What really stood out was the staff who were friendly, warm, and always ready to help with anything from local tips to arranging transport. Their hospitality truly made my trip special. Special thanks to the management for grooming such a fantastic team, one can really feel the dedication behind the scenes.
While the rooms were clean and well-maintained, they were noticeably smaller than what was shown on the pictures. The hotel also has a more eco-friendly, minimalist setup—which may appeal to some travelers, but wasn’t quite what we were looking for on this particular trip.
One major highlight is the location: 10/10 for proximity to Patong Beach. It’s in the heart of everything—just steps from the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife—which makes it incredibly convenient if you want to be close to the action.
That said, the hotel staff were absolutely lovely. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely tried their best to accommodate us and ensure we were comfortable. We want to thank the manager, who went out of their way to accommodate us financially when we needed to leave early. We understand that it was an exception and it was a generous gesture and really showed that they care about guest satisfaction. Their kindness really stood out and made our early departure feel supported rather than stressful.
This place may be a great fit for travelers looking for a simpler, more eco-conscious stay and conveniant location. For us, it just didn’t align with what we had in mind. Still, we appreciate the effort and hospitality of the staff and wish them all the best.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire place was spotless with a fresh, pleasant smell throughout—definitely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The location is excellent, just a short walking distance to the beach and Bangla Street, which made everything so convenient.
The reception staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Their hospitality truly stood out. We had an early flight, and they even packed our breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch.

Room was super clean, there was everything you needed, even extra ... They made sure there you don't need to miss absolutely nothing.
Room is big, Clean and great location. I walked in, reception works 24/7.
Highlight was night receptionist Joe who took extra care to make sure I have everything, high level of hospitality.
I will highly recommend this place for best value for money. I will definitely come back.
