THEY ASK THE CUSTOMER TO CLEAN THE CUPS OF THE COFFEE AND ALSO ACCORDING TO THEM YOU CAN ONLY ORDER COFFEE SACHETS ONCE IN ONE DAY THAT TO ONLY 2 SACHETS... MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO EXPLAIN... DONOT BOOK THIS AT ALL... THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR FOR THE SERVICE....

Room was very clean and luxurious. Staff were very friendly and caring. They had airport transfer as well. The location was very ideal and quiet. It's definitely worth the price.

I stayed one week at this hotel in July with my Thai gf.
Cheap, clean, confortable, quiet, and so lovely staff.
Always nice and helpful staff.
Just only 10 minutes to the beach by walk when you know the way. 15 minutes walk to Bangla road. 20 if you walk slow.
I really recommend. Will definitely book again if I go back to Patong.

If you are planning to be out in the Phuket most of the time during your stay then this is the place for you as it is not to far from the beach and hotel has the bike rental facility also.
Recommend for the couple and Family.
But for the single women I would not recommend because the location is inside of the main road approx 250 meters.
Also you can enjoy the restaurants at the walkable distance.

Suggest avoid this hotel!
1. Deceiving when booking. Described on booking a room with a view of the city. It really is a room with a view on the wall or on the adjacent balcony! The hotel, in principle, half of the rooms with the 4 buildings stand side by side, with a gap of 1 meter! There is neither sun nor fresh air, and constant noise from the nearby conder.
2. The corridor and the rooms are so small that a big man with a suitcase in them not to turn around. A wardrobe with a depth of 15cm. The ceiling is very low, it is easy to get hand.
3. Wi-Fi is free, but the Internet is quite unstable, don't even talk on Viber!
If you have decided to settle, take only superiom rooom overlooking the street. But for the money 1250 baht. a day in Patong is full of good hotels without ants and roaches.

Super cheap hotel, clean and new. Part of it is still being finished but don't here any work ongoing. Star friendly, 10 mins to shopping, 20 to beach.

Hotel located in a quiet area of patong beach with clean rooms and new, the staff is kind and available to solve minor problems that may arise during the stay, another thing not to overlook is the elevator , which is not discounted in hotels in Phuket

Rooms are spacious and clean with bottled water provided. Washrooms are good. AC is good. Internet works but needs to be reconnected often. Good location if you don't mind a walk or scooter.
Bad:
Balcony view is directly into an identical apartment. You and the other resident could touch hands without much difficulty.
Reception rarely spoke english and so couldn't help much.

A couple girls on reception were very abrupt and didn't seem to want to be there.
Result:
Great place if you're modest on the view, and don't need help from reception.
