Green cosy hotel is located in a quiet area of Karon Bay. A real Paradise where you can rejuvenate and relax. Beautiful two-kilometer long white sand beach, emerald green sea and bright sun will create all conditions for comfortable rest.

Location: 60 km from the airport, Phuket is 11 km from Patong's centre, in 100 m from the sea, in the southern part of Karon Bay.
Consists of seven 4-storey buildings.
Total area: 22 100 m2.
The hotel has 524 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – free of charge.

Great location near beach and convenient stores, restaurants and other amenities. Recently renovated so the room is clean and comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is also great. Good for family trip with young kids.

Nowhere near 4 star standard, not at the price they charge. Smelly rooms that are either tired or badly decorated. Rock hard beds, and potentially dangerous areas around the water park. Kids club is more like a gulag. Felt like going on holiday in the 1970s, and glad we are only spending a few rotten smelly nights here before moving on. Avoid.

This hotel was awful. The staff did not want to serve us as we travelled in a large group which seemed to cumbersome for them. The buffet food was awful and many people ended up ill likely from this. We had to move rooms due to the aircon not working and the beds not correctly assigned as detailed on the booking, when asked to move rooms we had to follow up the staff several times as we were waiting over 45 minutes. All round very bad with terrible service like we were not wanted there

Room’s light keeps turning off and on suddenly. Imagine taking a shower and suddenly lights went off? Reminds me of the typical horror movies plot. This happened more than 5 times. Called the receptionist and we have to “fight” just to change our room. Apparently, other guests also experiencing the same. Quite strategic hotel. 2-5 minutes walk to karon beach. Lots of stores nearby and walkable.

We recently had a group trip to this venue. It was dismal. Grumpy staff. One key per room hotel policy that was totally inadequate. The final lunch was not a buffet due reduced guest numbers. The set a la carte menu served grey steak. Even attempting a few mouthfuls has left me with a terrible stomach bug. Can’t advise enough that this is very low star rating accommodation and meals. I will never recommend or return.

By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
We literally left after two days, and checked into another hotel.
Our room was so old and run down, dirty, the smell from the aircon and drains was absolutely disgusting.
We were finding dead bugs in our room, the garden bed from our balcony was full and rubbish & cigarettes.
I could go on forever about how terrible and rundown this resort is. Do yourself a favour and pick any other hotel in Karon, Because this place is definitely not it.

We took the hotel by seeing the huge water slide. The hotel is an old property, the rooms and other facilities are not renovated properly. We took a room with bunk bed, the room was pretty huge with a pool view. The toilet had a foul smell and was old. The corridoors were poorly lit. The reception is huge and the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good and tasty and the dining area is huge and clean.
The water slide and pool is the attraction, clean water and huge slides. They allow diving and we enjoyed it. They close the water slide for some time, so need to plan it accordingly.

While people would say the rooms are outdated, I would say they are comfortable, clean with the bare necessities (kettle, tv, mini fridge show and toilet). Beds are comfortable and room is air-conditioned.
There are a large amount of pools for all ages and swimming abilities as all can be stood in, even for little ones. They have 2 swim up bars (which is important on holidays) serving delicious cocktails and non alcoholic options for those who do not drink or the kids.
On site there is an ice-cream bar for upto 60baht you can get a delicious creamy soft serve in waffle cone or scoop in a container.
The restaurant serves in 3 locations and the food has always been well cooked and very tasty, hats off to the chef.
I think the most important part of the resort experience is the staff and let me just say that the staff here are very polite, always willing to help and just all round wonderful.
I know it is closing from late April to around October 2024 for modernisation of the rooms as well as plumbing upgrades, honestley the plumbing upgrade is necessary as shower pressure and temperature regulation is lacking.
The location of the resort from shopping dining is fantastic, and while they do not offer laundry service through the hotel ypu can support the locals directly across the road from 60baht per kilo, pick up next day service.
Travel to most tourist attractions from the resort seems to be 1hr to 1hr 30mins which is fantastic and you can arrange tours directly through hotel bookings area in the lobby.

We have had a lovely time here. Supit and staff who served us each morning have been amazing looking after our daughter who has allergies.
It's in a great location and the whole family enjoyed the water slides. Looking forward to coming back once the renovations are done.

Upon checking in & arriving into our rooms my first thoughts were what the heck did I book!? Two separate rooms & our kids room was not even on the same floor as ours(lucky they're a bit older!) Our room despite booking a queen bed pool deluxe my husband & I walked into a very mouldy, smelling room with 2 single beds! We had to leave our door on our balcony open slightly during the day to try get rid of the smell. The shower was terrible, went from hot to cold continuously and the pressure went up & down as well. My bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab..by day 3 of 6 I had to request a new mattress as my back was killing me. They bought up a mattress topper & then ended up making our bed as a king bed. Buffet breakfast was nice as were the cocktails by the pool. The pool was also good & as mentioned location was good. Close to beach & busy little streets with night markets & local restaurants. Whilst the hotel staff were friendly & helpful, Sadly this hotel though is in much need of an upgrade & we wouldn't stay there again! I personally think the price we paid was not worth the accommodation we received!
