The room is okay. I mean you get what you pay for ... The staff is okay , I should thank the Front office manager because we had an issue with the room and she has upgraded us to a superior room without any discussions, the location is not that great I mean yes you have the beach very close by but if you're looking for a decent local breakfast options you need to get to the center which is more than 2 km from there ...

Lovely staff. The security guard, and Dear at reception and Fon behind the bar are lovely. We had the family room with bunks. Great! Big and comfortable and even had a PlayStation. Location near the beach is great. Great value. Highly recommended.

One of the best budget hotel options! You can easily walk to the beach. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. I especially appreciate the variety of TV channels and the comfortable bed. The only drawback is the smell in the lobby due to its proximity to the restaurant, but it's not a major issue. I also appreciate the friendly security guard, especially the older gentleman who works in the mornings.

I have stayed at other Ibis properties in Kuala Lumpur, Delhi and Jaipur. Compared to the other Ibis properties, this one is particularly dated.
Lobby and pool are all good but rooms and washrooms need a overhaul. Staff are friendly, location very close to the famous train station of Hua Hin.

Fabulous location, good staff, rooms are clean and comfy but quite small. They accept pets! The pool is nice and a great beach is an hundred meters away. breakfast is good if you are not vegetarian

Food in the evening at the restaurant was excellent.
Breakfast was mediocre.
The room was on the small size with a comfortable bed. Bathroom wasn't stocked with toothbrush, and other bathroom accessories.
The blinds didn't cover the windows well so the sun woke you early. Unfortunately the traffic noise at times was also quite loud.
The TV did have some English channels.
We didn't use the pool.
There was parking for our car.
Breakfast was mediocre.
The room was on the small size with a comfortable bed. Bathroom wasn't stocked with toothbrush, and other bathroom accessories.

The hotel is well located, has all the required facilities, rooms are clean and well kept. Restaurant serves excellent food. Room service is not there so you have to carry your food to the room in case you choose to snack in the room which is perfectly fine. The bakery items are good as well. Pet friendly
