The room was big and clean,
Three pools, with restaurants and bars next to them offering happy hour
The view is lovely, though the sea view was blocked by trees, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the service team was excellent—warm, attentive, and cheerful. Honestly, this is the kind of resort where the people shine more than the facilities. Well done to all the staff!
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. My room was spotless upon arrival and meticulously maintained throughout my stay. The common areas, too, were gleaming, reflecting a high standard of hygiene that put me completely at ease.
The facilities here are excellent and cater to every need. Whether it was the well-equipped fitness center, the refreshing pool, or the pickleball pitch, everything was well-maintained and contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
And finally, the breakfast deserves a special mention. It was an absolute delight! The variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties, was impressive, and the quality of the food was consistently high. It was the perfect start to each day.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay where every detail is taken care of with the utmost care and professionalism. I can't wait to return!

Problem solving need to be improved , because of the heavy rain so everything in the room was so wet , our cloths, the blanket, paper and etc., what they did was providing the air purifier which didn’t make any different. The 1st night, we hardly sleep and the bug wasp was found in our room, fortunately that my bf could cover it with the glasss.
The staff at the restaurant assigned us table for
2 persons but it’s next to the counter that they put the used plates from the guests’ table while there’re 4-5 tables for 4 persons available in the other area, why? She was afraid that the tables wouldn’t be enough other guests!?
Moreover, Too natural with many kinds of animals 😅
Hotel amenities were awesome though. Hotel comes with complimentary workout classes and water sports for those interested. The pools were huge with more than enough sunbeds spread throughout the pools and beach. The private beach at the resort is amazing as well. Its never busy and had awesome views of sunsets. But be prepared to walk alot in this resort as it is such a huge compund. You can request a buggy but it may take a while.
Not the most convenient in terms of location but it is to be expected for a private resort. There are decent restaurants nearby if you want other places to eat other than at the resort.
This is the place for anyone looking to relax and zen out. Would choose to stay there again just for the vibes and serenity.
However, our family trip was unfortunately marred by a significant issue. We had six rooms booked, and every single one of them had a noticeable musty/moldy/damp smell. Despite raising this concern with the hotel staff, no solution was offered to us. This was incredibly disappointing and impacted the comfort of our stay.
Additionally, the reception staff's English language skills were not up to par, which sometimes made communication challenging.
In conclusion, Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort has a lot going for it – beautiful grounds, lovely rooms, and great service in general. However, the pervasive musty smell in all of our rooms, coupled with the lack of resolution, significantly detracts from the overall experience. For me, value for money is crucial, and a room with such an odor, especially at this price point, is unacceptable. It's a shame because otherwise, this could have been a fantastic stay. If you happen to get a room with this issue, don't expect a quick fix.
