I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. To my delight, I was upgraded to a stunning suite with direct access to the pool — a truly luxurious touch that elevated the experience. The room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and provided the perfect balance of comfort and elegance.
The resort itself is absolutely exquisite — from the beautifully maintained grounds to the world-class facilities, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create an atmosphere of relaxed sophistication. I genuinely cannot find a single fault.

Great service and incredible activity options for kids, plus they have varied water activities including a obstacle course in the pool that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely be back g Cm
However there are a few pointers-
1. It would be easier for vegetarians to have a mention of whether or not each dish is purely vegetarian/ vegan. We had a pure vegetarian travelling with us and cross- checking for vegetarianism in each dish that she was interested in, was quite a laborious task. A simple green or red symbol would have made a huge difference.
2. The private beach across the road was smelly at a particular stretch, though just a small stretch.
Despite the above 2 pointers, the pleasant memories far surpass these little pitfalls.

Room design is European 20 century style, I liked the idea.
It is a bit far from all the tourist areas, but you can rent a bike near the hotel and it takes just 15 minutes driving from hotel.
Beach is just across the road, clean, but it didn’t look so great for swimming, a lot of stones.
I would say the experience was ok, but not wow, staff was not as welcoming as in other hotels we stayed.
They were slightly understaffed but overall it was an amazing family resort. It was kid and couple friendly! Beautiful place.
Staff are very friendly, pool is great. I love that there is adult only section in the pool .
The Italian restaurant was beautiful and again the staff was friendly but the service there not so good , they was very slow , it’s takes them 15-20 minutes to ask me what i want to order even if the restaurant was empty , and after more then 15-20 minutes finally i got the pizza … and the pizza i order was cold , means , it was wait there for a long time . Also they gave me on the house which is lovely a starter when i was finished my pizza… so it wasn’t a professional thing to do so
