A really wonderful place to stay. I love the way they have taken environment into consideration. The hotel video is brilliant I watched it all a few times as it explained everything around the hotel. I highly recommend satisfying here if you have the choice. One I saw and did was get bed and breakfast as there are plenty of local restaurants in short walking distance. Not just the road but along the beach too

Gorgeous hotel/villa resort on the beach with perfect views, amazing food and fantastic facilities. (gym,swimming pool, games area etc) staff members are all humble and friendly and always happy to help. I think the chef deserves a mention here too because every single meal from breakfast until dinner has been absolutely perfect! 5 stars, thank you Khao Lak Emerald Resort for making my Wife and I so happy during our stay with you x

Lovely hotel on the beach.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Rooms are a good size but the villa’s are a bit small. Lovely little pool attached to the villa’s and 2 good community pools.
Good location with bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
A lovely holiday and would certainly return and recommend.

It was such a nice time when I was there. We got an upgraded to beachfront villa which I didn't expect that. I appreciated it and I was really happy by that. Everything was nice; staff, area, and the swimming pool my son loved it.
One last thing, I have to thank to the F&B staff that served the food to our room when it was buffet time which we could not make it cause of my son was not feeling so well and the staff was really helpful by that.
Overall, I was really impressed with everything.

I booked this resort through Agoda, and while the photos looked appealing, they seem to be outdated or heavily edited. The resort is older than expected and not well-maintained, for example, the grass near the water playground wasn't trimmed, and renovations are underway. The buffet breakfast was average, and the Wi-Fi connection was very slow. However, despite these issues, the staff were very nice and helpful.

Absolutely gorgeous beach, not crowded at all, amazing and super friendly staff that made us and our kids feel very welcome. Hotel area is very nice with a pool just by the beach with two kids pools. There is also another pool area more aimed at kids with a splash area. Only complaint I have is that both the pool areas are in pretty bad shape. They need to be renovated. Tiles are falling off and the pumps are probably not working properly as the water did not look or feel clean. If the pool areas were in good condition this place would definitely get a 4 star!

Good, nice hotell with great rooms and a calm beautiful beach. Situated on a street with some restaurants and shops but nothing over the top. Really recommend this place.

Thanks again nice and warm hospitality. Love it so much. And taking care of my birthday it's was so Nice and I'm humblet for that ... all was very good, stuff and etc. All regularly things go smoothly, and that is what you need things that you remember long long time.
Only thing you have to training is language those serving people and it's okay, but if you like to get better ... it's like that... and this is my opinion! Love you All and miss like Crazy! Thanks so much you all!! Love, Family Salminen

Great place. I've been going there for around 10 years now and the resort has been renovated a few times. Now the rooms have a big bathroom with a tub and a good view. The rooms are cute and modern. Great place for kids: kids club and a kids poo with a slide. The breakfast was a mix of international and thai cuisine. There was an egg station, a cereal station, a fruit station, etc.

+ It is pkaced in one of Khao Laks most beautiful surroundings. You have a long beautiful beach and the fantastic view of Khaolak s mountains and national park. Hotel has nice and large rooms and most are newly renovated. We stayed here a number of times and the friendly staff gave us a welcome back gift, much appreciated! It’s situated in a small village but still with a 20 something restaurants and also shops. Perfect if you want a relaxing stay . If you want the shopping you just take a Songthew to Bang Niang.. We got a vey good deal from Zenhotels which made the stay really wort the money.
