The accommodation and the grounds itself is pristine. Comfortable and clean throughout.
Service at most of these resorts is almost always exceptional but I would have say to difference with SALA Samui Choengmon, is the service is authentic and genuine. A big shout out to Mam who took note that my partner was feeling unwell and turned up the next morning with some Thai remedies.
Food and drink is also exceptional. We had breakfast daily and even after a weeks stay, there was still so many different options. My only feedback would be to make the Thai dishes more authentic. I feel like most travelers now desire local food as it should be.
A special thank you to Wee and Oom, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their kindness and care were truly exceptional. Because of them, and the overall experience, we’re already exploring options to return. Highly recommended!
Only feedback is that the door to the bathroom in the balcony rooms is poorly designed and very difficult to open and close.
We stayed in the garden pool villa for four nights and loved every moment. The hotel’s amenities were excellent—everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious meals for both dinner and breakfast, while the pool bar made happy hour a real treat. The laundry service was exceptional, leaving our clothes smelling absolutely divine.
To end our trip on the ultimate high, we enjoyed the “Sweet Escape” couples massage package, and a huge thank-you to Mew and Pear for making it such a stunning experience. Their skill and care left us completely blissed-out!
This part of Koh Samui is quieter, offering a peaceful retreat, but getting around was effortless thanks to the scooter hire shop conveniently located next to the resort’s entry. Their friendly service made exploring the island a breeze.
We’re incredibly thankful for an amazing stay and will remember Sala Choengmon Beach for many years to come. It’s an experience we would happily return to again and again!
They were very responsive to our requests, the attention to every detail to make our stay memorable was second to none.
The rooms are very spacious; even better than on the photos. It’s very spotless clean. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of choice.

We stayed in a Garden Pool Villa which had a lovely bedroom, indoor/outdoor bathroom and our own private pool.
After arriving we booked a private cooking class, which I would definitely recommend! We had a private chef teach us how to cook 4 local dishes and then got to enjoy it for our lunch after!
The next morning we had a floating breakfast in our private pool - again so much food and would definitely recommend doing so for a little treat!
A nice, quiet and private resort… but still close enough to some livelier local bars and restaurants!

I don’t know the name, but upon check in, 27th November in the afternoon, the girl at reception was amazing. I made a mistake in my booking and got two separate beds. She changed it straight away without even telling her, as when she read the note I left in the reservation, she realized that I was traveling with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday, she realized we would sleep together and had all ready upon arrival.
It is also very good that there are showers available after checking out. That was helpful
The charming outdoor dining area provided an exceptional à la carte breakfast, featuring both international and regional specialties.
The property has two pools, and we spent our time at the adult pool, which had a fantastic atmosphere.
However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Every member of the team is not only incredibly skilled but also remarkably friendly. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. Special greetings to the very kind security gentleman, who greeted us warmly every day and even spoke a bit of German with us.
