Palm Grove Resort, Pattaya

A very quiet comfortable place for a family holiday. It has its own beach within a 3-minute walk without tourists. Beach cleaning every day. It's a little far from the center, but if you want tranquility then this is the place for you.

The room I booked was overall clean, but running water from the shower, tap, and toilet bowl in the bathroom looked weak when turned on.

The location of the resort is quite far from popular beaches, and a personal or rental car, or a taxi gets required for reaching this place. However, there is a tranquil local beach nearby where you can enjoy the silent sea with a gentle breeze, but walking there, or taking a personal vehicle — before dusk — is highly recommended.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite. Extremely clean and large space. Especially the living room and kitchen. A little old, but well maintained. Pets are welcome for a fee of 300THB per night. The garden is large, while the swimming pool is small. The location is quite far from town but good for those who love privacy and quiet areas. You can walk to the beach around 700 meters.

All in all, it was a very good trip. There were 4 single guys on the trip so we got one of the 3 bedroom Villas and had 2 beds in one of the rooms. The accommodations were beautiful and the private pool was great. The only real issue we had with the resort was it's location. It was too far outside of downtown Pattaya. 20-30 minutes by car, and over 35-50 minutes by baht bus (and that does not include waiting for it, as they are infrequent that far down on Sukhumvit road and most want to charge you taxi fees). Also the resort is located off the main road with only one sign pointing out it's location; and if you are heading south from downtown Pattaya back to the resort - the sign is on the wrong side of the road so a lot of people have a hard time finding it. At night it's worse as the sign does not illuminate from headlights when you get closer to it (cheap paint used) so most drive right past. Make sure to carry one of their business cards with you at all times to show drivers where to go.
2022 September update: lots of road construction on the highway. They have removed the bigger sign pointing to the villa and now there is only a small sign that you have to be right beside to see. Use GPS map system or you will miss the turn.

I like this Resort for Holiday. Here you can enjoy your Holiday. Budda Mountain and Winery is do near here.

Great value family resort, great to chill and relax. Quiet low rise area away from busy downtown but close enough for all activities. Great friendly staff.
