We are here for the third time. Space, lots of pools, friendly staff. As we 3rd time, we everywhere 10% discount and free Wi Fi THROUGHOUT the hotel. From the beach to the sea 15 meters

Great hotel, it is a really big complex with many buildings, it features six restaurants, 5 swimming pools, 4 bars, two fitness centers, playground for kids, entertainment zone, spa, putting green, etc, etc

The breakfast is absolutely delicious, but maybe a thing for the hotel to improve is quality of food in other restorants, specially la Scala (italian). Finally, the staff is very attentive and accommodating

Really fun and convenient to stay there, you can also walk along the street to find many more stores like pharmacy, 7-eleven, money exchange, restaurants, etc

Luxury :) expensive, beautiful. Around the hotel is very well-kept area where it is pleasant to be. In the rooms, paid wifi, the Breakfast of stale fruit

Kids loved the hotel. Nice rooms. Big breakfast buffet. Good snacks at the pool bar. The pool water was a little cold and the tiles are very slippery. Kata beach is crowded

Kata beach is clean and better looked after than some of the cheaper resorts. Pamookoo has really great quality rooms and a decent pool area with adult sized water slides

The hotel is a good one, close to Kata beach, good restaurants, convenience stores, night markets, and with quite a few things to do within it and nearby. Most were nice and some were annoying

The pool and the garden were very good. The sliders are fun but may be not suitable for small kids

The water slides are the best part of the hotel and so much fun. If you have kids and just need a place to rest at night and some waterslide fun after a day at the beach stay here

The pool is clean but the area around isn’t. people don’t clear out after them self and no staff to be seen. This also has the effect that guests don’t follow the pool rules

Beautiful resort with a variety of pools & lush green sitting areas. Spacious rooms & very good breakfast. Excellent location, walking to all shops, restaurants & beach. Lovely staff!

Excellent hotel in a very good location. Great proximity to beach,night life,markets,7eleven. Breakfast buffet could be better in terms of variety ,no cheese or cold cuts,also no pastries

Lots of steps and steep ramps with no handrails. Breakfast was very average, same every day. Shuttle bus only one way to Kata beach, about a 15 minute walk back, lots of markets and restaurants on the way

Staff are wonderful, room was nice but basic. Cleaned daily, fresh towels and water daily. Pools are lovely but no handrails for easy access. Lovely place but not suitable for mobile disability

Stand type motel room but kept very clean and tidy, staff were friendly and very helpful. Had an all you can eat breakfast included, which catered for all tastes. Overall had a relaxing time. Good value for the price

Highly recommend the Italian restaurant, turn left at top of driveway and just down a bit. Very safe to walk around alone

The hotel's location is excellent—just a short 5-minute walk to the beautiful Kata Beach, which made our trip even more enjoyable

The rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. They explained check in and all the services available very clearly. They were always ready to help and answered all our questions

The staff is the heart of this hotel, they are all incredibly friendly and helpful and speaking good english! The location is very good, you can reach the beach easily through the back door which has secured access

Improvements that could be made : - new sunbeds, they are all pretty damaged - chocolate dip (such as Nutella) in the breakfast - slices of cheese / chicken / ham in the breakfast

For a hotel in this price range, we expected this amenity to be included. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend OZO Hotel for its cleanliness, excellent location, and friendly atmosphere!

Stayed here as a family of 4 with two kids. Excellent location to the beach and nearby restaurants. Staff very polite, courteous and always helpful. We stayed in a room with a sea view which was beautiful

While other guests might have an issue with this, I welcomed the stroll. Our rooms were spacious enough and had a balcony with a good view of the beach. The swimming pool was a good place to swim and relax

The receptionists, pool bar server, and housekeeping personnel were all very warm and hospitable. The location was very convenient. The beach was just across the road from the hotel

Minus: there is a building with a step without an elevator, there are ants in the room, hard corners of the bed, high audibility (you can hear neighbors behind the wall and playing in the pool, fireworks generally exploded like a bomb on the beach), the water in the shower does not heat up well, the sink gets clogged

The best part about this hotel is definitely the 2 swimming pools absolutely massive and very beautiful. The hotel rooms themselves are good but not outstanding. The staff are all friendly and always ready to help

Had a great 3 night stay. Clean rooms and kind staff. The hotel has perfect location to walk around the shops at Kata Beach and easy access to the beach itself. Huge rooms and comfortable bed.

Nice and clean hotels, reasonable price.well management staff are very informative . A good walking distance to the beach, or you can take a shuttle that is provided by the hotels.Good holiday stay!

The staffs are excellent, smiling and the atmosphere at the hotel is nice. Breakfast has many menus and tastes very good. Hotel near the market and Kata Beach.

Suggest adding more beds at the pool because there are not enough for the guests. But there are only 10 beds, not enough. As for the food and beverage service, the room is good. The only complaint is about the beds

Although a budget hotel, the staff were the most polite and helpful we have ever come across, the hotel was always clean, rooms cleaned daily with clean sheets/pillows plus 2 bottles of water

Wonderful service, great villas with private pools and ocean view. Set up on the side of a hill, in the nice and quiet part of the island, but with a sandy scenic beach.

The restaurant at the shore, "seacret" features Tiffany chairs, manicured decoration and killing beach views. Very romantic place and great for wedding receptions.

Infinity pool is perfect for the hot Thai heat and a good spot to watch the sunset. Only downside is the breakfast wasn’t the best breakfast we’ve had in Thailand. Very simple offerings buffet style

Jan 30, 31 and Feb 1 We stayed in suite 820, Pool Access Room for 3 nights: $299. Very convenient location, behind Kata Walking Street. Near all the convenience and walking distance to the beach

The property looks dated but the rooms are spacious with very comfortable bed and direct access to pools. Breakfast was decent, the bathroom needs updating!

Don’t miss out on the omelette station, outside tables. We didn’t see it until it was too late. On our last day here after we had breakfast, on the way back to our room, we discovered the made to order eggs

Bathroom was like a spa bathroom, with massive bath, shower and lovely vanity. The pool is amazing and everything was very clean. Breakfast was good, your usual Thailand breakfast with a mix of western and thai options

Just as the name suggests “Beyond Kata” is truly beyond all expectations. The property is exactly as it appears on the internet search pages

You will never feel space crunched in any sense. I had booked a “pool access” room and it was splendid. The small private pool is just about right to spend some time with family and it also has a recliner chair

This hotel was right on Kata beach. There is live entertainment each night in the hotel with a live band. We stayed in an ocean view room

Right from the check in until check out, the hotel staff goes over and beyond to ensure that your requirements are taken care off in true 5 star manner. Rooms are lavish and has plenty of wardrobe and rack space

Perfect spot 5 minute walk to the beach. Property was nice with a great pool area and the gym was adequate for light workout. Staff were warm and helpful. Perfect for a beach holiday!

A huge thank you to the incredibly welcoming staff at Chanalai Flora Resort, Kata Beach. After an urgent move from Patong, I discovered this fantastic resort and was truly impressed by the attention to detail

I enjoyed the stay here! The hotel's massive, with 2 giant swimming pools. Food options are amazing but only for breakfast. The lack of vegetarian options during lunch and dinner were so less that we had to eat elsewhere

The smaller size of the hotel means you have easy access to the friendly reception staff, which adds to the overall comfort. Each morning, the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options

I had an issue with my grab and the girls at reception came out to help me out and they did not leave until the problem was solved, which took around half an hour. They were so patient and kind

Nice relaxing place that have a concept of a pool terrace. Make reservation for the pool units. Reception isn't that 5star friendly. But a pleasant environment for a short getaway

Stayed here for 3 nights oct 22 - 25 2024. Staff were nice and welcoming. Rooms were nice, big and spacious. Had all the basic amenities; kettle, safe etc. Massive bathtub and a very spacious shower

To me the hotel isn't dated as much as it is a bit tired. It's kept in excellent working order, the public areas are pleasant, the pools are very clean. The staff are very kind and friendly and really try to help

Hotel is in a great location, a safe distance from the main strip of Kata so it's not too noisy, but close enough that you can easily walk to the shops, restaurants and beach

Indian food is superb, I would recommend having food here instead of going out or order delivery. Views are great from sea view rooms. Location is bit odd on a steep hill so it's not walkable in my opinion

The location is on a steep hill, and they told me to take the free shuttle they provide to the beach and asked me to call while coming back for the shuttle to reach there, but I tried calling for quite long, and after arriving back at the hotel on enquiry, they told me that their phone was on silent and they are sorry

One head to toe soap in shower, no body lotion, no shaving kit, no toothbrush, no comb these are basics which should be free but it's chargeable

The breakfast can be served in the villa as well, which is amazing. Beach is less than 5min walk, night Market is 2 min as well and they open all the time. Just grab the food and have it at your villa or the beach

Close walk to the kata beach although villa rooms provide a spacious pool! Midday check out was nice as well

Great place to stay!!! Friendly staff, delicious food, cosy rooms. A huge plus - access to the pool from the room!

It was dark and a bit shabby looking. Bedding was clean but not very white. The balcony was awful dirty with very uncomfortable looking chairs and table. We also had a mummy cat and her kittens in our balcony most days

The room amenities were great! I had fresh complementary glass bottled water every day, the room cleaning service was fast and thorough and If my room wasn't available to be cleaned at the time they came round I could rearrange it for when I was out on a day trip or using the gym or swimming pools

I absolutely loved our stay at The Palmery Resort. We were greeted with attentive and smiling staff. The location is great, a 10 minute walk to Kata Beach, with plenty of restaurants on offer along the way

We were honestly a little bit frightened when we got here (because it was pitch dark all around due to an outage) but when the lights came back on, boy was it beautiful! The hotel looked incredibly large, had some of the friendliest hotel staff we have ever met, includes complimentary breakfast, and has an incredible view of not just the pool & Thai pine trees but the Big Buddha as well from afar ...

The hotel is well-kept, clean and neat, with a great pool area. And a great breakfast just to eat. There is also a spacious bathroom and the only option is Kata Beach just across the road

Were a family in December 2014. Make no mistake - this is a great hotel. For families this is the best hotel. Animators, silence, beauty, service and a Russian-English speaking staff. The beach is close and very good

It is not far from the dining area. And you can enjoy it without hustling. If possible, ask for a ground floor room with an impressive pool. Complimentary bottled water is provided daily in the room

The hotel is great,I really liked it. The beach is not far away,and if you get tired of it next to 2 other but a little farther to go. The market is also not far away
