AMAZING!! Literally could not have asked for anything more from this hotel! One of our favourite stays! Beautiful surroundings, staff were the best, room was spotless! Right on the beach and with a gorgeous huge swimming pool! So many amazing restaurants close by! The buffet breakfast was an absolute highlight! We can’t wait to come back!!

Gardens immaculately maintained Reception staff so helpful and polite. Remote setting = beautiful beach and quiet, but if you want walks out there’s not much to see or do, but we loved it! Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel Rooms are amazing and very well equipped. House keeping is excellent too. Service is very slow but I guess there’s no rush. No drinks service at the beach or pool

We spent 11 lovely nights in the resort and we can’t wait to come back, they also have a lovely kids club with kids activities every day, we went to with two babies and everyone gave us the most precious treatment with them

Breakfast was western style and just ok. Not recommended for people with wheelchair and children because of all the stairs to access the breakfast & beach. Customer service was great though

The hotel was located on the beach front (sunset view), the room was clean and big although the bathroom was weirdly designed with a useless big shower. There are two medium swimming pools

If you want to explore Khao Lak, you can rent a scooter directly in the complex. The great area is very quiet, exactly what we wanted. Extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Excellent +++++ Well equipped bungalows in a lovingly designed small area! The bungalow had a large terrace with table and chairs. Outside the complex there are many restaurants within a 40 minute walk

Attractive price for this 4 star resort. Room is okay but service not sure. At the time of my stay, guess 2 room booking from 58 room for this resort. Rather old but superb quality

When I was back after the water sports, the charging cable was neatly tied. I also noticed there was a creative built towel look-alike elephant 🐘, slippers neatly arranged. I was touched by their thoughtful actions

We had a very good time in this hotel. The beach walks were the best. Secluded place, not crowded, you can walk alone in one of the longest beaches I have ever seen

Amazing spot for a holiday! The facilities are incredible, and there’s so much to do during the day with all the activities they organize. The pool is massive and spread out, so it never feels too crowded, which is great

It would have been nice to give a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the cushions in the restaurants, specially the beach bar and the breakfast restaurant

It’s so spacious, with a huge deck and an equally impressive bathroom, all beautifully maintained. The hospitality is always top-notch, and the breakfast is hands down the best I’ve ever had

We had some minor issues with our room initially, which were promptly attended to. The food at the resort is quite pricey. It’s worth to prepay for half board if planning to eat on site

Nice relaxing hotel north of Pueket. Beautiful sunset beach views. Although they don't keep it very clean. Breakfast is nice with a river setting. Lunch and dinner has good quality but slow service

Retro style buildings At the same time with the atmosphere of the garden and the landscape of the canal, which is surrounded by tropical trees in our house. I recommend coming and relaxing

We had the package which included breakfast and another meal. The staff were so friendly and professional. Loved the main pool and also had access to a pool outside our room

I also enjoyed my yoga sessions and the highlight were the many daily swims in the private pool access pool as well as the large beach pool. We enjoyed the food throughout. I would certainly to recommend staying here

Especially Joey at the Green Mango Restaurant was always greeting us warmly, ready for a friendly chat and professionally served our table, always going the extra mile. We loved the live music on Mondays

The cleaning ladies, do a very good job and are super friendly. The breakfast is simply amazing and the staff at the breakfast is fantastic! Always smiling, always friendly, little chat and hard work

Good hotel, nice staff, beautiful beach on the front of the hotel. There's a big swimming pool crossing the hotel and small swimming pools near the room buildings

Two adults with a busy european life, and what we got was way more than we asked for. Advice when going there, just try to be patient with the stuff, what they lack in English proficiency, they have it in good heart

Be careful when renting a bike or exchanging money, look in more than 2 places and see if the prices match. don't make plans, go there and just do what you're feeling like doing when you wake up

Maybe mosquitoes will be around, bring your repellent. Look for restaurants far away from the crowd you'll get ridiculously cheap prices

Whilst the main pools closed at 6pm, we could continue to use your own private pool. With warm nights it was lovely being able to cool off later in the evening. Our room was provided with 2 beach towels

Pro: - nearby a good beach break - friendly staff - good price / quality ratio Con: - might be outdated for some people - no taxi or shuttle service, only to airport - bar at pool opens at 11:00, a bit late for that second coffee - level of English of staff could be improved

The front section has beach frontage with a pool and restaurant, the back section with is set individually amongst garden with a large pool with water slide and playground for children, then another pool for adults only

Perfect place to either have a family holiday or to have a surf holiday, or even better, the two combined ;) the beach break is in front of the hotel and easily accessible with small but decent waves

The hotel has a nice pool overlooking the beach and the rooms are big. Sure, no fancy stuff and it might be a bit outdated, but we didn’t mind as it was nice enough and clean

We had a small private courtyard with an outdoor shower. Our villa had a split system air-con for easy control of temperature. The bathroom was also spacious with a large bath, separate shower and toilet, and vanity area

Antonios: A very nice and friendly little eatery right next to the access road to the Marriott. Pleasantly air conditioned, but not too cold. The Thai pizza is excellent, but insider tip are the different pasta dishes

Wonderful little place beside the JW Marriott. The Italian restaurant here is probably the most authentic I've eaten at outside of Italy, and I highly recommend it.

Highly recommend the superior pool bungalows. There is also a separate breakfast location for guests staying at the pool bungalows. This restaurant is peaceful in the morning, overlooking the ocean

Stay was toward the end of September/October. Caught the tail end of Monsoon and although it was a bit overcast and rained on a few days, there was still plenty to do

This is a fabulous resort in a very beautiful setting, with lovely friendly staff who greet guests with a warm smile and nothing is too much trouble

We arrived late at night and had some unexpected issues with rooms we had booked - our misunderstanding - but the staff we dealt with were wonderful, professional, polite and sympathetic

Andreas and his team in the kitchen certainly worked their magic to create some amazingly tasty food. Throughout our holiday we was made to feel really welcome by all who worked here. Will hopefully come back again

Villa's are the best around with great plunge pools and service is impeccable. Great restaurant in the complex as well and nice area for sunbathing with access to the beach

Magnificent place! We spent a full week here in our own private villa with pool. You can order a la carte or have from the buffet. Lots of fresh fruits available. Beautiful view over the Indian Ocean

Very attentive staff that does everything to make your stay pleasant. Free internet in the rooms with Smart TV. Lot of restaurants around make you want to explore the area via for as well

Hotel amenities are from Thann. you could choose the oil of the Aromatic diffuser and could even choose the pillows if you are particular about them

Great hotel but not much entertainment, the hotel restaurant is excellent, but expensive. Very clean well maintained, the staff is friendly.

Amazing 5* resort for a good price. There is an ATM about 15 minutes walk away. Two lovely bars on the beach that charge about 150 baht a meal. Laundry can be done for 80 baht

Lovely beach literally 50 metres away , This place is fantastic ,3 restaurants and plenty of bars , It's not a place for anyone wanting lively nightlife , this is for a more relaxed type of holiday , return taxi to town centre ( shops/ bars/ market / Tusnami Museum etc) 550 THB Memories beach bar ( lovely cheap food and drinks) less than 5 minute walk along the beach ,

We arrived just a couple of days before the Christmas holiday. Our villa was spacious, and perfectly located not far from the reception or the beach

The voucher dinners are from set menus and were very disappointing in quality and value. The voucher arrangement is a let down. There are fantastic restaurants a walk up the beach

A good hotel near the beach. In the evening you can walk to cafes, markets. It is interesting to watch the tides: in the morning the lighthouse seems far out to sea, and by the end of the day you can walk to it

We loved the place. Nice location. Even during Songkran it was very quiet. Staff was attentive and very friendly. Food selection and quality could have been better, but knowing the present Covid situation it is adequate.

For some reason, there were no bathrobes and slippers in the room. But there was a safe, refrigerator, umbrellas, beach bags. Water, tea, coffee were brought and the room was cleaned every day

Towels were changed as needed. Large shower room with hot water. There was a very noisy air conditioner. Although maybe I couldn’t really set it up. On TV from the Russians there was the "1st" channel

The room itself is spacious and clean, not to say luxurious, but quite cozy. All furniture in strict dark colors, in Thai style. Of the shortcomings in the room - there were ants, you can not leave fruits and food open

We were here in the first half of May 2019. A wasteland separates from the main street, so the hotel is quiet, although it is 150-200 meters to walk to shops and cafes

A lot of living creatures, sometimes interfere with sleep at night. We had a two-story cottage with 4 rooms. I think we lived alone, we never heard anyone

there are 2 pools there not so big but good for swim also, the area is close to Khaolak centre and close to the beach where you can hear the Ocean Breeze 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just visited for beer. Beer was cold as well as glasses. Nice view, because it is next to beach. Walked trough resort area and it looked very nice.

We were looking for something more affordable and still on the beach, as Moracea had become too expensive for us. Well, we couldn't have picked a more beautiful place

The lady at reception was so friendly and accommodating, and The cleanliness was very good Thank you to the housekeeping team, the staff at the restaurant also were very welcome the only thing, I ordered coconut where it’s hard already I can only drink the water cannot enjoy the meat of coconut but it’s okay I don’t ask for change

Khao lak is very silent place, less touristic, only nang thong beach area main road and bang niang market have restaurant and few shopping centers. So location wise nang thing is best choice to stay

This is my second time here. It’s a nice location with good service. Most of the customers are German. They offer discounts for returning customers, with a special discount for Thai people.

The beach area is ok although it also is on the other side of the road but it is blessed with some trees so you have the option of baking in the sun or chilling in the shade

Laundry Service is cheap in Thailand so I assumed it would be a little more than standard being a hotel and all. Now I don't want to "beat this to death" but I was horrified when I got my bill so check prices out first

It is a very nice hotel with friendly staff and very clean rooms. It has several pool areas and direct access to the beach. We stayed 5 nights and felt so comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much, we would come back!

We were very satisfied with the rooms, with the restaurant, breakfast, service, cleaning and prices. It is perfect to mix the days between the beach and the pool

The hotel have four sections, three with own pools and one on the beach. Stayed in an apartment on the second floor with a nice balcony with a view at the pool

Or ban smoking near the restaurant even better! We had a beachfront villa which I'd recommend

Nice hotel, very quiet and calm atmosphere. But the beach is pretty small for the hotel area. The restaurant compensate it with great view, food and drinks just down at the water side

On our way to Khao Sok, we decided to stay at a simple hotel for one night. This hotel exceeded our expectations. It’s situated directly in front of the beach with an unreal sunset

You can also rent surfing gear right at the beach. All in all, even though this hotel is not the fanciest place around, it is still very nice and great value for money!

You have direkt beach access and they provide almost everything like slippers for the pool, a caddle in the boil water in the rooms and tea, free water and bottles to fill up in the floor at a dispenser to save Plastik

The bed was super-comfy as well! Although we would have preferred an ocean-facing room, we got a room facing the garden of a neighboring hotel, which was still nice and felt very private

The beach area seemed to be a bit neglected, but the beach itself is very nice with a lovely views and it attracts a number of surfers both in the morning and the afternoon

Nice located hotel clean and comfy but stay away if you are alergic of cat. The fact that you have to put your shoes off when you get in the hotel is a minus.

Very carefree and friendly owner. I only met two cats - both sleeping in the lobby area. Shoes need to be taken off as soon as you walk in the building. Rooms were clean. Water pressure in the showers are a bit weak.

New rooms but bathrooms not renovated. Water pressure poor. WiFi good. Good location in central Bang Niang. And there's actually a cat inside!

It's ok. Clean, have a/c, tv, fridge, balcony. Near restaurants, shops and entertainment. The bathroom needs some freshening up.

Fine option for a nice, clean room. No frills but very comfortable and walking distance to everything.
