Nice hotel, shame about the beach. The beach is covered in leaves and with just a little effort it could be cleaned up. Apart from that a very nice little hotel

The resort is a 3 star resort . decent location , weirdly you have to walk across the street to the restaurant (which is OK in the high season but when it's pouring in the low season a little annoying.) I feel the breakfasts here reflected the overall star rating so unfortunately we stayed very little around the hotel and ate out quite a bit.
The beach area is ok although it also is on the other side of the road but it is blessed with some trees so you have the option of baking in the sun or chilling in the shade. The rooms were nice but the third floor rooms are a bit of a hike and one must be sure to adhere to all safety procedures when ascending the stairwell after a night of cocktails and evening fun. :)
The resort is Ok, priced pretty good and in a good location so I give it a four star on this review. One word of advice...If you get laundry ( clothes washing )service from the hotel check the prices first. Laundry Service is cheap in Thailand so I assumed it would be a little more than standard being a hotel and all. Now I don't want to "beat this to death" but I was horrified when I got my bill so check prices out first.

My wife and I can't understand why this is called low season when the temperature is in the low 30's, Yes there's rain, and when I mean rain it's heavy but,it's only for an hour or so. Out two weeks here 4days of rain for an hour or so each of those 4days... Bring mosquito repellent (Must) these little buggers you can't see,, much smaller than the Mexican ones who you can hear. This hotel has 3stars which I think is appropriate for what I've seen. Staff are very welcomeing and polite but, they try very hard to understand me with my English with my Welsh accent. There's a nice mix of people who are from Europe, Dutch, Sweden, German, Russian guy with a nice Canon camera. Long chat there about the finer points on landscape.
Breakfast has a nice selection see there menu. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels, drinking water in the room, hot water maker for coffee or tea. The Biggest Gripe was the very very slow wifi, I didn't complain about it but, it's one that the managers need to look at.

Very nice hotel with restaurant located at the beach. Comprehensive breakfast. Minus for slow Internet connection that is only available in reception area.
