The major reason for me to give one star is the airport shuttle service- the night before booked the airport shuttle service and was told the cost is 400 THB, but when we check out and ready go to airport, the front desk told us the cost is 500 THB. The staff need to inform customers first when the price changed, and the customers should have enough time and option to take the higher price or use other options. The room is big, facilities are decent, nice beach, but full of people from outside, especially people tried to sell services and products.

If I could give one experience 6+ stars out of 5, then this would be it!
Our whole experience from booking, organising our wedding our arrival, the luxury of our stay to our regretful departure was perfect.
I especially want to thank all the wonderful staff, working in all the vital roles across the whole resort for their warm genuine welcome, attention to detail and an ever present happiness.
You all made our stay, our wedding and our experience of Koh Samui perfect in every way.

Beautiful thai style hotel in a great location.
Rooms: thai style, beautifully decorated. The private swimming pool is a huge plus. Also appreciated the bathroom. Very large and with nice jacuzzi bathtub.
Service: Very friendly, efficient and professional.
Location: right on the beautiful choeng mon beach. Turquoise water and white sand. You can have breakfast with a beautiful view of the beach.
At night they have often some live bands on the beach. We attended the BBQ fireshow event which was excellent.
Choeng Mon is strategically located. It’s a chill/quiet area, away from chaos, yet not far from Chaweng/Fisherman village by taxi if you wanna go out. Only 10min from airport.
Small walkable street at night with cool bars, restaurants, massages, 711 and 420.

Hotel staff is good in all aspects; service, hospitality, helpful and warm welcoming.

Fantastic hotel by the quiet parts of Samui and located along the peaceful shores of Choengmon beach. Best part of the hotel are the staff who were absolutely lovely. The efforts of Ahmie, Miu and everyone there are much appreciated and they make sure you have the best time while staying there. The traditional Thai touch in the rooms are stunning and the outdoor area in the ground floor villa with the small pool was wonderful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The white linen looks a bit dated, otherwise very comfortable. The sound proofing of the rooms are not that great possibly due to the traditional wooden construction, so request for a room (if the pool family suite) which is among other rooms booked by families. We had a bunch of bachelors staying upstairs, which meant noise in the middle of the night. Staff at the restaurant were absolutely lovely and food portions on the a la carte menu were perfect. Breakfast options can get a bit repetitive but the thai options were fantastic. The spa was ok. We tried a customised 2.5 hour session which we felt wasn't worth the rates on the tariff, compared to other places outside the hotel.

the staff are lovely, the position is incredible on the beach. Our room was magnificent, overlooking the sea with a number of inside and outside pavilions.

i like this hotel..sea is wonderfull calm beach with White sand...hotel staff is friendly.i like frozen towels smelling lemongrass.they offer at beach...breakfast is delicious.rooms are clean..swimming pool is great.spa atmosphere is great but i saw better massages in different spas...i recommend you this hotel..

The resort is sandwiched within a narrow but long strip of land. The surrounding areas around the resort aren't very scenic. The resort itself is well landscaped & designed- a welcome relief from the rather drab & wild surroundings in and around the rooms. The rooms are capacious & chic. The in room jacuzzi tub is a gem- good design & quality- a wonderful soak after a sun singed day. Service is polite but inconsistent- a little tardy & inefficient at times, but always with a smile. Rooms are generally clean & well appointed. Air conditioning is a little quirky but on the whole works well. The in-house pool is small but pleasant. Beach outside the resort is cramped and can be a little busy with many competing resorts sharing limited space on top of the water sports businesses running in tandem. Beaches have ZERO snorkeling potential- rocky further out, with very little sealife to speak of. Probably from the pollution that has become a hallmark of popular Thai beach resort areas.
Good food is easily available in the surrounding vicinity to suit all budgets. There is a 7-11 just opposite the resort to stock up on sundries & snacks. The resort breakfast is really very good and will encourage some serious over eating. It's a good idea to dwell over breakfast. Overall a great resort if you want to just vegetate like a baked potato under the sun, but not great for sea sports or other thrills. Eating, massages & cheap street shopping are about the only other activities of note to be had here.
