Consists of thirty 3-storey buildings and nine 1-2-storey villas.

Our experience was similar to what others already noted as well. The location is beautiful. We met a bunch of friends here so overall we had a great time together. But the hotel has pretty glaring issues: rooms are very outdated, our toilet kept breaking and the room smelled, keys stopped working every day. I thought the staff was trying to be helpful, but they just weren’t. Spa was nice, food is ok at best. You could have a great time here, just expect a 3 star hotel experience- definitely nowhere close to a 5 star hotel. If refurbished it would be amazing.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was good. The location is excellent, and the breakfast was really yummy. The room was comfortable, though a bit old. The only downside was the common toilet near the pool area, which wasn't very clean and seemed outdated. The food is a little more expensive than outside, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic resort in beautifullocation. We were two families with kids ages 8-10 and it was perfect. It's a good size resort, not too big and not too small. It didn't feel crowded at any point. Easy access to lots of excursions if you wanted to leave the resort for a few hours or the entire day. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The rooms are nice size and it worked fine to share two queen size beds for our family. The cleaning was not the best I've experienced and the property is in desperate need of maintenance as it can feel a bit neglected. The monkey trail to the beach on the other side is not bad if you're in reasonable shape. Our kids 8-10 climbed it easily and it didn't feel unsafe at any point.

Lovely resort and lovely customer focused people (always smiling & seemed eager to please). Room had a great view and several things to do at the resort itself.
Resort only accessible via boat (free shuttle run by Hotel has to be booked in advance on the Hotel App) or via hike via the monkey trail .
Within the hotel you may or may not need their cart. Good restaurant and breakfast had several Indian vegetarian options too.
Enjoy various activities like Kayaking and Spa and pool.

Such a lovely place! The location is beautiful and unmatched - just be aware you rely on boats or a steep monkey trail to go anywhere.
Rooms are gorgeous and we had a fantastic view. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Particularly loved the yoga session with Rak who had such a great energy and was good at aligning my position where I needed. I’d leave lived to do more yoga with him!
Only downside I’d say is the pricing in all the restaurants for quite average food (we tried 3 of the 4 restaurants) and obligatory service charge - they even add a tip line to each bill despite the service charge already being added, which feels a bit excessive.

A great hotel in an unbeatable location.
Being located on a semi-private beach is a plus. The scenery and views from the room are exceptional.
All services, in general, have lived up to our expectations. If we want to highlight any, I would like to mention the pool service, especially with the help of Joe, who was very attentive at all times to make the experience very satisfactory.
I would also like to highlight the kindness and good service of the room service and cleaning team.
The rooms are well maintained, although it is evident that they are facilities that are old. We heard that the hotel has a comprehensive remodeling project.

STAY AWAY!
This is false advertising!
NOT A five star
Barely a three star
And in some aspects even less.
From the moment we arrived, it’s been A Circus of mediocrity.
Unprofessional check-in: staff was running around..literally running around all arriving guests that waited way over their checkin time.
When finally got to us with the “exceptional” pop cranberry juice as a welcome drink. Would’ve been better if they didn’t bring anything at all.
Rooms are old, very old and unmaintained smell of mould..
Fungus was growing on the Crumbling wood on the porch.
Sinks and faucets were covered with green corrosion.
Air-conditioning, very old and noisy
General facility again, very old and unmaintained.. Everything feels dirty and old.
Pool was dirty the whole stay Water was not clear - can’t go to a swim without Picking up hair.
Restaurants ridiculously expensive
and mediocre.
We were counting the hours to get out of there since our request for refund was not answered.
Zero management-didn’t feel like anybody was guiding the staff or training them in hospitality Skills..
Feels like the place is on the verge of shutting down and they’re trying to squeeze Every last penny before they close.
For a place that advertises itself as a five star hotel I would like to see the owners of this establishment staying one night in this sorry excuse for a hotel.

Do not stay here if you want a luxury getaway. I took my family here and wish I didn’t.
Poor state of hotel. Pool was filthy and hand rails hanging off. Service is terrible. I am a Centara member and usually we have a good time. Not in this hotel. Well past its best and not well managed.

We loved our stay here. We booked to stay 3 nights and extended for another 2 and wish we could have stayed more.
The location is beautiful and private the gardens are well maintained and all the staff was so polite to us.
We had no trouble booking the boat to go to town on any day we wanted. We did the monkey trail 2x, although the track is well maintained and not too long is a challenge because of the heat.
We were a bit concern to book after reading a few bad reviews. But if you are not someone that stays in 5star hotels all the time(like me), you would even notice, and you will love your stay here.

We loved our 2 night stay here. The view from the hotel is amazing and the beach is beautiful. The fact that you can only get there by boat or through a steep monkey trail probably isn’t for everyone but for me this made our trip very unique and memorable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our room but could maybe do with a touch up soon as it’s starting to look a bit dated. Overall we really loved our stay
