Located in the province of PHA nga (Khao Lak), on the beach Knock Knak, on the second line, across the road from the sea, 80 km from the airport of Phuket island.
Consists of two 3-storey buildings and twelve 1-storey villas.
Total area: 28 300 m2.
The hotel has 78 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade.

The hotel is very clean and basic. It is walking distance to the action and right on the beach. The included breakfast is outstanding, truly delicious, with made to order omelettes. The only strange thing is the window into the shower. For the price, highly recommended.

Big room and nice balkony. Breakfast could had been better but overall good value for money.

The hotel quite old, hot water works only in the morning. TV still using 20 years old one.

The worst thing about this place is that it is grossly miss advertised on website and booking sites. There is almost no beach left near to the hotel. Maybe 30meters wide. Beach is really ugly with concrete everywhere. Worst beach of the region.
Beds are as hard as rock. You may ask for extra mattress but at least one night of sleep is completely lost.
Apart from the omelettes and fruit, there is nothing tasty for breakfast.
Hotel in general is dated and could do with big time refresh.
Find yourself a different hotel to stay, this one is not worth the price.

Not well maintained rooms very old fashioned
No internet wifi !!! Not in the rooms and not in pool area.
The pools are not so clean.

The only rude local in all of Thailand works at the front desk. They made laundry seem complimentary but charged us 18USD for a light load of laundry. Just down the road it would have cost 1.50USD. They tell you free Wi-Fi but it's only in the lobby. They wouldn't suggest where to find dinner as their own restaurant was closed. I could go on, but I hope you get the idea.

Nice hotel, shame about the beach. The beach is covered in leaves and with just a little effort it could be cleaned up. Apart from that a very nice little hotel
