Location: 60 km from airport, 15 km from Patong beach, Kata beach, 600 m from the sea.
Consists of one 5-storey building.
Total area: 6400 m2.
The hotel has 258 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 600 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – a fee, towels - free of charge.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at IBIS kata,Phuket.From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which is always a plus when traveling with kids.
The pool area was a big hit, with plenty of space for the kids to splash around and for us to relax.
One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet. There was a wide selection of options that catered to all tastes, including a great variety of healthy choices. The restaurant staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
The location of the hotel is perfect for families. It's close to several family-friendly attractions.We felt safe and comfortable exploring the area.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It's been my third time staying there. It's in good location, not too far from Kata beach. The room were clean and bed were very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. So recommended!!!

Our 2 day stay here was quite enjoyable. The pool area is well maintained. Breakfast is good as well. Rooms were good, service at the reception throughout was pleasant. Will stay again!

This is a fantastic place to stay. We were searching for a nice place and went from Hotel to Hotel trying out many places. When we came to Ibis we knew that we had found our home. The staff are amazing! I truly mean amazing. They constantly exceed our expectations and treat us like family. The food us excellent, the service is supreme and the place is kept spotlessly clean. The pool and surrounding area is gorgeous with bushes, flowers and trees. We came for 3 days and now have resided here for 5 weeks. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay with 5 star treatment. You need to come stay here.

Good hotel, with a nice swimming pool that has everything you need in a walkable distance; convenience store, beach and a market. Also, a lot of various different shops around.

Great location, close to food shops and markets, and bars. Hotel is nice and comfy, the rooms are okay but they are good for the cheaper price. Friendly service, and the tour desk in the reception area is sensational. Very helpful and always have discounts. 100% recommend the hotel and the tour guides. Thanks.

It's ok but cleanliness is major issue
The cleanliness was the major issue in the hotel. The slippers, the floors inside and outside the room, the hallways, the elevator, washroom. All dirty.
The rate per night was high in comparison to the quality I got. It was very close to Ibis Dubai actually, but at least there you won't see dirt all over the place.

Nice and clean hotels, reasonable price.well management staff are very informative . A good walking distance to the beach, or you can take a shuttle that is provided by the hotels.Good holiday stay!

We booked one night via Agoda app and seems as always with Agoda we got the worst room, even though costs us 100€ for the night. It was clean with good water pressure and temperature but in the tiny shower that my boyfriend could barely fit in. Room was with loud airco and noise coming from the other rooms and the corridor a whole night. Even after turning off the airco in our room we could hear loud noise of airco coming from other rooms/central system in the building. Additionally the view in our room was on the new build construction so first thing early morning was noises coming from the construction site. And of course, on top of it, the rooster starting early morning as well 🙈🙈 sorry but not recommended and also Kata beach at least on this part is not the nicest.

A pleasant 3 star hotel, centrally located, and reasonably priced. 1. The rooms were bot properly cleaned each day. 2. The buffet breakfast was below standard. 3. The breakfast room was untidy amd not clean. 4. The breakfast buffet was not properly replenished. 5. The breakfast food was cold each morning. 6. The staff is not fluent enough in English. 7. The wifi is too weak and we hardly had any connectivity.
