The hotel is a nice hotel to stay. with the price that you pay, you will get big room. ours is a seaview room on top floor. once you wake up in the morning, you will see the amazing view of the Andaman sea. once we arrived, the staff served us the welcoming drink. it was refreshing. the breakfast buffet was decent. it's suitable with the price you pay. however, they don't provide toothpaste and toothbrush and also no ironing board and iron. when we asked for it, they say they don't have it. that's quite disappointing.all of the staff did great job. big compliments to them. on the whole, I recommend staying here..

Got a room like this and the staff there don’t care anything. Extremely ridiculous service from the receptionist and all other staff. Never stayed at hotel at this worst condition. Lose money and time as we check out immediately after seeing the condition of hotel.

Location is okay but not too much for parking.
First impression when we were at check-in counter the staff did not pay attention much to guest.
The room was old especially bathroom and the room key really old. It's not a card like 4 star hotel should be. And not look clean as much as much possible. Many thing look broke.
The view from balcony is nice. But the balcony not look clean much.
Breakfast was okay. The F&B staff were nice. Better than front desk.

Nice hotel, rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need. Breakfast is fine, standard for Thailand.
Staff at reception is not great, not friendly and helpful like all the other hotels we have stayed in, in Thailand. Didn't offer to assist with luggage on check out, the staff were sitting behind the desks watching us move our own luggage to the taxi. It is probably fine, just not the hospitality we got to experience in Thailand from other hotels. We needed help to confirm pick up from a local vendor and the lady at the desk was not willing to help a little at all.

The air conditioning systems are not very cooling. The food is okay. The rice is often hard and the noodles are also undercooked. The Wifi is very slow and almost does not work at all. The parking is limited, about 4 parking spaces max including employees as well. My friends experienced bad air conditioning, but my room specifically the AC had broke completely in which hotel management refused to allow for a room change.

Hotel website -- 35sq.m for all room type, but actually our garden view (the cheapest) room is kind of small, and the hotel admits that 4 room types are of different sizes.

Kind of an old hotel, even the towels are old, why don't they even change the towels to buy a good impression for the customers?
Hot water for shower is kind of broken. 80% of the time we didn't have hot water.
The toilet cover was broken when I went in.
The service was really not international, corresponds to the age of the hotel.
The swimming pool on the 2nd floor is good.
The compensated us with some fruits, thanks.
