I highly do not recommend this hotel. It has a huge number of disadvantages - catastrophically poorly cleaned rooms, after cleaning in the room lying piles of other people's hair - looks terrible. Towels and bed linen are all terribly dirty. The hotel itself has not been renovated for a long time, the walls all around shabby, all broken. The pool is dirty with broken 20 years old sunbeds. The hotel is noisy from the nearby bars - you will not rest good. Breakfast is also bad - small choice, and that there is not tasty.
I absolutely do not recommend to waste time and money on this hotel, pay attention to hundreds of other options around.

It’s fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing special. Okay hotel to stay. Some staff are friendly. Some can’t be bothered. It’s fine. Rooms are okay. I did enjoy their pillows though. I had a little balcony too. For “safety” reasons they collect everyone’s ID upon visiting your hotel room.

You get what you pay for.
The place was surprisingly quiet, considering the location. It's in a cute courtyard and my room had a couple of palm trees outside, so the birds were present and chirpy every morning, which was something I really enjoyed.
The gym is grim, neglected, but could be almost adequate if the multi module was maintained. It really needs replacing though.
The room was big, but a a bit grubby. The mattress cover had seen plenty of action, from many orifices, going by the stains! They changed it...for a less stained one! Not the nicest of feeling.
The staff are the jewel if this place, they're all great. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy.
The cleaners, however, are a bit short sighted!

Hands down the most friendliest and supportive staff I experienced in any hotel. We got to the hotel way late than expected yet managed to get a quick check in at the reception. Got some welcome drinks as well. Rooms was great and don't get me started on the pool. Amazing loved every bit of the stay. Please keep it up guys I am gonna be back once again

First of all I would like to share my experience about check in system , it was bad and so slow even if we will enter room at 2 pm which I understand and all hotels doing the same at least you can do the process and keep the last point which is the key handover and the informations at the last .
But keeping everything till the point of check in it’s so horrible and annoying.
I’ve requested to speak with the hotel manager which was something I can’t get as a guest to share my point with him or her .
The receptionist just tried to avoid giving me any information how to talk with the manager , the manager is not allowed to speak with the guest to get any feedback which is strange for me and also bad point from them .
The receptionist tried as much as she can to avoid giving me any clarification about how to meet the manager which we are at Friday and have meeting during weekend !!!!! Which is big question mark.
Anyway the room not that perfect also it’s so dusty and smell not that good yes it’s not expensive that much but again it’s add on to the bad experience

The hotel is a bit tired, but the staff try to fix any problems as soon as they can. It's quite quiet, but there can be some noise sometimes. It's far from all the attractions, but if you prefer to cycle or walk, it's in a good location. Breakfasts are simple, but they change the dishes regularly, so you can enjoy a variety of different dishes.

Good location no noise from outside the hotel, big modern feeling room, nice balcony.really helpful staff.
Only downside doors slamming extremely loud from 7am till sometimes 2am next morning every day. It's a shame because the hotel is set back from bars and road noise so would be perfect, they need to put a sign please just close your door gently because not every one wants to wake up at 7am for breakfast.

Very basic hotel, but everything you need. The rooms are quite big, the beds are huge and the aircon works. Good range of TV channels. My room was clean.
Lift looked a bit scruffy.
Standard buffet breakfast is available. Nothing special...I would avoid the attempts at western cooked breakfast and go for the fruit or Chinese style options.
3 small pools, one for each building.
Staff were courteous and competent
The location is good for access to central shopping areas and a reasonable walk to beach road.
Beware! Balcony railings are way too low.

Excellent hotel. Cleaning every day. They don’t ask unnecessary questions) There is no hot water, as it should be in the Russian understanding, it comes warm. But in 30 degrees Celsius it doesn't matter.

We lived in the hotel for 10 days, we really liked it. In Thailand, you don’t really need an all-inclusive hotel, you’re mostly traveling, but you want to come back from an excursion and enter a clean, spacious, chilled room. The Vogue Hotel is like that, absolutely corresponds to its declared stars, even higher. I especially remember the hotel's rooftop bar, it's always a pleasure to come to it, there is a cocktail menu, the bartender is a Ukrainian sociable guy who will answer all your questions about Tai. In general, there are only advantages, I recommend it!
