A Wonderful Stay at Centara Phu Pano Resort – Great Value and Location!

I stayed with my family at Centara Phu Pano Resort in June for our summer vacation, and I must say—it was the best decision we made during our Thailand tour! The property is located in a very convenient area, with easy access to nearby restaurants, spas, street food stalls, and even a few tattoo shops just a short walk away.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles by the staff, who were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a decent variety, and the restaurant had a cool, laid-back vibe that we really enjoyed.

Although the pool looked beautiful and inviting, it unfortunately started to rain, and with kids in tow, we decided to spend more time indoors. The room we stayed in was on the smaller side, but it was perfectly fine since we spent most of our time exploring the city. What really made up for the size was the breathtaking mountain view from our room—absolutely stunning!

Overall, I highly recommend Centara Phu Pano Resort, especially for budget-conscious travelers. It’s a great value for money, in a prime location, with lovely staff and comfortable amenities.

This hotel looks amazing and is very clean, also the staff is very helpful and polite (they also speak very good English as well). I stayed in a room with pool view and amazing view on the tall rocks in front of the hotel so waking up was a unique experience. The pool is also very nice but not very big which is fine to me. I’ve been here for a few days and did not use all the facilities that are available. But they have almost everything you want in a hotel like a nice restaurant and a good gym for those who like to stay in shape during their holiday, there is also a parking garage with enough space for both cars and bikes which is also nice because you will be needing a bike or car for this hotel because the beach and other tourist attractions are further away from this place but definitely not too far away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers clean, naturally lit rooms with scenic views. Rooms ate connected with doors. The restaurant food is good, and the staff are polite and well-intentioned. Service is generally solid, though there were a few lapses—one of our rooms wasn’t properly prepared for three days, and towels were missing initially. However, these issues seemed to stem from staff being overworked rather than unhelpful. Indoor and outdoor parking and a shuttle service are available. Check-in was crowded, but the staff did their best to manage it smoothly. Will visit again.

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel was spotless, with room servicing done every day. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a balcony with beautiful views of the hills and the pool. The pool itself was excellent. clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing.

The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us every time we arrived or left the hotel, which made the stay even more pleasant.

The only downside was the location, as it’s a bit far from the beach. You can walk or rent a scooter, and the hotel does offer a shuttle service, though it runs at fixed times.

Overall, everything else about the hotel was perfect — from the rooms and facilities to the service and atmosphere. Highly recommended if you don’t mind being slightly away from the beach.

Great hotel with beautiful view. They serve buffet style for the breakfast with many options (Indian,Thai,and western food). There's gym that open for 24 hours. Swimming pool open until 9 p.m. Location not so close to the beach, around 15min to walk.

- no smoking room even though have balcony it’s very difficult that you're on the 6th floor and you have to walk downstairs to smoke ,
-The room is not soundproof,
-Bathroom with mirror
-There is no smart TV.😵💫

The setting is absolutely serene. Surrounded by nature and distant from tourist crowds, the location offers a tranquil atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Whether you're lounging by the pool, taking a walk in the lush gardens, or enjoying the peaceful views from your room, it truly feels like a retreat.

The room was great. No any complaints. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The pool is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious
