Location is strategic and easily access to the town, restaurants and convenience stores.
The room is tidy and clean, but the furnitures are kind of old. There were renovations of hotel being carried out next to our room and noisy. As per the hotel statement, the renovation was suppose to discontinue after 4.00pm, but the renovation was still carried out after 4.00 pm.
The receptionist who served us was kind of rude, impolite and arrogant (a lady looks 30 years old plus). She scolded me when i called to the counter for assistant due to creating additional work/ troubling her. She even showed me an angry and reluctant face when i went to the counter following the call.

Robbers!!! I stayed in this hotel Dec 29-31 and 4 pieces of jewelry were stolen ! The cleaning lady steals from your luggage and backpack. No one should stay here. Worst customer service.

Best hotel in Patong at this price range. Don’t think twice. If you just need a place with no pool etc this is great value for money.

Average Hotel..
Pros: Clean Rooms, bike parking available and good accessibility.
Cons: No view from window and not even from the Balcony. Average size Rooms. Service not up to the mark. Staff behavior is average. Far away from the Patong beach as well as from Bangla Road and other attractions of Patong.

THEY ASK THE CUSTOMER TO CLEAN THE CUPS OF THE COFFEE AND ALSO ACCORDING TO THEM YOU CAN ONLY ORDER COFFEE SACHETS ONCE IN ONE DAY THAT TO ONLY 2 SACHETS... MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO EXPLAIN... DONOT BOOK THIS AT ALL... THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR FOR THE SERVICE....

Room was very clean and luxurious. Staff were very friendly and caring. They had airport transfer as well. The location was very ideal and quiet. It's definitely worth the price.

I stayed one week at this hotel in July with my Thai gf.
Cheap, clean, confortable, quiet, and so lovely staff.
Always nice and helpful staff.
Just only 10 minutes to the beach by walk when you know the way. 15 minutes walk to Bangla road. 20 if you walk slow.
I really recommend. Will definitely book again if I go back to Patong.

If you are planning to be out in the Phuket most of the time during your stay then this is the place for you as it is not to far from the beach and hotel has the bike rental facility also.
Recommend for the couple and Family.
But for the single women I would not recommend because the location is inside of the main road approx 250 meters.
Also you can enjoy the restaurants at the walkable distance.
