The boutique hotel is located within walking distance from Kata Noi beach. Each room is tastefully decorated in Thai style. Sliding glass doors from wall to wall lead onto a private balcony with wonderful views of the Andaman sea. It offers an outdoor pool and a Spa and Wellness centre and a restaurant. The restaurant serves a variety of local and international cuisine. Walk to other cafes and restaurants are within a few minutes. This is a stylish place with beautiful sea views ideal for a romantic getaway.

Nook Dee is a beautifully appointed Resort on a hill overlooking Kata Beach. The infinity pool was gorgeous with a view of the ocean and surrounding greenery. The room was tastefully and colorfully decorated with traditional Thai fabrics and a super comfy pillow top bed.
It was immaculately clean.
The included breakfast was a good variety of East meets West. Friendly, approachable customer service and little extras such as a free shuttle to the beach, bottled water replenished daily and happy hour made my stay that little bit special. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying at Kata Beach.

The two stars are for its newly built accomodation. Too remote from beach and town（even I rent a car, 10min drive on the too narrow road is dark n dangerous at night）, all paid service more expensive than the town, gym from 10am to 8pm （not acceptable for bodybuilder）, at night the hotel is so isolated and silent on the hill, Silent Hill?) shuttle bus to the beach 2-4hr frequency （luckily I rent a car）feel like I m living in a nice room in nowhere. given the price （160USD）there exits many better seaview alternatives in Kata.

Really is a fantastic hotel, value for money, the price is very high! Highly recommended! Views beautiful, the service good! With a stay at the comfortable! The only downside might be the hotel Internet speed is too slow!

Beautiful rooms ,views and swimming pools...but the staff goes into our rooms whenever they want even early in the morning, (when you go to bed late) and several outages of electricity...

Superb dominant position, close to all the amenities.
Personal very nice and comfortable and modern rooms.
The hotel is new and contemporary. The swimming pool overlooks the sea and is facing south.

+ clean rooms and new units
- hotel is up a hill (10-15 min walk) and they charge 300 one-way for taxi to city centre (2-3 min drive)
- staff at reception has very limited knowledge of English, which makes it difficult if more than yes/no answers are required

Car park was badly designed with air conditioner compressors pumping out hot air, felt like being in a Sauna. Extremely hot to walk from reception to room, no shade in day time.

Very scenic views with very nice rooms. Great place to rest and relax. Location is on top of a hill so it is quite far from town.

Great boutique hotel, with excellent service and convenient facilities. The room is comfortable and the views are superb. Up a steep hill, though!

The property with 68 units are clean, modern and cosy. The rooms to go for killer views are the deluxe panorama corner rooms.
A possible deal breaker is getting up and down the steep hill. It'll take around 5-10 minutes depending on your fitness level. Shuttle services to the beach leave at fixed times so it might not fit in your schedule.
The hotel's airport transfers are priced at 1300 THB, however a cheaper (read: haggling) option is the taxi service located just a few steps out of the hotel.
