However, I received two stained towels in a 24hr period- my beach towel had blood stains all over it and my bathroom towel had brown stains (see photo). When I pulled back my bed covers, there was black hair in the bed (see photo). The sink did not drain water and the shower leaked. The bedroom was really bright at night because the light from the hallway was shining in through the bathroom- no way to block it out. The bath is not a Jacuzzi as shown in the pictures- the manager decided to turn it off. We asked for a late checkout and they said it would be an additional ¥3000 for 2 hours. The breakfast had limited options and the coffee machine broke down a few times. we found the service at the restaurant very poor and rude staff. The pools did not look clean enough so we didn’t swim in them. The sea was beautiful to swim in though and it was nice relaxing on the KC beach club lounge chairs.
I would not recommend this resort based on the price of the room.
