Thank you to all the stand out amazing staff from the guys helping with beach chairs, the servers at breakfast, and front desk reception you elevate the experience.
The location was absolutely fantastic—peaceful and perfect for relaxation. We stayed in a third-floor room, which meant the stairs were a bit challenging, but it was good for staying active and healthy!
The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, providing top-notch hospitality throughout our stay. The breakfast was also delicious, and we really enjoyed starting our mornings with such great food.
However, the room cleaning was disappointing—more like a 2-star level. The outdoor table was left dirty, and despite three days of rain, the balcony sofa was never dried or cleaned. I ended up drying and cleaning it myself! As for the jacuzzi, I’d recommend avoiding it—my daughter’s swimsuit got covered in brown oil stains. I had to clean it myself every time before use.
For Christmas and New Year’s events, the hotel allowed early table reservations, which was appreciated. However, we were consistently given seats further back, and our orders were frequently mixed up.
Our whole experience from booking, organising our wedding our arrival, the luxury of our stay to our regretful departure was perfect.
I especially want to thank all the wonderful staff, working in all the vital roles across the whole resort for their warm genuine welcome, attention to detail and an ever present happiness.
You all made our stay, our wedding and our experience of Koh Samui perfect in every way.
Rooms: thai style, beautifully decorated. The private swimming pool is a huge plus. Also appreciated the bathroom. Very large and with nice jacuzzi bathtub.
Service: Very friendly, efficient and professional.
Location: right on the beautiful choeng mon beach. Turquoise water and white sand. You can have breakfast with a beautiful view of the beach.
At night they have often some live bands on the beach. We attended the BBQ fireshow event which was excellent.
Choeng Mon is strategically located. It’s a chill/quiet area, away from chaos, yet not far from Chaweng/Fisherman village by taxi if you wanna go out. Only 10min from airport.
Small walkable street at night with cool bars, restaurants, massages, 711 and 420.
Spa and Suankwangtung clinic are wonderful. This is my first and wonderful experience in both places.
