Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to the public beach 200 m away, on the second coastal line. Chairs, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade.

Amazing hotel! The room was so big, beautiful design. The pool area is fun, lots of place to hang, took kayaks for free and enjoyed the view. 20 min walk (with kids!) to the night market in Lamai. Our son was injured in the water slide and the staff kept asking about him and sending him stuff. We also enjoyed a cooking class in the hotel as part of the deal we bought and we super liked it! Also the kids club is great, the gaming room and the free cocktails happy hour. It was so hard leaving this hotel…

This is not a 5 star hotel at all. The rooms are spacious and clean, that's really all fine. But the service is not as you may expect for this price category. The breakfast was poor, little choice. The chef was a real friendly guy though. The swimmingpool area is nice, also for young children, but the restaurant and toilets over there were not clean or luxe at all. The drinks and food was very expensive and of poor quality. You were not even allowed to bring your own bottle of water to the poolbeds.. Our nanny was treated really unkind by the staff of the kids club. When she needed to go to the toilet, they told her to take our 3 boys with here. She was also not allowed to join us at breakfast. That is not 5 star worthy.

Booked for 7 days & very disappointed all round.
1. Photos are misleading- Pools are across a very busy street
2. NO sea view
3. Steps everywhere - NOT wheelchair accessible.
4. No chair for disabled in the shower or available.
5. No assistance offered to purchase a chair even. Had to shower my son on his wheelchair!
6. Had to change hotels in 24 hours
7. Agreed to a refund the day we checked out - Not done after 2 weeks!
8. Room app impossible to use.
9. NOT 5 star - room service only available within specific times and or meals. (Don't expect a breakfast in your room after 10h30)
10. Front office staff not helpful - Only Kevin was a super star!
11. If you don't have the correct power adapters, NOT their problem.
12. An expensive lesson learnt!

In general this hotel is not feeling like a 5 star hotel compared to international standards. I would rate it as 3-4 on an international scale.
The rooms are clean but not modern or of high quality. If you look at the right spots they even are not clean.
The air conditioning is horrible loud. You can’t fall asleep while it’s turned on
The breakfast is ok and staff is friendly.
Be careful with pricing. They have different pricing on their website and the known booking portals. The price on their website includes a so called Thai dinner and two complementary drinks. Finally that means if you visit with 2 person you get a 2- dinner for one person to share with both and basically it is street food which you can get in better quality at every small restaurant located at the roads. I think that’s the way to reject the offered best price guarantee…
A big advantage is the free parking lot. The staff is very friendly and the pool area is quite nice.

Located at Lamai beach this hotel has a variety of rooms to offer. We booked a room for 4 people and the room was spacious with a lot of windows for natural light.
Lots of options for the little ones, including pools, pool slide, kid's place and kid's activities.
The breakfast buffet is great, and the restaurant by the pool offers really good food although a bit expensive and with small portions.
The staff are great, and the service is amazing. GREAT experience overall.

+ They offer free breakfast and had a good spread to suit most pallets Very good size room. The only con would be the shower which wasn't consistent. It would either have very hot water or very cold. Was difficult to get a good mix. Room was very clean except a few corners We received a Welcome drink as well as they accomodated us for both an early check-in as well as a late check-out. One of the dirtiest beaches in south east Asia - mud, dirt and seaweed! Dangerous as hotel territory is divided by road with heavy traffic. Photos on booking.com are deceiving and a complete lie.

Exquisitely stylish hotel matched with honeymooners. The location, the accommodation, various selection of breakfast and the service are on point🔝 One of the best hotel brands on Koh Samui, just walk across the small road, we can find the private sunbath area and swimming pool oriented to the beach. Gym is also nearby the pool as well. Impressive stay there!

Clean, pool beautiful, besieged in a quiet area and very close to the beach of Lamai. Good care and good service. Daily bus to Chaweng. Lamai beach is extensive and makes up for a lot of walking and get away from the area of the hotel. There is possibility to have dinner on the beach and do water sports. In the village of Lamai there are markets and area restaurants and bars. On a bike, you have all the places of the Island a stone's throw away.
