The hotel is nice and clean. We were lucky with quiet neighbors, so we slept really well. Breakfast was decent, with daily variety and a great selection of jams. The staff was friendly, cleaning was done daily, and the garden was beautiful.

It’s a nice hotel at Choeng Mong beach. Prefect for families with kids, sea is very quite here. Hotel has an interesting design. Room is big and have space to work. Bathroom is very big. Selection of food at breakfast is very big! Highly recommend!

This was the finest room I have ever stayrd in. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely and thw service was world class. The breakfast was also quite lavish.

I recently stayed for 20 consecutive nights at a pool villa with my wife and our 2-year-old daughter.
The location was absolutely fantastic—peaceful and perfect for relaxation. We stayed in a third-floor room, which meant the stairs were a bit challenging, but it was good for staying active and healthy!
The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, providing top-notch hospitality throughout our stay. The breakfast was also delicious, and we really enjoyed starting our mornings with such great food.
However, the room cleaning was disappointing—more like a 2-star level. The outdoor table was left dirty, and despite three days of rain, the balcony sofa was never dried or cleaned. I ended up drying and cleaning it myself! As for the jacuzzi, I’d recommend avoiding it—my daughter’s swimsuit got covered in brown oil stains. I had to clean it myself every time before use.
For Christmas and New Year’s events, the hotel allowed early table reservations, which was appreciated. However, we were consistently given seats further back, and our orders were frequently mixed up.

Kudos to Cathy & the very helpful & welcoming staff. The beachside dining, huge pool, well-kept grounds & spacious villa were a big plus. Close to the airport + a short taxi ride to Chaweng & Bhoput. Overall, great value for money in a less busy area of the island.

The major reason for me to give one star is the airport shuttle service- the night before booked the airport shuttle service and was told the cost is 400 THB, but when we check out and ready go to airport, the front desk told us the cost is 500 THB. The staff need to inform customers first when the price changed, and the customers should have enough time and option to take the higher price or use other options. The room is big, facilities are decent, nice beach, but full of people from outside, especially people tried to sell services and products.

Our whole experience from booking, organising our wedding our arrival, the luxury of our stay to our regretful departure was perfect.

You all made our stay, our wedding and our experience of Koh Samui perfect in every way.

Beautiful thai style hotel in a great location.
Rooms: thai style, beautifully decorated. The private swimming pool is a huge plus. Also appreciated the bathroom. Very large and with nice jacuzzi bathtub.
Service: Very friendly, efficient and professional.
Location: right on the beautiful choeng mon beach. Turquoise water and white sand. You can have breakfast with a beautiful view of the beach.
At night they have often some live bands on the beach. We attended the BBQ fireshow event which was excellent.
Choeng Mon is strategically located. It’s a chill/quiet area, away from chaos, yet not far from Chaweng/Fisherman village by taxi if you wanna go out. Only 10min from airport.
Small walkable street at night with cool bars, restaurants, massages, 711 and 420.

Hotel staff is good in all aspects; service, hospitality, helpful and warm welcoming.
Spa and Suankwangtung clinic are wonderful. This is my first and wonderful experience in both places.

It's an enjoyable stay. The staffs were friendly. The beach is not as crowdy as the center in Chaweng beach, yet the sand is fine. It's a good option if you want to get away from the crowd.
