Location is far from the beach. Don't agree with the cash deposit system. Don't understand why a premium villa is smaller than a deluxe room. Great pool and slide. Breakfast was adequate.

We live in Cha-am. But we always find a hotel to relax and enjoy the facilities. We came to stay this second time. This time we stayed in the Grand Deluxe room(145). The room is beautiful but old and smells musty. The receptionist was smiling and friendly but made no effort to speak English. We arrived at 1:30 PM and got a room immediately even though the check in time was 2:00 PM. We thank you for that. A pool-boy with glasses on Saturday, August 10th, around 1:45 PM, he took care of us provide outstanding service and offered menus and upsell promotions, buy 2 get 1 free for us, and recommended free snacks and brought a popcorn to us at the poolside which is considered a good service mind.
Sunday the 11th at exactly 11:00 AM. Receptionist Called to our room 2 times, in the bathroom and bedroom, asking if we would like to check out at 5 p.m., which neither of us requested at all. And the actual check-out time was until noon, which made us quite annoyed because we were getting dressed to check out and we felt like they were trying to rush us out of the room.
**We know that foreigners are not the hotel's target. But at the very least, staff should be encouraged to speak English to foreigners regarding hotel information. Don't force foreigners to understand Thai by pointing out information on paper or on signboards and let them read and find information on their own.**

This hotel offers everything you could wish for. With a prime beachfront location (just a small road crossing away), lovely rooms, friendly staff, a variety of breakfast options, and a large swimming pool perfect for kids, it truly has it all. The staff is great with events, and the private conference room makes it an excellent choice for both relaxation and special occasions.

The property is awesome. The resort is quiet and cosy. Must also mention the kindness and hospitality of the service staff. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel, very friendly staff with one exception. On checkin we were not greeted at all by a receptionist that seemed to forget she was working in a hotel, I said hello both in Thai and English but got no response except she asking for passport. So we were a bit unsure if we had come to a hotel or a different sort of facility…
Also, This is the first hotel in hua hin we’ve been to that requires your passport, I usually never bring it here and it’s never an issue as I have a copy and my Thai drivers license. By coincidence I brought it this time.

The guards were very nice and even put a sun visir on our car to keep it cool on our departure day, we had ordered a big double bed but got two single beds put together, the house keeping staff came and fixed them together even though it was late at night, that’s great service!

So other service staff made up for the lack of welcome.

Rooms are large and clean, well kept with large balcony.
The facilities are great with large pools and restaurants, pools are filled with families during daytime so it’s a great place to be if you have small kids.

We enjoyed walking 2-300 meters down the road and eating at the beach restaurants which was very convenient.

This is a beautiful resort on the sea. we were incredibly impressed by the high-quality of service at the hotel by the cleanliness of the pool and the ground and by the restaurant and dining experience.

The staff is incredibly professional and they did a really wonderful job of making our family feel comfortable and addressing any questions or issues we had. The breakfast buffet is one of the best that I’ve had in Thailand with many western options, an egg station where you could get made to order omelettes, fried eggs, and even Kai krata (a Thai breakfast dish).
They had fresh made smoothies every morning, pancakes, coconut pancakes, and noodles as well.

The kids area was fun for the kids and it had a an indoor play place with many toys as well as a large outdoor playground.

There’s a nice shallow kids pool with a waterslide as well as a big pool at the center of the resort. Well we were there everything was beautifully maintained and incredibly clean.

This is a fantastic resort for families and they also have conference rooms. I think it would be a great place to have conference or meetings as well.

The resort is in a little bit of a remote area, but the hotel has free shuttles to and from Hua Hin twice daily.

Bottom line, we felt like it was a true five star experience at the hotel and the price is very affordable. It’s a great place for a beach getaway!!

Absolutely amazing resort! The customer service is absolutely outstanding, rooms are amazing and very clean and the location is great if you like a quiet time. There's a few delicious restaurants around and a cool ice cream shop just a few minutes off the highway. It's perfect and I'm a picky person when it comes to 5 star resorts this one's definitely worth it.

Nice place to spend family time.
The swimming pools is the main attraction point..the beach is very near but saw many sign boards of jelly fish presence hence didn't go inside d water. For lowers rates book early and on weekdays.

A fabulous choice for anyone travelling to the Hua Hin / Cha Am area. The setting is beautiful, with a huge pool, and other smaller pools around it. The staff are extremely helpful and kind and attentive. The food was amazing ( I recommend you try the shrimp toast in the aqua bar) there are also some great drink offers to choose from. The rooms were bright and big, with a huuuuuge bed (a bit firm, but comfortable ) I also enjoyed our swing chair on the balcony.
Directly across the road from a quiet beach and about 15-20 minutes to hua hin (the hotel offers a free shuttle service for guests)
This hotel was an absolute joy from start to finish.

Great apartment style hotel. Big rooms wih pool and seaside. The pool is good for kids with big slider.
