Decent place but could do with some improvements and NO WIFI anywhere in the rooms so be aware - the owner was not bothered about fixing it either.

Best hotel in Kata. Very friendly, more like a family, and you have space for yourself. Also very good local food. Location near all beaches. Recommended.

Worst. I will definitely recommend my enemies to stay there. Unhygienic place, lady at the reception people call her 'Boss' she is ready to snatch your 500 Baht Deposit for any weird reason. I ask for mineral water bottle sets (6 Bottles) cost me 300 Baht. Walking distance from Mart i got the same at 95 Baht. Pathetic hotel.

Honestly the best hotel in Kata beach!! The rooms are cool and very comfortable. Our breakfast wasn't included but the bar and restaurant downstairs is inexpensive and the food and drinks are delicious! We recommend the thai ice tea, we had about fifty! Our room had a gorgeous secluded balcony which was ideal for enjoying in the cool evenings. The WiFi is fast, we had very little problems. The hotel is incredibly close to Kata beach (few minutes walk) and has everything you could possibly need just minutes walk away. The key feature of this hotel are the staff! They are beyond friendly, they're wonderful! They went out of their way every day to make our visit feel like a home from home. They were always friendly and helpful. On our last day, we were gifted a beautiful bouquet of flowers to celebrate our upcoming wedding. It was so unexpected and so special. We cannot thank Choophorn House enough. We will definitely be coming back and we recommend Choophorn House to everyone!!! Thank you!!

Great location, comfortable bedding, cold air conditioning, well maintained and cleaned. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant has very good food with great prices. I would definitely recommend this hotel when travelling to the Kata Beach area.

The nicer rooms are really excellent. Manager is great, and staff are lovely. No frills but solid experience for the price. Manager helped move me from a less pleasing room, and new room at front of building overlooking road was clean spacious modern and smelt perfectly clear. For price, good and well situated for beautiful Kata beach

Do not trust the photos. They are not contractual.
The staff is nice and the beach is 10min walk. In addition, it is very quiet (our room was not on the street).
The rooms were a little aged but overall they were very clean.
Ideal for a stopover of a few days, but not for a long stay.

Notify them of your late arrival in advance, we had a flight delay that resulted in 12:30 am arrival and it took us 30+ minutes to get hold of anyone. Other than that, you get exactly what you pay for.
