My sister and I had an amazing experience! The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy your time. It’s also very well located, close to key attractions and easy to get around. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with anything needed.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food, especially the Italian cuisine. Their Chicken Satay pizza is simply delicious. My sister also loved their fettuccini and pasta, but the star of the show for me was the risotto – hands down the best in town!
Addition to the great food and ambiance, the hotel offers a wide variety of activities that are both enjoyable and engaging. Whether you're looking for something adventurous or relaxing, there’s something for everyone. I highly recommend paying a visit to this wonderful hotel for a memorable experience! And I do definitely re-visit this place!!

Hotel itself is great. Would have expected more of a premium room for the cost.
Cost to upgrade to millesime club is not worth it.
The vocal act 'Casey& Alan' in 'Explorer bar are fantastic.
The swim up pool bar is great and staff are very attentive.
The house keeping is faultless.
Overall the complete hotel 8/10

Such a beautiful hotel. The staff are very professional, friendly and polite. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped and very clean.
Food is very good, although we only had breakfast included, which is opulent.

Relaxing Stay with a Classic Touch
I had a relaxing stay at *Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort*. The quiet, luxurious atmosphere and beautiful architecture stood out. The staff, especially Talia from guest relations and a Cambodian intern, were attentive and helpful. Our rooms were spacious with great views—mine with a pool view, my sister's with a golf course balcony. Dinner was a highlight, especially the Thai dishes, and breakfast pastries were excellent.
However, the hotel feels a bit outdated, particularly the bathrooms with low water pressure. The beach isn’t swimmable, and room service didn’t meet the same standard as the restaurants, which had small portions and high prices. Looking forward to seeing the improvements after renovations!

My friend and I were backpacking and wanted to have a splurge night, and we absolutely picked the right place. Sofitel Krabi was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were kind and welcoming at all times and helped us with anything we needed - even with a tour company that we booked ourselves, they helped us figure it out. The golf course was gorgeous with an ocean view, really well maintained and a good challenge. The pool was huge and wonderful, the swim up bar was one of the highlights of the stay. The food at the restaurants was delicious (we ate at White Lotus and Maya). We are especially thankful to Christian, the director of leisure and lifestyle, who made our stay unforgettable!! Everything about this stay was excellent, I would highly recommend it!

What a lovely hotel - couldn’t recommend it more! We stayed as a family there and loved it. Staff were attentive and service was always good.
We particularly liked the breakfast choice. This is something er struggle in other hotels, especially because we travel with kids, but here breakfast had lots of options for both adults and kids. Would love to be back.

We recently stayed at the Sofitel Krabi and had an exceptional experience. The resort is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds and luxurious amenities.
The food, especially the breakfast, was outstanding. Each morning featured a vast selection, from fresh fruits and pastries to expertly prepared hot dishes, making breakfast a true delight.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
For a serene getaway with top-notch cuisine, Sofitel Krabi is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice stay. We received a very warm welcome from the whole team and every staff member we encountered were helpful and warm. We did have a mix up from the lobby about a payment that we needed to show proof of, this took a bit of time. Apart from that it was fine.
The resort is very open and spacious and is lovey to walk around. I loved the swimming pools, they are great for kids and adults. Also the hotel offers lots of different fun activities for kids. We loved the the face paint party and the foam party. There is a beautiful area behind the kids club with fish, birds and butterflies.
The rooms are the weakest part of the resort in my opinion. They are in need of renovation. (Mainly the bathrooms) Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. But for the price I had higher expectations.

We spent great time at this hotel. Floating water park is good activity for children and hotel hold various of activity for adults and children. We had enjoying Thai boxing, ping pong tournament and yacht at the beach. Especially staff, Beam, is kind for us. My children spent much time floating water park on the pool. If I have a chance to visit Krabi, I want to stay this hotel again.

Location was good and hotel and grounds spacious and not crowded. Other than the lobby, grounds and restaurants the rest of the resort including our room was a little tired and in need of a good clean and repaint. Cleanliness here was my main issue.. for the price being charged it fell short. We received a welcome cake on arrival (thank you) we placed the empty plate outside the door as didn't want to attract any ants etc in the room.. after 3 days this still hadn't been collected! The same for a fruit platter another guest had left outside their door.. this was only removed when we flagged this with reception. We shouldn't have needed to do this. Also after our bed linen was changed the duvet cover had a huge tear in it.. it was just not expected and in my opinion should never happen. I also have to mention the cups for tea or coffee.. they have a stupid handle which makes it difficult to hold the hot beverage without burning your fingers, bad design and not practical. Overall we had a good stay but unfortunately wouldn't recommend or stay here again.
