The rooms are very dirty, and the hotel staff is rude and seems to be involved in scams. Always check all appliances in your room, as they may try to take advantage of you. The prices are unreasonably high for what should be a five-star hotel experience.

This hotel is not safe for families. There is no security for your personal belongings, so do not leave your passport, money, or mobile phone in the hotel room.

The staff is uneducated and behaves as if they own the hotel. They are extremely rude and lack basic manners when interacting with customers.

There is no coffee or tea kettle provided, nor is there any soap for handwashing. The hotel has a very low standard overall. The price should reflect a much better quality than what is currently offered.

I understand that this hotel has gotten many good reviews. I also understand why it would get bad reviews. Let me explain. This hotel is very worn. The curtains look like they were attacked by a shark and furniture is old. The windows in to the bathrooms have been taped with frost tape, so if that's your thing, it's not visible into the bathrooms anymore as seen in pictures. The wifi was bad in both rooms that I had. The sound from traffic was like something I never experienced before. It's just next to the hill up to pratamnak and every car, bike and bus gears down and pedals it. Unbearable. They let me change rooms, but to the room next to the first room, so it was a useless move. First room also had some bedbugs. Swimmingpool ok. Breakfast very adequate. On certain days I could just not eat it... Area is close to the pier, walking street etc, but neighborhood is almost only indian. No closeby thairestaurants what so ever.

But here's the kicker. Service is great and staff is awesome. Though I will never stay here again, the staff made it so much better.

Always check all the appliances in room confirm from front desk and also check the TV is it working or not. We were about to scam by the front desk regarding hair dryer. They claimed that our room had a hair dryer. But we didn't see any. Well we had two rooms so we told them to check our luggage we are not gonna pay you. At the end it they said no it's okay and let us leave.

Very poor, very cheap type breakfast, no bath tub in rooms, no t bag/ coffie/dental kit etc provide by hotel. I don't know what purpose of kattle in the room of with out tea bag/ coffee pouch/ spoon.

They fraud with customer.
Reception lady was very clever and rude . There is Camara next to the reception and blamimg us for glasses when we asked them to show us Camaras , reception lady being rude by saying camars is broken. They charge 600 bahts for 3 pair of slippers All together they are fraud and risky place to stay

They have wrongly charged for glasses and slippers for about 1500 thb. They all are in restaurant. Don’t take this hotel as the hotel has very small room.

Stayed this hotel for 3 days very very bad experience. They charge us for the things are still in hotels like water glasses and slippers . Receptionist was really really Rude to us by not listening us and charging us 1500 baht for nothing. Beware if you’re going to book this hotel
