Stayed here and it's a wonderful, cozy little guest house right in the middle of Kata Walking Market. It's really good value and the owner is lovely. The cocktails are highly recommended. The steps are steep but I would stay there again if I was in Kata. The beach is just a nice stroll away.

Great bar, full to the brim with games. Very welcoming hostess who takes great pride in the place. Wish we’d found it before the end of our holiday as we would have visited more. Beers were a good price, service was swift and the toilet was immaculate. Well worth a visit.

The location is in the center of the events that take place in the evenings. Night market, pharmacies, 7/11, souvenir shop, street where they pour 50 grams, everything is close at hand.
Room on the 4th floor (401), with a view of a very nearby building, i.e. there is no view, this is a minus, but you get used to it in a day.

No elevator, 4th floor, not that this is a problem, but still.
The owner of the hotel is responsive and helpful. In the "lobby" in quotes, she runs a small sports bar, board games, TV broadcasts, beer and coffee we will sit.

After 23:00 the street falls asleep, the hotel closes the doors, you will have a key to the street door.
The sea (Kata beach) is 10-15 minutes walk away, the time depends on how quickly you want to plunge into the warm sea. The route is walking past the OZO hotel, at the crossroads turn left, then straight ahead, the oncoming flow of people in bathing suits will not let you make a mistake in the right direction.
Total: overall I recommend. At first I didn't like it (it's always like that with us, after a long road, checking into a hotel is a tragedy), starting from the second day of stay everything is fine. The main thing is to have a positive attitude towards the holiday.

We had an enjoyable stay at the guesthouse. The lady running the place was an excellent cocktail maker and was very helpful, not gory the housekeeper. Who made the bed and kept the room clean. Thank you we had an enjoyable stay at Sues guesthouse.

Excellent place to stay, we loved it. It's just at the front of the night market. The host is very kind and very helpful.

Friendly staff, clean room, good location. The only downside is that when you leave the room, taking out the card, not only the light but also the refrigerator turns off.

Such a lovely place to stay. First off, this ain't no 5 star resort, so please set your expectation right. Quiet, spacious, clean room. AC work well. Please be considerate and turn off AC when you leave the room.
Right in the middle of Kata market! The owner (Siphon? sorry may have spelled her name wrong) was wonderful and helpful. She helped me find a motorbike rental place place. Bar on the 1st floor and Siphon make really good drinks!
Perfect for single or couple. Room is big enough to fit even 3 people comfortably!
FYI, it's not open 24/7. At night the front door is closed and locked. But you get get keys to the door if you return late at night.
All in all, nice cozy, affordable, simple hotel. Will definitely be back!

I'll be strait to the point I came to stay three nights for immigration.
Everything was great good people great clean well working establishment. Safe quite well located. Good hot water great pressure. Good vibes you won't be disappointed.
