This place was exceptional. We stayed here for a week in February and could not recommend this place highly enough. The staff were so caring and accommodating from the moment we first arrived to when we left. The location is amazing, especially with the private beach just for the villas. The live singing, DJ and fire shows are great entertainment. The restaurant services delicious food and fabulous cocktails! Will definitely come back here

Beautiful location, with wonderful quiet beach, though bit tricky for swimming due to it's rocky nature.
Fantastic helpful and friendly staff.
Nice selection of food and drink.
Easy walk to several good local restaurants, others a short taxi journey away.
Perfect location for our wedding anniversary.

The resort is nicely situated in a garden with a beautiful view on the sea, particularily nice in the evening with a good dinner and a nice cocktail. Room was clean and comfortable, the private pool too small to really use it. Staff is very friendly. Nice yoga place on a big balcony

We stayed for 4 days in their beachfront pool villa during the month of April 2024.

Everything from the start to the end was exceptional.

The rooms were very spacious, the breakfast buffet was good.

The facilities and amenities available were absolutely lovely.

The pool area was clean and very well set up.

It is highly recommended to stay here if you are visiting Koh Samui.

They offer a private beach, spacious villas with private pools and lawns.

The location is conveniently situated less than 10 minutes away from the airport.

It is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. The rooms are incredibly spacious, exceptionally neat, and very clean. The staff is incredibly helpful, courteous, and always willing to assist.

The rooms lead out onto a deck, which leads to the private pools, which in turn lead to the lawn, which ultimately leads to the hotel's private beach. The hotel also provides equipment for water sports.

They have an incredible spa.

The breakfast spread is excellent.

The concierge at the hotel is extremely knowledgeable and has information about everything you can do on the island. All you need to do is inform them a day in advance, and they will take care of all the bookings and logistics.

Me and my partner stayed in Saii for 9 nights and we had an amazing experience. Staying here made our experience of Thailand amazing the people are so lovely they are very hospitable. They have an in house app you can use to make request they respond very quickly and meet all your requirements. The restaurant in the place also provides high quality tasty food. Every time you go out the staff are always greeting you and making you feel very comfortable, even the cleaners were lovely. The room is clean shower is great they give you fresh water everyday. I can’t really fault my experience, there was a lady named Ink who was always very responsive and we asked her all the questions we had she was very helpful and really a lovely lady. I also sent an email once I arrive back to the UK and staff responded which was really amazing. I will definitely love to stay here again definitely recommend to all you will have a blast. P.s they also have a cute pregnant cat who visits which is adorable!

We stayed here two nights for our honeymoon in July 2024. A perfect place for a honeymoon, and if you want that luxurious, tropical, relaxed and secluded feeling during your stay in Thailand. Absolutely recommend staying here!

The staff were very friendly, made us feel welcome and were incredibly service-oriented. We had a late flight, and it was no problem to leave the luggage by the reception (in a locked room) during the day. We were also allowed to stay at the hotel area (poolside, restaurant etc) until we had to leave. We were also allowed to have a shower at the hotel spa before our departure for the airport. The hotel arranged a transport to the airport for us.

The room was absolutely stunning, perfect for a honeymoon. Clean, with everything we needed, in addition to morning gowns and slippers. The staff can bring you food and drinks to your bungalow if you wish. There is a security guard on the premises, so we always felt safe. We had a little pool by the room, the water was always warm and nice. The only negative thing we have to say about this hotel, is that the pool didn't seem to be cleaned. Due to heavy rains and wind, the water wasn't the cleanest by the second day.

The hotel itself is located at a more or less secluded spot by Choengmon Beach. We loved it, as it was a calm athmosphere and was exactly what we were looking for. If you're looking for a more central place to get to by foot/motorbike, this might not be for you. However, it is a 5-10 minute walk to the closest shop, 7-11, some restaurants and massage spas on the main road. The hotel also arranges transport to central places like Fisherman's village at certain times during the day.

The food and drinks were delicious. It's more expensive than other places we've stayed, but then again it is a 5-star hotel and it reflects in the prices.

Staying at the 5-star hotel with so much personal attention was truly a remarkable experience that exceeded all expectations. The customer service was top-notch, with a strong focus on the well-being of all the visitors. One of the highlights was the transformative massage I received from Pat. It was truly life-changing as she skillfully relieved my back pain, allowing me to sleep soundly throughout the night without any discomfort. I am immensely grateful for her exceptional skills and the genuine care she provided.

The entire team at the hotel was outstanding, embodying a heartwarming and friendly demeanor that truly stood out. Their dedication to providing personal care made the stay even more memorable.

In addition to the wonderful hospitality, the team arranged the best jungle tour we have ever experienced in a record time of 30 minutes, thanks to Mimi's quick coordination and persistence. The adventure was truly unforgettable, showcasing the level of commitment and excellence that the hotel's staff consistently delivered. Overall, my time at this personal caring 5-star hotel was nothing short of exceptional, leaving me with lasting memories and a deep appreciation for their outstanding service. Thank you for pampering us and taking care of us in this exceptional way, we never experienced before.
