Clean villas, good cleaning service, complimentary coffee-sugar-creamer pouches, water and ice. Well stocked kitchen utensils for cooking. No special views. Owners ask for too high deposit amount.

Great staff that was really helpful with getting us information or rides. The ladies that cleaned and made us breakfast were super nice, and the breakfast was always delicious. Clean, and no more than 10m from Kata beach by scooter. Location itself is quiet and under surveillance, so if you're looking for a safe space not right in the center of everything, this is great.

A good place to stay. The staff is friendly, and it was very clean. But be aware that only one room is full size, and the other two are very small.

Really appreciate the professional and helpful butlers! I left my purse in the hotel. The butlers helped me to send a taxi to the airport timely so that I got my purse the last minute before boarding! Really appreciate! Definitely will recommend to my friends!

Alhamdulillah... It was a different experience to be on the rocks under the private pool and listening and feel nature. Their breakfast is so good Subh'an-Allah all the items are made with care and well decorated. I loved their pillows aswell. Exclusively private place for people who love to feel nature and relax.

Very past minute booking transitioning from Bangkok to Phuket. Very happy with this stay! Very reasonably priced, close by to lots of excellent places to eat and a lovely beach with a beach front bar. It's an OK hotel with very good service. A few minutes away from Karon and Kata beaches, but not that far. You can get a taxi for cheap to get there quickly, or take the shuttles in the morning. Kata night market is a 15-minute walk away. There's some good places to eat a few metres away on foot.

Me, my wife and daughter (6yrs) had a absolute ball staying here. Pool is great and can be seen from every room. Staff are extremely friendly and will go out of there way for you. Breakfast was excellent. If are a family well this is the place for you. 10 out of 10 we say.

This is a good resort for a family with young teens. The rooms and grounds are clean and attractive. The kids really enjoyed the pool, particularly the slides. The staff was very nice and responsive. We were only here for one night, but it was very spacious, quite affordable, and not too hot. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is because the bed was a little harder than normal, but not so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep.

Located in a less busy area of Phuket than Patong, this hotel is few meters away from the beach and has a large pool. We only stayed here for one night but it was a pleasant stay. Our room was very big and had a balcony with a view on the pool. The breakfast was nice and all the staff were helpful at all times.

We love this hotel. We have been here 3 years in a row. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is 200m walking distance from the beach.
