Ibis Hua Hin

We are a family of 4, parents with 2 young kids. Everything in the room and washroom functions well, nothing is not clean/not working. Beds are neatly comfortable. Washroom is neat. Lift wait time is fine. Staff responded immediately on towel request. Kids friendly tv channels. My kids didn't want to check out.

If I have to say something to be improved, it's the coffee during breakfast buffet. It's not strong enough for me - which works fine if I take double. I would love to stay again.

Thanks for the great team from front desk, to room service. Thanks for welcome fruits it warmed our heart after a terrific traffic jam at Bangkok.

Clean and comfy, balcony access (for those who smokes or anyone who just love being outside), friendly staffs. Located within walking distance to massage parlours, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and night markets. We even found shop specialising in men's suits. Pet friendly.

Comfy with well-appointed room, extremely tiny bathroom and shower area. Proximity to the cicada market and beach is definitely a pros.

Cons a very limited car parking and breakfast offering.

All in all, service and location meets our requirements.

The parking lot can be full in a high season, but those security guys are helpful enough that you wouldn't feel the hustle of parking elsewhere. Room and bed are well cleaned for the family room, and dogs are not too hectic although it's fully booked. I'll book again anytime when in HuaHin

Food was very good for Ibis standard. Good food deal 2 times happy hours and 50% off for A+. We had all meals here, breakfast, lunch and dinner. And its first time ever staff asking the loyalty member to give double dine in points and A+vouchers used here as well.

I was stayed here few times since when hotel was open and they still have my record! So impressed.

Located near Cicada market and short walk to the beach from next alley.

Will come back again.

Good cheap accommodation close to everything. Cleaner than some of the up Market ones I was staying at.

I recently stayed at Ibis Hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The security guard, front staff, and housekeepers were all lovely and provided kind, respectful service with a smile, and one of the highlights is the lovely security guard who always greets us with kind respect and a warm smile—every time we visit. The front staff and housekeepers are equally friendly, making the stay pleasant and welcoming. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which is a big plus.

However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic this time. There was an issue with the reservation name not matching what was in the All Accor app, and the front office staff seemed overwhelmed during the prime check-in hours, which caused some delays. The room and facilities are standard for an Ibis, offering the basic amenities you’d expect. The breakfast was acceptable, though nothing extraordinary.

While the stay was enjoyable overall, improving the check-in process would make the experience even better.

Lovely staff. The security guard, and Dear at reception and Fon behind the bar are lovely. We had the family room with bunks. Great! Big and comfortable and even had a PlayStation. Location near the beach is great. Great value. Highly recommended.
