Very expensive utility! In just under a month we paid 4200 tons, dogs are still always barking here and roosters are crowing, because again the owners of these apartments keep them there under your windows, everything is old and shabby, for the money you can find better and plus it’s hard to get there if you don’t have there's nothing to do there

We had a great stay in the Baan Kongdee hotel.
It is located on the hill of Kata, has a very nice sea view especially for Sunset. It is good value for money.

We lived here for 2 months and identified for themselves the pros and cons. It's up to everyone to decide if it's worth living here or not.
Pros:
- it's really not that hot on the mountain;
-beautiful view;
-spacious parking;
- temperature and water pressure are good.
All) these are all the pluses that have been highlighted.
Minuses:
-this place is a hotel, but not a condo;
- cooking utensils are not provided;
-cleaning is included, but it would be better if it weren't there (replacing linen looks like treating old linen with flavor);
-it seems that this place is being hammered (everything is old);
-air conditioning has not been cleaned for a long time, it does not cool well;
-super noisy (dogs under the windows, frogs croaking all night, thin walls and excellent audibility of neighbors);
- obscenely expensive communal apartment for a room of 25 square meters;
In general, too expensive for this kind of accommodation.

I visited this hotel with my wife at the beginning of March. The hosts are friendly. Of all the hotels offered, we chose this one and did not regret it. Silence (only roosters started crowing from 5 in the morning) The view from the balcony is amazing, we had breakfast on the balcony every morning. Climbing uphill to the hotel on foot ... was treated like a sport, but there was a plus after climbing straight to the pool. Cleaning of the room, towels changed daily, breakfast delicious and hearty. The air conditioner is really made so that it blows on the bed, so I had to turn it off at night. We liked 5 out of 5. Will definitely choose the same hotel next time.

Wonderful hotel! The room, the view from the room - just a miracle! Doing yoga in the morning on a huge balcony with such a view or just drinking coffee is a fairy tale! There are few guests, in the pool and on the sun loungers, as a rule, they did not intersect with others. Very hospitable hosts and staff. We arrived in the morning, we were immediately settled, although, like everywhere else, check-in is from 14. Cleaning is on top, towels are changed every day, only the bed is rare. And of course, you need to be ready for physical activity.) Yes, they will take you to the sea and back without any problems, but only until 17-30. P.e., as a rule, returned on their own, a steep climb and an abundance of stairs. I was with a 6-year-old child, we tried to treat the road as a fitness), the only thing was that it was hard to carry water and other burdens into the room. I would prefer to return to this hotel with my husband and ride a bike)))
