Good service and facility

Good location. Easy access to Hua Hin and Cha Am along route 4. Spa is excellent! Swimming pool is peaceful with breeze, birds chirping, and waves. An excellent relaxation place. Wave watching is calming. We got to witness a beach wedding!!! Breakfast is wonderful. The view is great everywhere!

Excellent breakfast, large pool and beautiful/modern facilities. The sfaff is very friendly. It's very good if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle. The beach in front of the hotel had a jellyfish sign and we didn't see anyone swimming on the beach, but you have an excellent pool to make up for it. There are also no restaurants nearby, but the hotel's restaurants are very good.

Nice and big room

Stayed during New Year’s Eve with some expectation of fun activities and live concert that are different than the usuals, but the hotel seems reluctant to invest on guest entertainments given the fact that only one guitarist and one old singer that we see every time we stay here. Nothing special even on New Year’s eve is rather disappointing. Who would want to listen to only one old lady and her guitarist singing all night, every night? Rooms, breakfast, facilities are on par, nothing to complain about.

Great Hotel for families. Very kind staff members who would do everything for you . Our kids, 4 and 7, were treated like kings.
Family room very large and clean with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Daily cleaning. Breakfast buffet many options and taste great. Only downside is the distance to grocery stores or restaurants. 30 minute drive to big city Hua Hin where you kind find all you need and more. Free shuttle bus from the hotel to Hua Hin twice a day. Or taxi 500 baht. I recommend downloading the app Grab. You can order groceries, food and if you're lucky you can get a cheaper taxi.

Location is far from the beach. Don't agree with the cash deposit system. Don't understand why a premium villa is smaller than a deluxe room. Great pool and slide. Breakfast was adequate.

Nice and spacious room. Have free charger for EV Car just fill in some information at the reception counter.

We live in Cha-am. But we always find a hotel to relax and enjoy the facilities. We came to stay this second time. This time we stayed in the Grand Deluxe room(145). The room is beautiful but old and smells musty. The receptionist was smiling and friendly but made no effort to speak English. We arrived at 1:30 PM and got a room immediately even though the check in time was 2:00 PM. We thank you for that. A pool-boy with glasses on Saturday, August 10th, around 1:45 PM, he took care of us provide outstanding service and offered menus and upsell promotions, buy 2 get 1 free for us, and recommended free snacks and brought a popcorn to us at the poolside which is considered a good service mind.
Sunday the 11th at exactly 11:00 AM. Receptionist Called to our room 2 times, in the bathroom and bedroom, asking if we would like to check out at 5 p.m., which neither of us requested at all. And the actual check-out time was until noon, which made us quite annoyed because we were getting dressed to check out and we felt like they were trying to rush us out of the room.
**We know that foreigners are not the hotel's target. But at the very least, staff should be encouraged to speak English to foreigners regarding hotel information. Don't force foreigners to understand Thai by pointing out information on paper or on signboards and let them read and find information on their own.**

This hotel offers everything you could wish for. With a prime beachfront location (just a small road crossing away), lovely rooms, friendly staff, a variety of breakfast options, and a large swimming pool perfect for kids, it truly has it all. The staff is great with events, and the private conference room makes it an excellent choice for both relaxation and special occasions.
