Good hotel, nice staff, beautiful beach on the front of the hotel. There's a big swimming pool crossing the hotel and small swimming pools near the room buildings

Two adults with a busy european life, and what we got was way more than we asked for. Advice when going there, just try to be patient with the stuff, what they lack in English proficiency, they have it in good heart

Be careful when renting a bike or exchanging money, look in more than 2 places and see if the prices match. don't make plans, go there and just do what you're feeling like doing when you wake up

Maybe mosquitoes will be around, bring your repellent. Look for restaurants far away from the crowd you'll get ridiculously cheap prices

AMAZING!! Literally could not have asked for anything more from this hotel! One of our favourite stays! Beautiful surroundings, staff were the best, room was spotless! Right on the beach and with a gorgeous huge swimming pool! So many amazing restaurants close by! The buffet breakfast was an absolute highlight! We can’t wait to come back!!

Gardens immaculately maintained Reception staff so helpful and polite. Remote setting = beautiful beach and quiet, but if you want walks out there’s not much to see or do, but we loved it! Highly recommend

A peaceful and spacious resort with all amenities. It has a lovely beach with sunset view. The waves are calm and water is blue. one can float in the water for a long long time and relax

The resort is on a long stretch of beach and within a short walk you can reach an abundance of Thai beach restaurants in a wide range of prices, as well as a massage

The evening dinner at the beach side restaurant with light volume live music is absolutely soothing

Upon arrival, I was served a coconut ice cream and then in the room there was a variety of snacks waiting for me. They also replenished my fruit bowl every day. This is one of the best properties I have stayed at

We spent hours floating around the pool sipping a few gins! The breakfast is really amazing, so so much variety. We enjoyed all the food in the restaurants. The staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly

There are so many restaurants to choose from and an Infiniti pool as well. December is high season and very expensive. I recommend coming in April for a really good deal

Stayed for 3 nights during a recent holiday. The hotel has everything you need, great facilities for families and lots of activities for kids. Breakfast buffet is fantastic

The breakfast had so many options, a bit crowded for our taste so we ended up having breakfast in the room after the first day. We stayed 5 night but we could have stayed 5 more easily

The front section has beach frontage with a pool and restaurant, the back section with is set individually amongst garden with a large pool with water slide and playground for children, then another pool for adults only

Whilst the main pools closed at 6pm, we could continue to use your own private pool. With warm nights it was lovely being able to cool off later in the evening. Our room was provided with 2 beach towels

Perfect place to either have a family holiday or to have a surf holiday, or even better, the two combined ;) the beach break is in front of the hotel and easily accessible with small but decent waves

We had a small private courtyard with an outdoor shower. Our villa had a split system air-con for easy control of temperature. The bathroom was also spacious with a large bath, separate shower and toilet, and vanity area

Lovely beach literally 50 metres away , This place is fantastic ,3 restaurants and plenty of bars , It's not a place for anyone wanting lively nightlife , this is for a more relaxed type of holiday , return taxi to town centre ( shops/ bars/ market / Tusnami Museum etc) 550 THB Memories beach bar ( lovely cheap food and drinks) less than 5 minute walk along the beach ,

Amazing 5* resort for a good price. There is an ATM about 15 minutes walk away. Two lovely bars on the beach that charge about 150 baht a meal. Laundry can be done for 80 baht

I loved this resort ! Staff were friendly, rooms were amazing, bed comfortable, breakfast delicious. One of my all time favourite hotels

A good standard hotel with a decent all inclusive offering. Haven't stayed in Thailand before so not sure how it stands up competed to other resorts but we found everything to be as you'd expect

The hotel side of the resort could do with a spruce up, certain elements including rooms, pool and grounds could do with a repaint, remodel etc. Other than that we've had a really good time

Nice relaxing hotel north of Pueket. Beautiful sunset beach views. Although they don't keep it very clean. Breakfast is nice with a river setting. Lunch and dinner has good quality but slow service

The cleaning ladies, do a very good job and are super friendly. The breakfast is simply amazing and the staff at the breakfast is fantastic! Always smiling, always friendly, little chat and hard work

No fault of the hotel, just the clientele they attract I guess. The rooms were exceptional, stunning and very neat and tidy. Food was great also, for all meals. The staff were kind and welcoming

Every day there are workers doing maintenance on the hotel facilities and the green beauty around the hotel. The front desk staff ladies and gentlemen are lovely and always in for a little chat

A very pretty hotel ideal for couples and honeymooners, as I wasn't travelling as either of those groups it got very boring seeing couples all over each other everywhere I looked

Antonios: A very nice and friendly little eatery right next to the access road to the Marriott. Pleasantly air conditioned, but not too cold. The Thai pizza is excellent, but insider tip are the different pasta dishes

Wonderful little place beside the JW Marriott. The Italian restaurant here is probably the most authentic I've eaten at outside of Italy, and I highly recommend it.

The perfect quiet and picturesque hotel on the beach. No fuss, small Villa, clean, almost empty beach.

Very good beach hotel, surrounded by greenery. But it is a pity that guests ignore the Smoking ban on sunbeds and the hotel takes no action.

Breakfast was western style and just ok. Not recommended for people with wheelchair and children because of all the stairs to access the breakfast & beach. Customer service was great though

The hotel was located on the beach front (sunset view), the room was clean and big although the bathroom was weirdly designed with a useless big shower. There are two medium swimming pools

If you want to explore Khao Lak, you can rent a scooter directly in the complex. The great area is very quiet, exactly what we wanted. Extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Excellent +++++ Well equipped bungalows in a lovingly designed small area! The bungalow had a large terrace with table and chairs. Outside the complex there are many restaurants within a 40 minute walk

Highly recommend the superior pool bungalows. There is also a separate breakfast location for guests staying at the pool bungalows. This restaurant is peaceful in the morning, overlooking the ocean

There are many activities at the resort including quizz, yoga, happy hour, evening activities and family games. If you are looking for adventure, hire a scooter and explore town

We arrived late at night and had some unexpected issues with rooms we had booked - our misunderstanding - but the staff we dealt with were wonderful, professional, polite and sympathetic

The staff are top notch, rooms clean and tidy. All the facilities are not quite open yet but that does not spoil your time at this place because there is still plenty to do

Stay was toward the end of September/October. Caught the tail end of Monsoon and although it was a bit overcast and rained on a few days, there was still plenty to do

We were looked after so well for drinks and snacks there by Renan and the other 2 young men. Each day as we arrived they would see us coming and prepare the lounges , towels and umbrellas for our group of 6

If I could give this resort a higher rating than 5 I would. Everything was perfect: the resort, the room, including cleanliness, the beach, the staff and the service

The hotel is very clean and basic. It is walking distance to the action and right on the beach. The included breakfast is outstanding, truly delicious, with made to order omelettes

The beach area is ok although it also is on the other side of the road but it is blessed with some trees so you have the option of baking in the sun or chilling in the shade

The hotel quite old, hot water works only in the morning. TV still using 20 years old one. No beach we can walk in the hotel as the photo we saw in ads

The resort is a 3 star resort. decent location , weirdly you have to walk across the street to the restaurant (which is OK in the high season but when it's pouring in the low season a little annoying

We loved the place. Nice location. Even during Songkran it was very quiet. Staff was attentive and very friendly. Food selection and quality could have been better, but knowing the present Covid situation it is adequate.

A good hotel near the beach. In the evening you can walk to cafes, markets. It is interesting to watch the tides: in the morning the lighthouse seems far out to sea, and by the end of the day you can walk to it

We were there in October. The sea pleased us with moderately large waves. The hotel itself left a good impression - everything was thought out, calm.

It is a very nice hotel with friendly staff and very clean rooms. It has several pool areas and direct access to the beach. We stayed 5 nights and felt so comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much, we would come back!

We stayed there for nine nights. Really nice and helpful personnel. I really recommend it to the families with kids. Nice swimming pools and beach access. Good tasty breakfast. It's a great value for the money.

We decided to stay an extra night and they upgraded up, free of charge, to an amazing room right by the swimming pool. The restaurant right on the beach was also lovely

The hotel have four sections, three with own pools and one on the beach. Stayed in an apartment on the second floor with a nice balcony with a view at the pool

No real beach in front of property, even though it does have an access the sea and very nice pool, there a couple of places 5min walk away with a beach and lounge chairs

We spent five days at this 5-star rated hotel in Khao Lak (beach town about 2 hours outside of old town Phuket). The modern design was appealing, and everything was clean throughout our stay

Check in: warm welcome with drinks offered. Less waiting time and offered room right away. Food: A la cart bfast with orders up till 2pm

On a positive note, the food was delicious during both breakfast and dinner at the La Aranya restaurant. They even set up a special table and provided complimentary champagne to help us celebrate our anniversary

For instance, we had booked a spa treatment for Thursday, but it was scheduled for Friday instead. They did still accept us that day, even with the mix up. Additionally, the lock on our room was never fixed

We stayed here for 2 days. The rooms are large and well furnished. They have a private beach. Breakfast is good. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

You have direkt beach access and they provide almost everything like slippers for the pool, a caddle in the boil water in the rooms and tea, free water and bottles to fill up in the floor at a dispenser to save Plastik

The bed was super-comfy as well! Although we would have preferred an ocean-facing room, we got a room facing the garden of a neighboring hotel, which was still nice and felt very private
