to help us whenever needed. The location might be too far from the beach area but if you’re looking for peaceful and laid back environment then you shouldn’t miss this hotel.

Our stay at Centara Life Phu Phano Resort, Krabi, had both positives and negatives but we didn’t like the hospitality of the hotel.
First of all it’s not a resort and by the name it’s misleading to be a resort.
If you are planning to spend time at the property thinking it as resort then avoid.
It’s just a hotel with fairly ok basic amenities.
Question: Will I book this next time!
Answer: No
Pros:
• The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained.
• Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a variety of options.
• Convenient location, with a 7-Eleven nearby for essentials.
• Renting a bike was quick and easy, thanks to nearby shops.
=> There is a bike renting guy next to the hotel who is really helpful, we rented two bikes for 2 days and he helped a hotel.
My wife twisted her ankle at the hotel and the bike renting guy helped and not the hotel.
Cons:
• Housekeeping staff were rude and unhelpful.
• Basic amenities like toiletries and towels were lacking, with no towels available after 11 a.m.
• Calls to the reception went unanswered, leaving guests unsupported.
• Strict check-in (3 p.m.) and check-out (12 p.m.) times with no flexibility.
While we appreciated the property’s amenities and convenience, the service shortcomings made our experience less enjoyable.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my recent trip and it was nothing but a pleasure. It is still off-peak season so we basically shared the whole resort with only a handful of customers. They do have shutter service to Aonang every hour so that was very convenient. Location of the hotel is approximately 2km away so rest assured, it was indeed very scenic and peaceful. Service was great and breakfast was acceptable. Highly recommended to those who want a peaceful yet comfortable stay while being not too far away from the happening places.

The service at Centara Life Phu Pano is amazing, with incredibly friendly staff! I stayed here for a few nights, and although it's a long walk to Aonang Beach, if you're looking for a quiet getaway and a different experience, this is the place for you. The free shuttle van service to Aonang Beach, available right next to the reception, is very convenient. You can also book airport transfers or day trip tours easily.
The room had a perfect view—clean and comfortable, making my stay even better. The pool is fantastic, and the breakfast selection is good, covering all the basics from A to Z. However, the food refill service was a bit slow, as I had to request them to refill items daily.
Overall, a great stay!

It’s a budget hotel, but the room is best at this price! We booked a family room for 3 with less than 1500baht per night including breakfast! Hotel property is clean, service is good. Rooms are very well ventilated and spacious. Beds were super comfortable and big! Bathroom was good. We had the view of limestone mountain which we loved. Breakfast was decent. Swimming pool was very small but clean. Location is very convenient, close to money exchange,7/11, massage, rentals and laundry. Only negative is the room service menu, food was not tasty either. Overall very good stay.

I had an amazing stay at Centara Phu Pano. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the check-in process was a breeze. Receptionist ‘’Bo’’ helped me in the check in checkout where she was friendly and supportive.
My room was spotless and comfortable with a great view. The facilities, including the pool were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the service was outstanding throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

We had a great stay at Centara Life Phu Pano Resort.
Our Room was big and very clean.
Mrs. Jom and Mrs. Anne, the two Room Maid's. Gives her bests to clean up the Room perfect. and fill up our Room with Drinking Water, Cafe...Daily.

The Location a bit far from the Beach. But we like to walk.
Around the Resort, you found in a short walking distance nice Restaurants.

It's a good place to stay in terms of rooms which are comfortable but small in size.
- Beds are joined so you will get a king size bed but electric plugs falls just below the pillows so people having kids have to be extra cautious..
- property is well maintained
- try to get front swimming pool rooms, those have amazing view.. the other side is extremely lame
- staff is well mannered and prompt
- breakfast is nightmare for vegetarian having just 2 options.. we survived with bread and butter.
- Location wise its fine and shops are at walking distance but beach is not visible from here.
- faced few air conditioner issues but was resolved promptly.
Overall comfortable stay except breakfast

The hotel is nice for the price we paid, but nothing spectacular. For location you’ll have to walk a good bit to go to restaurants and it’s about a 15+ min walk to the beach area. There are a few restaurants next to the hotel, but we didn’t try them.
We did have to ask for towels a few times, and the trash wasn’t taken out, but overall the staff were very kind and helpful. And I loved the pool!
Breakfast is good but I’d suggest skipping it and eating at Tan cafe or one of the many delicious breakfast spots if you love good coffee and food.
I did leave my watch and they were kind enough to mail it to me in Bangkok. Overall a good clean budget stay.
