Rooms are terrible, doors have a gap and can't be closed good, so you have a lot of bugs and lizzards company during the night. Bathroom is awful 😖 and the A/C smells badly. I saw so many reviews that are the same as mine, but the truth is no one took care of that place more than 20 years. Anyway staff was friendly, but they barely speaks English, so you can't communicate most of the times. That's it.

The location is quite spacious and near to market places
the Service staff is very humble and helpful.
The only issue here could be the wild type of the resort which leads to insects and bugs in the room if doors are not locked properly.

We had a great time here! Lovely hidden resort with shuttles available every hour, but you can also walk to Landmark beach from there! We took a private SIC from airport which was arranged by our travel agency, where we were dropped off at Sunda, the first destination.
This exceeded our expectations considering the amount we spent!
All of the employees are helpful, accommodating, and nice.
It's normal that some people don't speak English as well as others do!
All of the cabins are situated on boardwalks within a little jungle oasis, giving the place a very organic and natural feel.
There are some markets and restaurants nearby.
Coffee, a hair dryer, and shampoo and body wash are all included plus routine towel changes and room cleaning.
Breakfast was amazing and had variety of options.
Shuttle service was fantastic runs every hour.

Many things to say! For starters, let me congratulate the receptionists. These women are out-of-this-world kind, speak great English, and are funny to talk with. They'd brighten the mood of a sentenced man! These ladies made my stay better, and even gave me kind recommendations on where to go and what to do; their level of kindness and helpfulness is exceptional. As for the room, it was large, had a safe, a fridge, a TV, a fully working AC, and a great bathroom with hot water. The room was cleaned daily, and towels replaced as well. The WIFI worked perfectly, which is very appreciated. As for the resort itself, it features 2 swimming pools that aren't too big, but not too small either. You'll find sunbeds, and the area is covered with trees and flowers, which make for a great scenery / atmosphere. As for the location, the resort is ~8 mins walk away from Ao Nang's beach and night market, and if you walk a little more, you'll find hundreds of bars on the other side of the coast. All in all, a very nice place to stay, with exceptionally kind receptionists. (They also have a laundry service which is awesome, and they can book a taxi / van for you!)

Honeymoon here with my husband stay for 4D3N. Everything is good and nice place for healing and nature. Walking distance to aonang and they provide free shuttle bus to aonang landmark and aonang centre. Very polite and friendly staff. We booked full package with meal at hotel. Meal isss sooo delicious especially siakap stim and all thai cuisine that they serve us. Very recommended and nice place to stay ✨✨

I felt a little disappointed in this place, but I’m not sure if my expectations were too high for the price :D
This place has huge potential and just need a refurb. The complex is semi detached bungalows connected via a walk way with trees and planting all around - a good nature/jungly feeling. The room was fine but felt basic. The sheets were stained which was a bit off putting, but they were obviously laundered.
The bathroom needed a good clean and painting etc.
We did get a few mosquito in the room which I think was from the door being left open during the cleaning.
As it’s quite natural, there is nature sounds at night and the walls are thin so I recommend earplugs.
Shuttle to the centre which was a great option but we walked in most times. Staff were really friendly and there was some lovely cats around.
Pool was very small but we didn’t use it anyway.

The resort is not new but it is very comfortable, with friendly staff and spacious room in the jungle. If you like jungle vibes this is the place. Breakfast can get a little boring so I wouldn’t take it if you plan a longer stay

We booked for 3 nights at the Sunda Resort. The room was dirty (lots of bugs) and the air-conditioning was not working properly. We initially had a room with garden view, but on our request e were moved to a room with pool view. Unfortunately, this room was not clean either and did not meet our expectations based on the promoted photos.
We were able to check out and were promised to get a refund. The service was good, but the rooms were not.
I would not recommend to stay here. Especially with a pregnant wife.
