We liked the hotel! The rooms are cozy, with comfortable furniture and all the necessary amenities. Cleanliness is maintained at a high level, which is always an important factor for us.
I would especially like to note the breakfasts. The cozy atmosphere in the dining room and the friendly staff created a mood, and each breakfast became a real pleasure.
It is also worth mentioning the location of the hotel. It is in a convenient place.
The hotel staff was attentive and responsive, ready to help with any questions and offer recommendations on interesting places!

The staffs are excellent, smiling and the atmosphere at the hotel is nice. Breakfast has many menus and tastes very good. Hotel near the market and Kata Beach.

Suggest adding more beds at the pool because there are not enough for the guests. But there are only 10 beds, not enough. As for the food and beverage service, the room is good. The only complaint is about the beds. I would like to add more.

The hotel is very good, great pool. The food is very tasty, I liked it. The room is not big, but there was enough space for everyone (there were three of us). The girls at the reception are very nice and smiling, they helped with everything.

i relaxed twice at this hotel. Great staff and service. Yesterday stuff congratulated me on my birthday, just like 5 years ago. I am very happy! And when i and my husband were sick, the staff helped us! Thank you, ibis! ❤️

I had a great stay at this hotel. It's been my third time staying there. It's in good location, not too far from Kata beach. The room were clean and bed were very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. So recommended!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at IBIS kata,Phuket.From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which is always a plus when traveling with kids.

The pool area was a big hit, with plenty of space for the kids to splash around and for us to relax.

One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet. There was a wide selection of options that catered to all tastes, including a great variety of healthy choices. The restaurant staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

The location of the hotel is perfect for families. It's close to several family-friendly attractions.We felt safe and comfortable exploring the area.

This is a fantastic place to stay. We were searching for a nice place and went from Hotel to Hotel trying out many places. When we came to Ibis we knew that we had found our home. The staff are amazing! I truly mean amazing. They constantly exceed our expectations and treat us like family. The food us excellent, the service is supreme and the place is kept spotlessly clean. The pool and surrounding area is gorgeous with bushes, flowers and trees. We came for 3 days and now have resided here for 5 weeks. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay with 5 star treatment. You need to come stay here.

Very good value hotel, clean and safe. Excellent service and staff. Motorbike rental, laundry and massage just outside the entrance. Dog friendly also.

Rooms are clean and tidy. It has an awesome balcony view. Good and healthy breakfast as complimentary. Overall the stay was pleasant.
