The hotel was really close to the airport which really helped. It was a nice room, but when I arrived, at 4 am I was asked for a 200B deposit, and the lady refused to give me a receipt. She was ignorant and not at all polite. All I wanted was a receipt nothing more, and she rolled her eyes, laughed in a sarcastic way. Made me very annoyed

Near airport and food shop,really good to stay

A good hotel for 2-3 nights. It is located near the airport, so it is a little noisy at night from flying planes, but not critical. Nice warm light in the room, good fridge, air conditioning works well, but it's a bit noisy. The Internet is unstable. There is a 7/11 store nearby and songteo stops in both directions. You can reach the subway line and Wat Lat Krabang Temple, and in the other direction...

It's a small but very cute hotel. Security with key card, feel comfortable and sleep for a long time if there is a chance to visit again

I used the hotel for test and go. PCR Test on arrival. Staff were very helpful. Rooms large and clean. Meals are buffet style. Many choices. Close to the Airport. I chose well for quarantine purposes. No issues or complaints from me. Loved the food variety and amount available.

We came for the Day 1 Test & Go, and everything went smoothly from the beginning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the food was great, room modern and clean. I had some doubts based on some reviews I read, but I honestly have zero complaints! Not sure why they don’t have a better rating here on Google. Asq hotel, close to airport, staff were pleasant and helpful. Smorgasbord breaky, lunch and dinner was basic but good. Only complaint was lack of hot water for shower. May have been bad timing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A very dated hotel, definitely not 4 stars, 3 would be more appropriate. The toilet flush in the bathroom runs through, only cold water in the shower, nothing in the surrounding area that you can do, nothing in the hotel is actually open either. Cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. But it's close to the airport, which is an advantage.

Our stay was fine with one exception; after using outdoor shower by pool, I slipped on the wet tile and had a very bad fall that I’m recovering from. I believe they need rubber mats or something by shower area. Also the sauna and snooker shown in photos were either absent or not available 🙁

Very quiet, I think only my group stayed here.

An excellent value for money. Large rooms, quiet (no group of tourists at the time of our visit!) , clean pool, very good breakfast included with the room, nice service. It is very close to the airport, so it is quite convenient on your way in or out.

Good Place I Like I Like It's on Soi 23 there is a fuel station marking the turn, The host Paul is great, he speaks English well and he has travelled in many countries. He loves telling his stories and helping you on your journey. There is a cleaning lady that cleans your room every day, she's very good!! I recommend to everyone as it is a great place!

This is a great little place to stay and a great location the chicken across the street from the guy early in the morning that gets there is one of the best tasting chicken I've ever had! Also the staff and people here are very friendly and very helpful they're very nice;

The hotel is barely a 15 minutes ride (nearly 8.1 kms) from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Cabs are a little too costly in Bangkok though. This place is BEAUTIFUL! The staff clean it regularly and the plants and trees that decorate the property are so pretty! They let me take my cat with no problems and they were very sweet to her when I took her out of the carrier. 😊 The real shining stars are the staff members though. We have enjoyed by staing at this place in Jan 22: there was cozy accomodation, so quiet location, nice terrace and pool. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Jenny and Nid, me and my family are so grateful. Our kids has enjoyed in pool and area, played with TamTam puppy, wathced fireflies near the hotel. It so happened that we were for a 2 weeks in this place, Jenny and Nid did all of them...

We were with our two children only one night to go to the airport the next morning (April 2017). It was the perfect accommodation for us. The bed was very large and we could also sleep comfortably with both kids. we had a delicious dinner. The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. we would come again!

Loved my stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s A beautiful guesthouse/hotel just 15 min from the airport. An easy ride with Grab or they have an hourly shuttle, too. Brand new, very clean rooms with all the amenities. This is my new go-to BKK transit hotel!

A great little place that's off the beaten Trail. It's nice and close to the airport but you can't hear any traffic. All the trees hide the rest of the city.

Our stay was very good! Our flights got cancelled and delayed but they manage to help us on airport pick up. Location is very accessible to the international airport. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also good! Just perfect! Staff was very helpful and friendly! Thank you Mr Paul for helping us throughout our stay! The staff was so kinda and even let us stay late in our room without any problems. Paul and Julie were so sweet and they helped us with everything we needed. WOW this hotel was so much better than we expected. We stayed here for three nights during our trip and this hotel was perfect for us. We enjoyed being away from the tourist areas, it was easy to get grabs to go explore. Gym available for us to use. breakfast absolutely delicious, staff friendly, room clean, shower was awesome, and will recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very nice hotel with small pool and pretty decent fitness centre. Excellent staff, though it is a little out of the way from the city. Certainly a great place to stay if you need to fly out of BK airport

Nice place, close to the airport. Nice staff. Nice facilities. Rooms were big. Bed comfy enough. TV could have on demand. Remote to Aircon was only working within a half a meter of the conditioner. All in all would stay again 🙂

Staff provided helpful, professional service. Although the room seemed a bit basic, it was functional and spacious. I did not get a chance to try the pool, but it looked inviting. Overall, I had a pleasant one night stay at the Silver Palm.

Near airport, good for transit

Only stay here if you need to catch an early morning flight. Book seats for your departure shuttle once you check in as shuttle can get full sometimes. There's a small mall across the road with Tops supermarket and food. Rooms are clean and a decent size with a long bench? that allows you to open multiple large bags easily.

We were stayed here just one night but we love almost everything there the room was in a good size, clean and smell so good ! The hotel itself located near the Hua Mak Airport rail links station and close enough to walk to Max value if you want to buy foods or stuffs. Very convenient.

I was assigned a smoke filled room. The shower head was way too high. The shower water kept alternating between hot and cold. The variety of cable channels was disappointing. However the bed was quite comfortable, and the room was neat, except for the food crumbs under the ottoman. The Hua Mak Airport Rail is a quick 5 minute walk from the hotel which was very convenient for me.
