Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi Resort - SHA Extra Plus

Very nice property. Spent 4 nights here. The room initially allotted to us had some street noise coming in . Changed it to one in the rear building. Good room but no view.
Vernice rooftop pool and bar.
Breakfast was a very good spread.
Staff were very friendly helpful and polite. Surprisingly on the last day when we ordered breakfast in room was told they didn't have room service despite the room service menu being in the room.
Great place, would definitely return.

Room service took ages >40 minutes since they “missed it”. Then got phone calls to open the door twice, they were not outside the door twice. Then arrived missing the extra bacon. Pretty average when you are paying a service fee for rubbish service.

Room, room servicing and location are superb. Had 4 bottles of complimentary water at a time instead of the usual 2 which makes a massive difference when you are dehydrated. Also felt amazing having a proper shower with a good shower head.

Staff are lovely and the breakfast selection is great and tastes good.

Would say it’s a bit of a maze and definitely needs more wayfinding signage or more maps of the hotel.

Great resort with the most amazing views but would not recommend for elders who do not like stairs as there are different levels making its way up the cliff with multiple lifts.
Breakfast is delicious but the rest of the food was hit and miss during our stay.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely outstanding. Pine was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. Milk was always cheerful and provided excellent service with a smile. Chakeera went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The view from the hotel was simply breathtaking, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially when we needed to change rooms. They were incredibly understanding and quick to help us find the perfect room. The service was impeccable throughout our stay, with the staff always being friendly, professional, and attentive. The resort itself is beautiful, and every detail made our visit even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

Clean hotel nice crew beautiful view and rooms nearby the sea and a yesterday bar i would back to it again.

We had a really nice stay here. The hotel is located in the middle of everything yet the most if the rooms are set back off the main road which allows you to have a quit nights rest and escape the noise of some of the local bars around. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a wide selection with lots of options. We didn't go for the buffet dinner but it looked pretty good as we walked past it every night on our stay.

Its street location by McDonald is deceiving. The room has a spectacular view as promised by the hotel. Service and room were very nice.

The Hotel is in a beautiful hillside complex consisting of three building complexes and is located above of Aonang. The Check-in and Check-out were very quick and easy, we even received a free Upgrade to a family Suite. Since our room was in the second building complex, we were taken by Shuttle to the room. The complete plant made during our stay, a very nice and well-kept impression. All the staff were very keen to ensure that the guests feel Comfortable and the plant is kept in order. On the day of departure we could leave our Luggage at the reception until departure and still enjoy the Pool.
We felt in the Hotel very comfortable and can recommend without hesitation. Everywhere a variety of excursions can be booked. To recommend a trip with a longtail boat to Poda Island in any case.
Location & Surrounding Area:
The three buildings of the hotel are on the hillside above Aonang Beach. To the beach it are on foot approximately 5 minutes, many shops, tour companies, massage parlors and Restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. On the beach many longtail can drive boats with you on the Numerous Islands and beaches in the area. The ferry from Aonang Beach, a 15-Tuk-Tuk ride away and it is about the journey to get there costs about 300 Baht. The journey to the Airport lasts with the Taxi about 30-40 minutes and costs about 500-600 Baht.
Rooms:
We have to Upgrade to a family Suite which we were very pleased. Our room was in the second building, and thus in the middle of the hotel complex. The room was very large and spacious and included a small kitchen, large bathroom, two bedrooms, air-conditioning, in-room safe, a Minibar and a balcony with a hot tub. The room cleaning took place daily and was perfectly. In the room 4 has been provided bottles of water free of charge. Furthermore, bathrobes, pool Slippers, room Slippers and a beach Mat. The towels were replaced every day.
Service:
In the Hotel there is a fitness room and a Massage&Spa Center, which we have not used. Furthermore, free WiFi in the entire hotel complex is offered.
Gastronomy:
In the Hotel there is a fitness room and two swimming Pools, a beautiful Pool with a pool bar between the first two buildings, embedded in the beautiful palm trees in the hotel grounds and a panoramic swimming pool in the third building. Furthermore, there is a tour information Desk in the Hotel where excursions can be booked. In addition, there were pool towels directly at the Pool.
Sports & Entertainment:
